Review for Tania Kerr. I appreciate the way Tania has rearranged the furniture in the common areas to make it feel more accessible . She has also brought more personal attention to the clients by providing structure and consistency to their care. Tania is very easy to converse with and is a good listener willing to take time to visit. Her special activities are will planned and executed, I especially liked her Easter program for the clients. I helped my brother move into an assisted living room at the Naples (FL) Pineapple House in Spring 2022, he moved from a different facility in Naples. I was very impressed with the quality and range of the Pineapple House's facilities and amenities - very nicely furnished private room, comfortable common rooms, lovely dining room, gym, pool, and much more. In addition, the staff were very attentive, professional, and respectful.

Pineapple House is amazing! They have been a support system for our small family. The entire staff has been so good to my mother. If your trying to decide choose them! I have to work in order for Mom to get the care she needs and they are so good to her!

Pineapple house is a wonderful place to work! The employers are the best and really care about the residents and staff. The residents are treated like family , very well cared for, the best Ive seen as a nurse! You wont regret sending your family member there! Its such a beautiful place , so clean and bright!

Moving my mom to the Pineapple House was the best decision weve made. It is a positive environment where my mom has made significant improvements since her move. The staff has made it easy to know everyones name. Darlene and Nanci helped every step of the way to make the transition and move-in process seamless. Nurses Yvonne, Jen and Mavis are professional, empathetic, provide personalized care and give me regular updates on my moms progress. The entire staff of CNAs such as Evie, Maria, Glenda and Elizabeth are at all times respectful, compassionate and kind. It is comforting to know my mom is safe and well cared for. Jackie and Sandi are so creative and encourage participation in the many group activities. The entire staff goes above and beyond. Thank you all for what you do! I would highly recommend the Pineapple House for your loved ones.

I am pleased to have my daughter living at Pineapple House, Assisted Living and Memory Care Facility, Radio Road, Naples Florida. Pineapple House is a brand new facility with all the bells and whistles expected in this age of resort living. But it is the caring staff and the dedication of the administration that makes PH great. The TLC our daughter receives is extraordinary, and our comfort in knowing we made the right choice is priceless If you are making a residential decision for a loved one, look to the Pineapple House. You will be please. It truly is sweet on the inside. Four stars and one to grow on!

My Mom loves The Pineapple House. The staff is friendly and caring, the food is gourmet and the facilities are beautiful. I am so happy I found this wonderful facility for my mom. Whoever wrote the bad review is either misinformed or has not experienced the friendly and accommodating staff. The owners have bent over backwards to make my mom happy. Traci Wood was not a good asset at The Pineapple House so she was terminated. So childish to have someone post a bad review on her behalf.

My 87 year old father has been at the Pineapple House for at least 3 months now and I cant say enough about the facility (cleanliness - modern etc) but most importantly the staff is great. The first staff members you will meet to orient you to the facility are Darlene and, or Nanci. Two professionals, in the business a long time and very personable. Shout outs to the nurses and caregivers to include, Yvonne, Elizabeth, Maria, Evailia, Glenda, Susan, Alouse, Jennifer and more. These people have made my dad feel at home and have become his caregivers and friends.My father loves the staff, the food and the facilities. He is moving from memory care to assisted living this weekend within The Pineapple House and cant wait to make the move. He was so happy after touring his new room, he said, I feel like Im going to cry - Im so happy. Your loved ones will be well taken care of there, as my father is. Thank you Pineapple House!

The Pineapple House strives to hire leaders and staff who put the interest of the residents above all else. When standards are not met, the decision is made to part ways with substandard performers. The owners have extensive experience in healthcare, healthcare operations, independent living, assisted living, memory care, development and design; well over 30-years each in their respective field. There is no history in our data base of Mary Cusack as an employee, or family member of a resident. The Pineapple House did have an employee by the name of Traci Wood who is no longer with the company. The reviews provided by Regina Smith and Mike Hopp are from actual family members or residents residing at The Pineapple House, and indicative of the care our residents receive. You are invited to visit The Pineapple House, once general visitation is allowed, and learn first hand why its residents and family members rate their satisfaction high. The Pineapple House will forward slanderous comments to its law firm.

After carefully reasearching the many assisted living and memory care facilites we have in the Naples area, I selected Pineapple House to care for both of my parents. I could not have made a better choice. The quality of care, the attentive staff, open communication with family members and the bright and inviting facility itself give me peace of mind in knowing they are getting the best care in a state of the art new facility.

I pinch myself every day I get to work here. The property is beautiful and serene. Our residents are lovely and the team that takes care of them are top notch, professional and caring. Dont let Covid get in the way of getting a virtual tour with Darlene. Our owners have spared no expense to provide such a beautiful setting.

Izzy Ortiz, our Culinary Director, does a great job with presentation and taste with all meals. Its just like a 4 star restaurant. The ambiance of the dining room is awesome. The cinema room has the most comfortable seats...its superb. I am enjoying the many projects with Ulrike (owner) and Jackie. I love my apartment, if you want to find a happy home, come by and see Darlene.
