After a bout of pneumonia and Covid, my 89 year-old father was transported to The Arlington for rehabilitation. I cannot say enough positive things about this facility, from the nursing staff to the activities coordinator to dining and housekeeping. Every single person we encountered was professional, accommodating, and compassionate. Communication with the patient's family is given priority. On three different occasions, I was promptly contacted by nurses to update me on Dad's condition or even to let me know they found one of his socks, Something so simple but commonly overlooked at other facilities. Additionally, I visited him at least once a day for the duration of his stay and the nursing staff always greeted me by name and gave me a quick update on Dad's progress. He received physical therapy almost every day he was there. The physical therapy staff is incredible and pushed him to excel, while still acknowledging when he needed a break. I would highly recommend The Arlington and I know my dad received the utmost of care. Now that Dad is home, I know he will miss the activities and camaraderie he had with the other patients, residents, and staff. Thank you to everyone who made his recovery a pleasant one!

My Mother has been a permanent resident on the skilled nursing floor for over a year. She has Aphasia and limited verbalization skills.There are many kind, caring and loving individuals who have made my Mother's life at The Arlington enjoyable. Starting with Ms.Glorbi the activity director.Everything she does is done with such joy. She made Mother's birthday so special with a beautiful cake! Everything Ms.Glorbi does makes each and every resident feel so special. Nurses Ms.Jasmine and Ms.Yasalin love Mother as if she were their own Mother. Ms.Jasmine is very patient and loving with Mother. When she walks into Mother's room Mother just glows. Ms.Jasmine is also very patient with answering this teachers questions also. Ms.Meagan is Mother's pathologist and she is an absolute angel! She too treats Mother as if she is her Mother. When Mother was having an issue with choking Ms.Meagan immediately knew what to do and how to help Mother. Ms.Meagan is one of the sweetest, kindest, loving people I have ever meet. Ms. Kristin is the nutritionist who works closely with Mother. Once again anything Mother needs or we have concerned about Ms. Kristin immediately takes care of. Ms.Kristin is just a ray of sunshine. Everywhere she goes she spreads joy! Her smile is so warm and loving. Two of the most wonderful, hard working CNA are Ms.Ruby and Ms.Malilda. They take excellent care of Mother. I am very thankful for the staff that loves and cares my Mother.

While no place is perfection, the Skilled Nursing facility at The Arlington was top notch with very caring staff - shout out to the special nurses and CNA's that helped our mother heal after a horrific automobile accident involving a semi-truck. Day after day for 6 weeks they made sure Mother never had even a scratch or red spot or anything that wasn't there before she arrived. She was bedridden so much at first I needlessly worried and fretted over bed sores but I shouldn't have. She was checked often from head to toe for anything that seemed out of place and if they even thought for a second there just might be? They jumped in quickly and never let a thing escalate. Sophie and Tehe and Jasmine took such brilliant care of Mother. Gloria (sp?) was the uber fun activities and snack cart and just pure joy when she game around twice a day. The food was delicious and most enjoyed by Mother...especially the lobster served on Fathers Day. The physical therapy department was in her room from the first day to help facilitate her heading back home. Every one was meticulous with her care and due to their expertise and help and guidance there is no doubt in our minds Mother is out of there way ahead of schedule. While there will always be hiccups or bumps in the road - they were very few and very far between. We cannot recommend this place enough. We entered scared and frightened of what the future held for our mother and left joyous and never more hopeful. Well done to the nurses and CNA's, to the PT department and activities director, and everyone else that saw to Mother's care. Our admiration and love to you all.

The Arlington was a great place to rehab my total hip. the rooms are very nice, the staff is wonderful, great at what they are doing...always kind and efficient...the nursing staff is pretty wonderful too,they know their jobs and can tell you what comes next, and they know all about your meds... and there is a wonderful Gal she is young and perky and she plans activities to help keep you busy..among other things..as you get better ...she is a good friend as you recover... the menu is wonderful and the food is very good...and when you go to physical therapy.. the therapists are top notch..they know their practice and they are able to help you how ever they can.. they are the best.... As it goes the Arlington is a very caring place to get better!

We chose an estate home in the Arlington of Naples (One of the few in Florida with private homes from1800-3000 sqft!). The Arlington is a Continuing Care Retirement Community with all levels of care on one campus depending upon one's ongoing needs. This absolutely wonderful facility set on 39 acres of the Lely development in East Naples, Florida. We chose a two bedroom home with a two car garage, cart garage, 2 1/2 baths, and a spacious screened lanai. Downsizing from a very large home, we find this meets all of our needs. My wife and I became Independent Living residents in The Arlington of Naples last year. Little did I realize at that time I would require post hospitalization medical rehab less than a year later. I am now in the second week of residency in the Skilled Nursing wing of The Arlington. On a 1 - 10 scale I would rate the care and support of the entire staff here at The Arlington at a 9. In hind sight last year's decision for us to become members of The Arlington community was, for us, definitely the right decision. As evidenced by multiple J D Powers awards awarded to The Arlington my wife and I are not the only ones who hold The Arlington in such high esteem.

My brother has spent time in Rehab at the Arlington on two occasions; both times he was EXCEPTIONALLY pleased. When it was realized that he couldn't live alone any longer, several Assisted Living facilities were considered; he chose to stay at the Arlington. The staff was wonderful in helping him transition. He's been an eccentric, reclusive fellow most of his life, and there were problems getting him to comply to the rules. As he entered AL, he was dealing with radiation treatments for prostate cancer as well as symptoms from Covid. The staff made an extra effort to assist him, and now he's happy as can be, still learning about all the Arlington provides.

My very senior mother has been an assisted living resident of The Arlington of Naples for nearly five years. During her residency, I have constantly found both the staff and administration far exceed what I might expect in such a facility. The deft manner with which matters are attended is uniquely personal and highly professional. The aides are warm, the nurses are dedicated and caring and the administrators seek to facilitate positive outcomes. I never doubt that Mom's comfort is paramount to The Arlington's crew, and she is extraordinarily fond of the people she encounters. Although a picky eater, Mom regularly reports that the meals are delightful. The menu varies daily, and special requests are never an issue. Filet topped with grilled shrimp??? She is eating far better than am I!!! The activity programming is a terrific mix of traditional and more current areas of interest. In my frequent visits, I have observed that there is always something for the residents to do, and they are enthusiastically engaged in the activities. The physical environment is charming, fresh and scrupulously clean. There are no curious smells that would cause one to raise an eyebrow. Adjacent to Lely Resort, the setting is just plain lovely -- with safe outdoor green-spaces to enjoy on clear days. It is with great pleasure that I can wholeheartedly recommend The Arlington of Naples. My mother is treated with respect, not like a child. She has thrived in this community.

My original review of 1 star has significantly changed. After speaking with a Vitas nurse, I was told my sister's skin is flawless. It has no sores or bruises which means she is cleaned up very well at each diaper change which is not the case in some facilities. This was very important to me. After speaking with the Executive Director, I was assured the food situation is on the increase. Significant changes are being made for the better and more are to come. It is nice to know that if there are any issues, the Arlington is there for me to speak with and air my concerns. Kindly disregard any reviews with a 1 star rating from me. Hopefully, in the not too distant future, The Arlington will get a 5-Star review from me.

My very senior mother has been an assisted living resident of The Arlington of Naples for nearly five years. During her residency, I have constantly found both the staff and administration far exceed what I might expect in such a facility. The deft manner with which matters are attended is uniquely personal and highly professional. The aides are warm, the nurses are dedicated and caring and the administrators seek to facilitate positive outcomes. I never doubt that Mom's comfort is paramount to The Arlington's crew, and she is extraordinarily fond of the people she encounters. Although a picky eater, Mom regularly reports that the meals are delightful. The menu varies daily, and special requests are never an issue. Filet topped with grilled shrimp??? She is eating far better than am I!!! The activity programming is a terrific mix of traditional and more current areas of interest. In my frequent visits, I have observed that there is always something for the residents to do, and they are enthusiastically engaged in the activities. The physical environment is charming, fresh and scrupulously clean. There are no curious smells that would cause one to raise an eyebrow. Adjacent to Lely Resort, the setting is just plain lovely -- with safe outdoor green-spaces to enjoy on clear days. It is with great pleasure that I can wholeheartedly recommend The Arlington of Naples. My mother is treated with respect, not like a child. She has thrived in this community.

Sue and I moved from Independant Living into Assisted Living here and enjoy it very much and have found wonderful service and activity's here. Assisted living offers a wonderful apartment to live in and the staff is excellent. We are blessed here. Robert and Sue Marks

Recently toured Arlington. Interacted with current residents, some "founding members" - basically people who have been there since it was built, and also some new residents. Everyone I met could only talk of how nice it is to live there. While walking around, I noticed how very clean the entire place it and it is fresh in updates - no shabby interiors. Staff very friendly and on site community reps, (Sharon Watson) truly considerate in how tour conducted and in her responses to the many questions. Overall, Arlington presents as somewhere to relocate and retire without really slowing down in how you live your life. (unless you want to!)

Assisted living was a totally new experience for my mom and Carol in activities took her under her wing. If no one else showed up for an activity Carol actually took the time to sit one on one with my mom and play her favorite games.
