I can't even begin to describe how incredible the experience has been with my parents. I could go on and on with how great the staff treats them. Rather than writing an entire novel I'll give some examples. I'm long distance caregiving for my parents and they make it incredibly easy to communicate with them. My mom loves the activities and they send me pictures almost everyday of her smiling and delighted to be there. Their attention to detail is incredible no health concern goes unaddressed and they often notice signs and symptoms before my parents do and get them care promptly. They even went as far as throwing my parents an anniversary party including taking my mom to the salon and getting her nails and hair done for the occasion. Worth every penny! Highly, highly recommend!

We were fortunated enough to place Mom at the Palace during the Covid19 pandemic. Although, we had limited access to her, the staff members were in constant contact with us, as she transition from home care to their facility. Mom has been at the Palace now for 2 years and her dementia condition has not worsen. We strongly believe the constant interactions and activities have kept her from deteriorating any further.

My mom has lived at the palace over 13 years - starting in Independent Living and then in Assisted Living when she needed more daily help. It is her home and she loves it there. The Palace has given my brothers and me the comfort of knowing that mom is being taken care of by loving staff and management and that if she needs special attention she will get it! My 83 year old father's health decelerated rapidly in December of 2022. My sister, brother, and I are his caretakers, and it took us all by surprise. We had to make the tough decision to move him into an assisted living facility due to his chronic health issues. We asked friends, family, & colleagues about various options while we did our research, albeit in an accelerated timeframe, and were happy to hear that many had given high praise to the Palace for their care and support of family members in the past. We ultimately decided to move Dad into the Palace Royale. Considering the circumstances, the process was fairly seamless, and the professionalism and compassion that the Palace team members exhibited gave us comfort during our time of need. We collaborated very closely with the Director of Customer Service, the General Manager, the Director of Residence Care and her team. Everyone was always very responsive and available via multiple avenues of communication. (Ex: Phone, E-Mail, Text, etc.) as we worked closely to ensure the health and safety of my father. My family was truly appreciative of the support the Palace provided us and we highly recommend their services to anyone that is in need of assisted living for their family members.

The Palace has been an amazing experience for my mom. When she arrived at The palace she was in a wheelchair and had just been discharged from the hospital. After being there for a week my mother was a completely different person. She was walking, socializing, she made friends and had shown a tremendous recovery. My mom at home was just sitting for hours in front of the television and here she was doing jewelry, painting and even dancing at happy hour. I must say the staff also truly treats her like a family member. From the administrator to the housekeeper they are all attentive to her needs. I highly recommend it.

My mom has been at The Palace for a few months now. From the very beginning the administration and staff have been excellent. They have incredible attention to detail and they truly care about the residents. My family has visited on numerous occasions and my mom is always well taken care of, her room is spotless and all the common areas are very clean. The staff is very patient and kind and they are very professional. The quality of the food is very good and the entertainment is age appropriate. The price of the center is really worth it because the peace of mind is truly priceless.

My Mom has had her studio in the Palace Royale for 9 months now. As in anything in life, there are changes that occur and we found ourselves as a family no longer having the skill set to give our mom what she needed and deserved medically, but also mentally, emotionally and spiritually. Mom couldn't stay in her home safely anymore and I can say without a doubt The Palace has gone above and beyond to welcome and care for her by creating an atmosphere of positivity and comfort. The staff are always open to answering questions and providing answers whether it be the gatekeepers or management. I am positive Ricardo, Patricia, Dianet, William and the fabulous Chef will be equally open and transparent to answer all of your questions as well! Donna V
