Our family has had an exceptional experience with NSPIRE Healthcare and Nursing Facility throughout my father-in-law's current stay. From the moment he arrives, kit was clear that the team is committed to providing not only professional medical care but also genuine compassion and respect for each resident. We are especially grateful for CNA Antonio, whose attentiveness and kindness have made a meaningful difference in my father-in-law's daily comfort. His patience and willingness to go the extra mile have not gone unnoticed. The nursing team has also been outstanding. I highly recommend this center. It's a very welcoming place for anyone needing to take a family member. The staff is very professional, from the cleaning staff to the nurses, maintenance personnel, and office staff. I give the center 5 stars overall. From the moment you enter, the cleanliness is impressive, and the atmosphere is incredible. The therapy staff are very professional, providing activities for the patients, attending to them very well, and showing great concern. I recommend this center 100%.

My mom is currently at this facility and the staff is professional and friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant and engaging. The facility could do with some cosmetic upgrading of the rooms. Kudos to Humberto, Ibis, Ray and Sonovia. They provided great help. Just to add that my mother was recently sent to HCA hospital because of a possible stroke, which turned out to be correct. Thanks to Ray, the nurse on duty realized that my mother’s baseline was not the usual and called 911. It’s appreciated that is quick action save my mother. I am truly grateful for this and cannot say enough thdnks for Ray’s actions.

Thank God I came here for Physical and Occupational therapy! This is a Death Trap! There are some things good and Bad here.The Therapy Department, Occupational Department,Grace, Angela,Reggie, Danny, Raul. They are the Best! They are Assets to this Nursing Facility! There are a handful of Nurses that are Great Here and it’s the Male Nurses (Omar David) for 1 is wonderful He and another 2 other male Nurses were Great! I have to give credit where credit is due. They were unbelievably wonderful to me, Yes, there was a mistake made here and it was made on me! I was upset when I couldn’t get help and that’s what I’m calling a death trap.Friday March 20, 2026 I was finishing up dinner and I was eating Watermelon for my dessert a piece of watermelon got lodged in my throat and I seriously thought it was going to go down but unfortunately it did not. I was grasping for air. I pulled the call button but when you use the call button you get the nurse 3 hours later and you could be Dead by then. A handful of people speak ENGLISH Here! I continued to choke. I wheeled my wheelchair to the main entrance to the nurses station. Somebody saw me choking and helped me open the door. I stopped mid to the nurses station and I called for help with the last of my breath and told him I was choking. All they could do was rub my back. I got up from my wheelchair fell down and before I passed out, there were six nurses staring at me not doing a damn thing. I don’t know maybe three minutes went by and I got back into my wheelchair and realized I was gonna die with these nurses staring at me. I turned around and I can only get a small amount of air into my throat. I knew I was dying being in the medical profession, I know there’s only one way to get that out of your throat. I wheeled myself back to the entrance of my bedroom, ran into the bathroom and shoved my finger down my throat up came the lodged piece of watermelon that I was choking on. My HHA hugged me and I saved my own life. I asked for the nurses nobody knew what the Heimlich maneuver was. Nobody knew how to help me. They stood and stared and watched me choke. I went back into my room and I waited till I can get the head of the nurses. I spoke to the head of the nurses he had not a clue what I was talking about because the man did not understand English. I was explaining to him that the Heimlich maneuver you learn it when you learn CPR. I learned it in high school how could these six people in the nurses stations be nurses if they don’t know the Heimlich maneuver, I’m 69 years old and I managed to be able to save myself but if I was a 90 year-old woman, I’d be dead. The head of the nurses department turned around and said is the Heimlich maneuver a law he’s asking me if it’s a law and that’s when I realized he couldn’t understand any English. I asked my niece who was a lawyer for New York, California Phoenix, and Florida and she told me what I should do so here is my review. Don’t put any of your family members in this nursing home, unless they are in their 60’s-70’s and have a working brain. It is a horrible place especially for an 80 or a 90 year-old. If they only need to go for physical therapy or occupational therapy then you can chance it because their those departments is amazing but do not bring your loved ones here. It is a death trap. All nursing homes are Bad.Think before you send your elderly loved ones here. No1 in this nursing home knows how to help a Chocking victim! I am 69 and a Nurse myself so I was fortunate to know what to do but your average person/patient is not going to know what to do! This place may let your loved one die. I was scared that I was gonna die at that point. There is good and bad, this was a terrible thing to happen and I thank God, that he did not take me.

78 years old. That's how old my grandfather is. And never ” not once ” has he come home from a doctor's appointment talking about how well they treated him. Until Nspire Healthcare Kendall. He couldn't stop telling us how kind the nurses were, how nobody rushed him, how they made sure he understood everything before moving on. Watching him feel genuinely cared for was one of the best things I've witnessed in a long time. Absolutely phenomenal place.

My brother has been dealing with some serious health issues and finding the right care felt impossible ” until we found Nspire Healthcare Kendall. The nurses there are hands down the most attentive I've ever seen. They didn't just treat him, they actually listened to him. That alone is priceless. I’m absolutely speechless today as not only Mariana didn’t give up as I worried for the insignia logo of my Mont Blanc instrument falling into the creaks of the door as I dropped it & she went out of her way to get it for me, fixed it & then sharing the same exact verse I recently just put on my social media. I have goosebumps just as I write this because I find the coincidence and her fixing one of the most precious if not my favorite piece of equipment I use & I really don’t know how to express how grateful I’ve been for NSPIRE! My mom is currently at the Rehab. This is her second time there. The entire staff has been so kind and caring. From the admission, Directors, Nurses, CNA and the activities personal. Susan the Director, Amaury the Director of Nursing, Rafael nurse, CNA Maria Lorenzo, Yusmari admissions and if I missed anyone it’s cause I do not know their names have been amazing. Maria Lorenzo works in the dinning room and she is so caring to everyone and takes the extra time to make the patients feel special. Amaury is very attentive and very kind. They all have been nothing but professional and patient. Susan was the first person I met when my mom arrived there and she took the time to explain the rehabilitation process. I’m happy I chose Nspire for my mom.

My grandma is currently at NSPIRE to recover/receive therapy for a fall she had. I’ve visited almost everyday, at different hours of the day and so far everything is super good! My grandma is being well taken care of, the ladies are very attentive. Maria from the dinning room is wonderful! She helps her eat if my grandma needs it, is already aware what she likes and doesn’t, and keeps us informed if she’s been eating!

My experience at Facilite with my mother-in-law has been exceptional. Everyone, from Maria, who cared for her in the lounge and with her meals, is unparalleled. I wish I could give this center 10 stars. My mom was here till her last breath and it was the best decision we could have ever made bringing her here. The center has been wonderful and I am forever grateful for all staff and friends and family members. Anything I would have ever needed was provided without any hesitation. The care we received felt like we belonged and we were right at home. The administration team especially SusanMarie was always looking out for ways to make us feel comfortable and confident in our decisions for our mom. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my wonderful experience at NSPIRE Rehabilitation in Kendall. My grandmother received excellent care from the moment she walked in until she left. The therapy is amazing. The treatments were effective, and the progress she made was noticeable. The therapists are dedicated and professional. They genuinely care about their patients and take the time to explain every step of the process. The entire staff was kind and attentive. Everyone, from the front desk to the clinical team, treated my grandmother with respect and warmth. They continue to check in. Even after she left, they still call to see how she’s doing, which means a lot to our family. It’s clear that they love what they do. Their passion for helping others shines through in their care. I am expressing this without any intent to seek privilege or recognition, despite my background as a Genetic Doctor ” only with the honest intention of acknowledging the excellent service I received. I want to highlight Don Amaury Alonso and Supervisor Rafael Torrez for their leadership; the most exceptional CNA I have encountered, Ivis Delgado, for her humane and professional care; and other dedicated CNAs such as Denisse, Bernadette, Carmen, Yoanka, and Maria. I also want to thank the therapy team ” especially Zulema, Grey, and Angela, who stands out as the best in PT. I can confirm the quality care patients receive here at NSPIRE. Amaury (DON) is very attentive and does a great job managing the facility. The nursing staff, CNAs, and receptionists are really helpful with all my needs. The PT and Maintenance department are also top notch. This is the one of the best rehabilitation centers, I highly recommend.

More than just a rehabilitation center, Nspire of Kendall feels like a true family for our loved ones to receive care, comfort, and support. Under the new administration, the facility has truly evolved to the next level”not only through their incredible teamwork, but also through the beautiful remodeling that makes the place feel like a warm, welcoming home. The quality of service is exceptional. I have to give special kudos to Benita, the Director of Activities”her dedication and passion for the residents are evident every single time you visit. She puts her heart into making sure patients enjoy every moment of their day. The medical staff and case management team are compassionate, attentive, and deeply involved in their patients’ well-being. The admissions department is supportive and responsive, and the director deserves enormous credit for bringing all these amazing people together to make Nspire of Kendall the wonderful place it is today. Truly a 5-star experience in every way!

From the nurses and caregivers to the cleaning staff, handyman, transportation team, office staff, and secretaries, everyone I’ve met has shown compassion, patience, and genuine care. The Nurse Director deserves special recognition for being results-driven, attentive, and incredibly understanding. He always addresses questions or concerns right away and makes sure residents and families feel supported and heard. Through some very difficult times on our lives I’ve met many people with truly big hearts here, and I’m deeply grateful for their help, kindness, and dedication. I would like to thank the nursing staff, the assistants and the therapy staff for the care and love the have shown to me. There are too many to mention and I don't want to miss anybody. They all deserve 5 . The facility itself (the second floor specifically) needs a face lift. The rugs are badly stained, the room I stayed needs a paint job, the furniture looks extremely old and beat up. If you look past the appearance and look at how the staff treats you, is a great place to be. My sincere thanks to all the caring and loving staff.

I do not understand how this center has this ratings, I am specifically talking about the rehab center. I had a family member there and there is not attention to the patient, the staff is not qualified and the place had an awful smell, really bad. When my family member left in 1/2025 they had just started to change the floors in the halls. The place is just horrible, I do not recommended to anyone.
