The Executive Director has carried out a strong, comprehensive action plan to ensure security, while reassuring residents and their families that this is A-Safe-Place-To-Be. Ms. Owen's direction guides her dedicated staff in achieving a perfect blend of competence and compassion. This is why we trust Lehigh Acres Assisted Living to care for our mother. And--- this is why I was compelled to ADD to my previous positive post. Hurricane threats increase everyone's concerns and thereby increase the pressures and responsibility of an assisted living facility. Here we have a wonderful example of needs being met! I worked here for over 4 years. I love that everyone shows lots of teamwork and very sweet and supportive. Our residents are phenomenal!!! If you came here you would never think that they would be the age that they are. If you're thinking about a place for your mom,dad,grandmas or grandpas this is the place! A family home. Smells amazing! We have an open breakfast, so they can pick whatever they like to eat and multiple choices for lunch and dinner. If you're looking for a place to work and have a great teamwork ENERGY, I say this is the place for you!

I live in Lehigh and my close friend at church has his grandmother at Lehigh acres assisted-living. After being my father's primary caregiver for three years and him living with us, I decided to try him in assisted living and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Since day one, the executive Director, marketing director, nursing manager and office staff have been very kind and helpful. It's joy to see the same faces working at this facility on a regular basis. I would like to give a few awesome "shout outs" to: Kerri, Liz, Lou, both "Kiki's", Wendy and the entire weekend crew!! I don't know all the names yet, but they all have been great. I have been coming in a couple times a day since his first day there to check on him and help the staff with getting him adjusted Visit is better and better. Thank you, Lehigh Acres assisted-living for helping my dad adjust and giving my family a much-needed break!

Staff is amazing and everyone who lives here seems very happy. They do nice activities throughout the day and plan for trips out of facility to enrich the lives of those living there. It is obvious that the staff truly cares.

We are very pleased with the care our mother is receiving by the individuals who are employed by Lehigh Assisted Living. They caringly attend to the needs of the residents. They have a creative events co-ordenator on staff to ensure the residents have a variety of crafts and activities. Many of their employees have been employed with them for sometime. We were not aware of the importance of longevity of employment when we started looking for a place for our mom who can not be left alone. They have many creative celebrations from the residents birthdays to holiday celebrations. Residents are allowed to include family members and friends to join in the festivities. The most recent was a Mothers Day Tea Party. The tables were beautifully and creatively arranged with lovely tea cups, saucers, tea and the most unique centerpieces, finger foods and accompanyments. They incorporated games that would allow all residents and their guest at the tea party to join in. Most importantly the staff listens to our concerns, takes them seriously and addresses them in a timely manner. The building is a bit dated, but it is clean and I look forward to some future upgrades. Most importantly we are very pleased with our moms care she receives. Kindly, Roughgarden Family

The Lehigh Acres Assisted Living staff impressed me with their professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for their residents. My sister has been here for over seven months and has never been better! Not counting how quickly they accepted her into the community, it took them only a few days to settle all the paperwork and get her in! I love the place!

If I had to move a family member into an ALF, this is the place I would choose. As a home health physical therapist, I go into many facilities and see how residents are treated by staff. Lehigh Acres Assisted Living has the most caring staff I have seen across facilities. Residents are treated like family. The facility is clean, they have daily activities and trips for residents, and staff there has been great staff retention which speaks volumes.
