UPDATE! My Mother's final six years were enjoyed at her residence at Lehigh Acres Assisted Living. With the devoted, expert care she received, she made it to 98! This is a smaller facility but that’s what makes it feel more like home. From observing the actions of all the staff, it is obvious how much they care. The Director Liz is a nurse as well as Dawn the director of nursing and these two are involved in everything to ensure a positive living experience for all. All of their staff show true love and affection to all of the residents. If you are looking for a place for your loved one , who now needs a little help, I highly recommend this place.

Outstanding Facility!! My mother has received very attentive and compassionate care while being a resident at Lehigh Acres Assisted Living. I have been a frequent visitor while my mom has been a resident, and I am always impressed by the outgoing and cherry atmosphere. The facility has a very homey feel to it and is maintained very well. The friendly and outgoing staff offer a wide variety of fun activities and the best part is that the staff has treated my mom just like family. We are moving our Mom into this assisted living home and our first unannounced visit left us with a great impression! It did not smell like a hospital and it was very clean! Everyone was super friendly and the Director was very pleasant and super informative. The place is smaller than some we looked at which will be so much better for our Mom. Her apartment is roomy and cozy! After checking out several places, this was the best and most accommodating by far!

My brother and I hold a service here every month. This is one of my favorite places to do ministry! The staff is amazing, and has been very gracious to us. Amanda, the activities director is a great person, inside and out, and we has shown us such grace, allowing us to do what we do! The residents are also great! We enjoy conversing with them every time we come! The facilities are also very nice and inviting! I don't want to fail to mention "Lou". (Thats what we call her). She was our first contact when we were seeking to do a ministry there, and she was gracious and accommodating as well! Her warm personality and friendly demeanor made us feel welcome, and she still continues to as well when we see her! Apart from that, the other staff that we've met have been great too! I'm not retirement age yet, but would consider this place if I had to go into an assisted living situation. I would DEFINITELY recommend this place if I had a loved one who needed some care, while still maintaining some independence!

The hardest thing I ever had to do was put my mom into an assisted living facility. But, I have to say this place is so wonderful. They have shown me that they really care about the people there. It’s just beautiful there with the landscaping and the rooms. I am confident that my mom will be happy there with the time she has left. Our mom is 95 years old and went into Lehigh Acres Assisted Living in May 2025. Myself and my 2 sister's had to make the difficult decision of putting our mom into a home. Everyone at the facility has been such a pleasure from day 1. The facility is always clean, has a lot of daily activities, 3 meals a day and a happy atmosphere. Our mom doesn't partake in any of the activites, but there is plenty for her to choose from if she wishes. She loves sitting outdoors on the porches. I can't say enough about the wonderful staff. Kiki & Liz have been blessings to us! They are always willing to help and answers any quetions we may have. We feel confident in them, which gives us a peace of mind. They are taking great care of our mom! What a wonderful place! I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a great assisted living home in this area! Thank you to all the staff!

My 96 year old mother, who previously lived alone, needed to change her living situation. Her daughters live in the northern US and she would not leave Lehigh. Fortunately we visited Lehigh Acres Assisted Living. The staff, all of them, were extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, and made certain that my mother quickly integrated into robust social life afforded the residents. My sister and I know that she is well looked after.

My Great Dane, Romeo and I are from Pennsylvania and we’re visiting friends in Lehigh acres for the winter. We were asked if we would like to do a meet and greet with the residents of Lehigh Acres Assisted Living. After our first visit we made it our weekly routine every Thursday at 10:30 for the next four months. The residents looked forward to our weekly visits. The staff members are amazing and welcomed Romeo and I with open arms and hearts, occasionally they would ask us if we would do some room visits for those who are unable to join us in the family room, this showed how much they truly cared about each resident. Lehigh acres Assisted Living is very clean and has an extremely friendly environment, as well as the staff being incredible. Romeo and I highly recommend Lehigh acres for a loved one that needs a home with a comfortable environment. We look forward to returning and bringing smiles to everyones faces!!

A Great group of ladies from Westminster Community have taken on a Goodwill Project.They have named their project Westminster Friends and Flowers. They are remaking fresh flower arrangements and distributing them to the local Assisted Care Facilities, Nursing homes, & Health & Rehab Centers. All at no cost to the facility. From my initial phone call to the facility I was greeted by Lou the receptionist who was very welcoming and helpful. She then put me in touch with Amanda the Activity Director. She was a delight . Not only was she professional but had a very pleasing personality. She was immediately on board with our project. So Lehigh Acres Assisted Living was our very first delivery. I was told by the ladies delivering the flowers that it was a wonderful facility and they were met with Enthusiasm and Happy Residents and had a very nice visit. It was a Win Win for all involved !! What a wonderful environment for your loved ones! The facilities are great and the staff are truly caring and they work very hard to provide the best care, day after day. All my concerns and questions are always fully addressed. My father is still mentally aware of everything and has nothing but nice things to say about all the staff and care he receives. I can sleep at night knowing he is in good hands! I love that it is a small facility and he's not lost in a big "system". They have activities and outings and the staff have done an amazing job of encouraging him to participate (he doesn't normally like to participate in things). It's impossible to find the words to express my gratitude and peace of mind surrounding Lehigh Assisted Living and the incredible staff from management to care givers. They go above and beyond caring for my 98 year old mother daily. From the moment of my first visit I felt comfortable and knew my mom was going to be safe here. We are very pleased with the care our mother is receiving by the individuals who are employed by Lehigh Assisted Living. They caringly attend to the needs of the residents. They have a creative events co-ordenator on staff to ensure the residents have a variety of crafts and activities. Many of their employees have been employed with them for sometime. We were not aware of the importance of longevity of employment when we started looking for a place for our mom who can not be left alone. They have many creative celebrations from the residents birthdays to holiday celebrations. Residents are allowed to include family members and friends to join in the festivities. The most recent was a Mothers Day Tea Party. The tables were beautifully and creatively arranged with lovely tea cups, saucers, tea and the most unique centerpieces, finger foods and accompanyments. They incorporated games that would allow all residents and their guest at the tea party to join in. Most importantly the staff listens to our concerns, takes them seriously and addresses them in a timely manner. The building is a bit dated, but it is clean and I look forward to some future upgrades. Most importantly we are very pleased with our moms care she receives. Kindly, Roughgarden Family

I live in Lehigh and my close friend at church has his grandmother at Lehigh acres assisted-living. After being my father’s primary caregiver for three years and him living with us, I decided to try him in assisted living and it has been a wonderful experience so far. Since day one, the executive Director, marketing director, nursing manager and office staff have been very kind and helpful. It’s joy to see the same faces working at this facility on a regular basis. I would like to give a few awesome shout outs to: Kerri, Liz, Lou, both Kiki’s, Wendy and the entire weekend crew!! I don’t know all the names yet, but they all have been great. I have been coming in a couple times a day since his first day there to check on him and help the staff with getting him adjusted Visit is better and better. Thank you, Lehigh Acres assisted-living for helping my dad adjust and giving my family a much-needed break!

The Lehigh Acres Assisted Living staff impressed me with their professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for their residents. If I had to move a family member into an ALF, this is the place I would choose. As a home health physical therapist, I go into many facilities and see how residents are treated by staff. Lehigh Acres Assisted Living has the most caring staff I have seen across facilities. Residents are treated like family. The facility is clean, they have daily activities and trips for residents, and staff there has been great staff retention which speaks volumes.

- Confirm with community manager that living and services required for you or your loved one's unique needs and budget are met.

Assisted Living Center uses the term "assisted living" or "personal care" to inform users that a community provides assistance with some Activities of Daily Living (ADL's). It may not meet your state's legal definition required for that level of care.
