Fountain Crest has given me the opportunity to move up from Concierge to Life Enrichment Director. My dream career. This is a friendly retirement community nestled in Lehigh Acres that really cares about it's residents. Retirement living at it's finest! With Resort style living, The amenities are far too many to list. But with all the comforts of home. It makes our motto, "People, Passion and Excellence" feel a lot like family!

I have worked at Fountaincrest for 10 years and it has been a terrific experience! All of the staff have been very friendly and all of the residents have been a joy to work with. The management company/owner, Sunshine Retirement Living, and the Fountaincrest management team have been exceptional at keeping Fountaincrest a great place to work and live. Recently, a couple who just moved in to Fountaincrest commented to me that after looking at several retirement communities in the area, they ultimately chose Fountaincrest because of the simple fact when they walked in, all of the residents and the staff were smiling and seemed happy. They said that was a sure sign that Fountaincrest was a good place to live! I can attest to that statement that Fountaincrest is truly a great place to work and live!

The residents are so kind and loving Just to be able to connect with residents , to be able to work inside the kitchen with a wonderful teamwork to make sure from the time the residents wake up to the time they go to sleep they have a full stomach is just wonderful. We have a family member who moved here when it came time for her to sell her house since it had become too much for her. They have several options for room configurations that meets the needs of singles or couples. The facility itself is brand new and very well maintained. The staff is outstanding and so responsive to thr needs of the residents. The dining room serves all meals and the food is very good. There is an indoor swimming pool, a large community kitchen for those who would like to use it, a workout room, a theater, and lots of activities. Even better, my aunt was able to bring her small dog along. There were a lot of facilities to choose from in the greater Ft. Myers area, and even though this is a bit further out in Lehigh Acres, it was a great choice. She is very happy there.

Very very friendly and helpful staff. We just moved my grandparents in there two weeks ago and were there ALL day setting up their apartment for them. The staff kept coming in to check on us and even brought us a lunch while we were working. We havent known them long but I look forward to their great service and care for my grandparents!

Fountain Creat is a wonderful retirement community. My sister has lived there for 1 1, 2 years and is very happy. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful, as well as professional. The grounds are beautiful. Food is delicious. Highly recommend!

You can enjoy the outside by going for a swim or just hanging out in the huge screened lanai that overlooks the butterfly garden! Want to stay indoors? Enjoy a movie in the theater room! Ive worked at Fountain Crest Retirement Community for over 9 years and I truly love it here! Not only is it a fantastic place for seniors to thrive but it is also a terrific place to work! The food here is amazing, all-day dining with 3 meals and everything made from scratch! We love our residents here and try to help them in any way that we can! As Dining Manager at Fountain Crest for over ten years I have the pleasure of greeting and meeting all of our residents and their families and guests every day. to be able to see and hear the happiness that we all bring to them is by far the best feeling. Fountain Crest Retirement Community is a true hidden gem. The staff is truly adept and friendly! The residents, vibrant and happen to be VERY interesting people! The food made here by the chefs is OUTSTANDING! There is also always some type of interesting activity, celebration and, or event going on. I have read a few articles, from various sources, outlining some benefits of retirement community living. All very valid, but Fountain Crest and Sunshine Retirement Living have many additional benefits and resources to offer. SEVERAL of the employees own parents live here at Fountain Crest. That, to me, is a very valid endorsement of both the quality of the community and the character of the staff. Get in touch with the Community Development Director and ask about current move-in incentives. She has more resources to offer than I can list. Its a great looking place with a really good feel. Come take a tour and experience it for yourself.

Our life here, I describe as like being on a cruise without the water! The staff here is the very best! Wonderful food, great activities—lots of fun and laughter! You can be as involved as you wish, or go back to the quiet of your own apartment...well insulated so you hear no others. When we have guests, they are amazed at the friendly staff, the chef-prepared food, amenities and spacious apartment.

I have been an Team Member at Fountain Crest Retirement for 12 years. When you first walk into Fountain Crest, you can feel the warmth within the community! You will see many smiling faces and hear the laughter of the residents and team members. I have great pride in working for our community, we have wonderful and dedicated team members, it is very clean and beautiful, and the food is just fabulous! New residents always make friends easily because our residents are warm, friendly and caring. But, it doesnt end there, we are surrounded by beautiful gardens, especially Butterfly Gardens where the residents help to raise our own butterflies, it is so exciting and beautiful to watch! All of our team members go above and beyond to make our residents happy! Our residents appreciate them so much that they cant stop bragging to their friends and family about the TLC they receive at Fountain Crest! Needless to say, thats why i have dedicated 12 years to Fountain Crest and i am looking forward to many more!

My husband and I have lived at Fountain Crest for nearly 3 years and are so happy here we wished we had moved in sooner. There is a wonderful atmosphere of love and we are like one big happy family. The staff are all outstanding in their love and compassion shown to residents and fellow workers. We have many wonderful activities for our health and pleasure. The food is delicious with choices for every meal. The kitchen staff are open to trying new things that the residents suggest. The place is well maintained - a place we can be proud to call home. Also they are very welcoming to our family and friends visiting and having meals with us. I highly recommend it - it;s like being on a permanent vacation with 3 meals a day and light housekeeping provided.

Hi, I am Gloria daughter and I was with my sister as we came down to surprise my mom and sister. I wanted to see where my mom was living and what a wonderful place! Its like a 5 star resort! The place was beautiful,clean and friendly workers that helped us so much in planning the surprise party. As I look around you can see the people there are very happy, interactive with each other and they participate in all the activities there. We got to enjoy Happy Hour with them..Oh what fun! Love that mom was able to find Love again with Ralph after a long battle of cancer with my dad. I can rest easy that mom is happy and well taken care of there and would highly recommend that place to any one! Thank you for taking good care of every ones loved one there! Sue 5 stars

My mom moved into Fountain Crest Retirement Community in August of 2015. She moved from Buffalo, New York to Florida to get out of the snow and cold weather. I visited her in December 2015 and was amazing with the place. The staff was friendly and the residents were very welcoming. Couldnt believe all the activities they have for the residents and how much fun my mom was having. Well in May I decided to come and surprise my mom. I called and spoke with 2 ladies from their staff Anne Marie and Sally. They went out of their way to help me set up the surprise for my mom. They help me arrange the surprise and they also informed the rest of the staff there. We had a delicious lunch at the place. Food was great and waitress was friendly and came back to make sure we were satisfied with the food and if we needed anything more. I am so glad my mom is a resident at Fountain Crest and all her needs are being taken care of. Thanks for taking care of my mom. 5 stars

Fantastic place. Ive been there to visit my big brothers mother in-law many times. The place is spotless and modern, the staff is very friendly and the food is pretty good too. I would choose Fountain Crest in a heartbeat if I was looking for a retirement home for myself.
