I just love this place because they have the best cheeseburgers! This is the second time coming here. The servers were very friendly and made sure your food was good. I would definitely come back again for another salad, cheeseburger and a cheesecake!

What a great place to live. We have what ever you want most of the time for games, entertainment, board games, their is a puzzle room with over a hundred puzzles, our library is packed full of books from all your favorite authors with more coming in all the time. Movies in the evening with Bingo, show me the money and Corn Hole several times a week. Sunday’s there is church and hymn singing. Live entertainment most every month. You can stay as busy as you like doing things you like or learning to do new things.

Fountain Crest is like taking a cruise without the water! We have the most amazing staff, always accommodating, knowledgeable, smiling & attentive! Activities are overflowing on the calendar! There’s so much to choose from, with exercise classes, Cornhole, Bingo, music, current daily movies, outside entertainment, day trips -if you’re bored here-it’s your own fault! You don’t need a car, just ride the FC bus-it’s so much fun-and you can get to those day trips, your doctor appointment, shopping, hair cuts , etc. I do appreciate that it’s all-inclusive but your phone. This is an happy place”independent living at its best!

My decision to move into Fountain Crest was for the services and convenience. I found more than I expected. This is a family. We, the residents, are family. Our employee team is fantastic and have become family. Compared to other communities, this is where I want to be!

My mother was there for 2 1/2 years and they were the best!!! I loved the spacious rooms and friendly staff. I would have kept her there for the rest of her life, unfortunately she was mentally declining with Alzheimer's and I had to make a hard decision. Wished she was still there because the other ALF in Lehigh baker acted her in 6 weeks of having her and then basically told me if i did not have private duty every night and all weekend she couldn't come back. Poor thing spent 10 days in a behavior hospital. We have since found her an ALF in Cape Coral that is having no issues taking care of her. So long story short...if your loved ones are in Fountain Crest and need additional care, do not put them in LA ALF.

They truly treat my loved one like family 😀 3 yrs ago when mom died, dad was lost without her. The Fountain Crest family took him in and now at 93 is truly living his best life.

We have a family member who moved here when it came time for her to sell her house since it had become too much for her. They have several options for room configurations that meets the needs of singles or couples. The facility itself is brand new and very well maintained. The staff is outstanding and so responsive to thr needs of the residents. The dining room serves all meals and the food is very good. There is an indoor swimming pool, a large community kitchen for those who would like to use it, a workout room, a theater, and lots of activities. Even better, my aunt was able to bring her small dog along. There were a lot of facilities to choose from in the greater Ft. Myers area, and even though this is a bit further out in Lehigh Acres, it was a great choice. She is very happy there.

Very very friendly and helpful staff. We just moved my grandparents in there two weeks ago and were there ALL day setting up their apartment for them. The staff kept coming in to check on us and even brought us a lunch while we were working. We haven't known them long but I look forward to their great service and care for my grandparents!

Fountain Creat is a wonderful retirement community. My sister has lived there for 1 1/2 years and is very happy. The staff is wonderful and extremely helpful, as well as professional. The grounds are beautiful. Food is delicious. Highly recommend!

From what little time Mom resided at Fountain Crest Retirement Community (FCRC), it appeared to be a nice place, but before you hand over the move-in costs, be sure you are willing/able to gamble and lose you or your loved one’s money. My Mom moved in and only stayed about 5 days until she fell and dislocated her shoulder. She was not able to return because the Director had quickly determined she was not physically able to return and had contacted the Hospital and Rehabilitation Facility informing them of this decision. FCRC kept her security deposit of $500, $2000 down payment, $1706 prorated rent, and $2300 last month rent, totaling $6506. Yes, it cost my Mom $6,506 to live there approximately 5 days! FCRC Was not willing to return any of it. It’s a nice place but sadly, no financial sympathy was given.

I just moved a family member into Fountain Crest. You can tell by the attitude of the other residents during meals that everyone seems to be happy there. All of the staff that I dealt with were very friendly, professional and truly caring individuals.

Fantastic place. I've been there to visit my big brother's mother in-law many times. The place is spotless and modern, the staff is very friendly and the food is pretty good too. I would choose Fountain Crest in a heartbeat if I was looking for a retirement home for myself.
