Excellent community, friendly staff, managers are experienced in the industry and it shows. The food is good and the social opportunities are diverse. The most compelling component of this community is their all inclusive pricing. It's nice to know what the monthly obligation is without any surprises.

In today's work environment, it is hard to find employers who care in general. I have met all the new residents and staff and everyone is nothing short of amazing. I look forward to our continued growth and meeting future residents who decide to make this fantastic community their new home.

Palomino Gardens is located close to Wellington and west of lots of urban traffic and vacation areas. A beautiful and resort style architecture and the kindest and most qualified staff to make the residents feel right at the best location ever! All sorts of sports, workout, gatherings and reasons to smile and make friends are abundant. Oh yes, the food is excellent!!!

We just moved in and I can't say enough positives about the staff, the food and the overall amenities. But in addition to that, the management from the owner to the on-site managers are customer focused. When the property was not ready through no fault of them, they put us up in a hotel and paid all expenses. I like to think of this as a "cruise on land"

This place is made to look exactly like a cruise ship, everything in this building looks amazing and there is not a reason to be bored. The gym is very well equipped, the dinner is spectacular with the best Chefs and the staff is super nice.
