Hey, you reading this review, stop searching, you’ve found the right place! Harborchase Wellington is a great facility for your loved one. During my time here I have seen the staff treat the residents with kindness and respect. The response time when trying to get ahold of a nurse is immediate and the administrative team is superb. Everyone is genuinely concerned about the well-being of the residents. The food here is great and they also have a bistro. The facility is very modern and luxurious. The memory care unit is phenomenal. They do art and crafts with the residents and other mind stimulating activities with them. Great facility !

I can't say enough about the awesome staff at HarborChase. From the initial visit until move in, they made my mom feel like she was at home. The Director of Maintenance, Paul, even helped my mom figure out how to work her television. Her room is always clean when I visit and she loves the activities.

If I could give this facility more than five stars I would. My experience here at HarborChase Wellington has been exceptional. The staff members are really nice and they interact well with the residents. Harborchase Wellington is the perfect choice!

HarborChase of Wellington Crossing is an amazing all-inclusive resort style community. It is like a cruise ship with 3 delicious gourmet meals offered daily, many activities and events to choose from, daily exercise, entertainment, social gatherings and clubs galore, and The Grille Room (their fine dining steakhouse) to enjoy with friends and family. Why move to a home that you have to pay for food, utilities, taxes, insurance, and maintenance when you can everything included and taken care for you? Enjoy a lifestyle that’s fun, easy, and truly enjoyable! Stop by to see why my friends love living at HarborChase of Wellington Crossing! They will welcome you with open arms!

I was in the process of moving my mother into memory care. This facility withdrew money from my account that was not justified. It took over 3 months for them to provide a statement justifying the amount of the withdrawal, and there was over $5800 in charges that were not authorized. The executive director [Name Removed] promised to refund a partial amount in December, but it never happened. The sales director [Name Removed] promised me a complete refund in August. It has been over 7 months and I have not been refunded any of the money. The staff at HarborChase has stopped responding to emails and phone calls. They are only prompt with responses when they are trying to sell you something. I have heard multiple stories form other residents who were also overcharged and not reimbursed.

This facility is gorgeous! The staff is incredible and my parents have never been happier. They feel like they are on vacation. I am thrilled to know that they are in a warm, and uplifting environment. We searched for a long time to find the perfect fit for my parents and HarborChase was the only choice for us.
