Went to visit with my grandmother, who needs an Assisted Living Facility. While there I found that they place looked more like a hotel then a comfortable facility for my grandmother. I even met the DON and learned that she was at another facility and she had many complaints against her. The ED wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to care to meet me and my grandmother.

This facility had a husband arrested for visiting his wife. This facility is obviously not secure since they claim he broke in after hours and he is 87 years old.

Its not a hotel. Its an assisted living facility and memory care for people who have Dementia. This is where I had to place my wife so she could get good treatment and be safe. Its a beautiful place but like all the rest of these facilities, nice isnt always better, they just cost twice as much for less care, But their food is better even if it takes an hour to get your food

Dont turn where the GPS tells you to. It will take you to the too your health spa and the parking lots do not connect. It is the next road.

Wonderfully luxurious and excellent place for our seniors to live in. Love this place, their care, sense of commitment. Everything is 5-star quality at Village Veranda starting with the managers, chefs, concierge etc! Everyone is friendly, respectful, loving and caring. All of the managers and staff are dedicated and truly involved in making sure that the residents are well taken care of, they offer a multitude of amenities and activities to their residents. They take the time to truly know their residents by name, likes, dislikes and everything relating to each individual resident. They even have many activities that are family involved and welcomed.Thanks for going above and beyond!
