I'm a private caregiver and the family hired me to help their 91 year old father readjust after being in rehab I know several of the assisted-living in the area, but I had never heard of the springs. I am happy to say I was pleasantly surprised by the care of the kitchen staff by the care of the nurses. And everyone in between. I cannot say that about every assisted-living I've been to in the area. I would definitely recommend this to clients. I know if they're looking for a assisted-living in the future.

If you are looking for an assisted living facility look no where else, because The Springs is the best home for your love one. Staff is amazing, friendly and caring and everyone in administration makes you feel at home and welcoming. I invite you to come tour and see for yourself. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

Walking in the place makes you feel like you've been a big warm hug. Staff and residents are friendly and very helpful. The building and grounds are very nice, including the enclosed courtyard out back.

I have worked here at the The springs for about a year and half. I can tell you that our community is staffed with loving and caring individuals. We love our residents and staff like family. We pride ourselves on being a great team and family. We may not be the newest or fanciest but we are truly a community that loves like a family. To me it's not going to work everyday it's like going to grandma's house every day. I absolutely love it!!

My grandparents are living at Lady Lake right now and whenever I've visited they seem really happy and talk about how they enjoy the services provided at this place. They often tell me about the quality food they are served and about how nice the staff are here. I can certainly say my family made a good decision having Lady Lake be the place to take care of our aging family members giving them great days with their remaining time.

All of the staff are very warm and caring. They made the transition to an ALF for my mother very easy. I have not met one staff member who does not greet everyone with a smile and compassion. They do not have easy jobs but they sure go out of their way for the seniors in their care. Very pleased with everyone.

My main concerns are that the rooms need to be cleaner. People that work in these facilities need to have the love for the people that their helping. It take a lot of patience. Besides that, over all this facility is nice.

The facility was clean and the staff friendly. Our friend said that she likes it there. She feels she gets good care. That makes us feel better knowing she is happy and well cared for.

My mother has been here almost 6 months. We looked for a year before we placed her here. She is very happy here. It isnt perfect, but the staff are very kind and respectful to every resident. The activity person, Ann, does an amazing job with the appropriate activities and scheduled entertainment. I would highly recommend it.
