10/10 if that was an option. Lady Lake Specialties has gone above and beyond to ensure great care for my 70 yr old mother suffering from mental and physical debilities. I have been working with them long distance (I live out of state) and from day one it has been seamless. Admissions , Nursing , Social services , Therapy , Dietary and all Ancillary staff have went above and beyond to ensure the care and safety of my mother is priority. The communication has been great. I feel it is needed to give special mention to a few staff that have made a lasting imprint in my heart : Tina -DON , Jennifer -Social services, Danielle -Therapy, Stacey -Activities , and Dottie (sorry if I misspelled ) SNF floor nurse . I would like to thank KT- Director of Admissions, TJ Director of Physical Therapy, Pam my Physical Therapist, Ashley my nurse and the numerous others who made my "stay" at Lady Lake Specialty Care so amazing. Their care and diligence allowed me to go home a day early to continue to recuperate on my way to a full recovery. It takes special type of people to make each patient feel like they are the most important one and those people work there. I am so grateful that this was the facility I was moved to for rehab and because of the TLC I received from the entire staff would highly recommend Lady Lake Specialty Care.

Lady Lake Specialty care has been exceptional in caring for my mother-in-law after her hip replacement. She is 89 and has dementia, and the facility staff's professionalism and commitment to her special-needs care has put us at considerable ease.

PT/OT department: PTA Trevor Pickard is exceptional having focus and knowledge of appropriate exercises. As a retired RN who has muscular dystrophy I have had many therapists over the last 30 years, from Vanderbilt and Shands Universities to free standing and in-home therapy and I can say Trevor is the best I have ever had. He has actually given me hope that I can improve muscle function and balance. Grateful for his interventions.
