I can say without any doubt this is the by far the best community. Yes a community, not just a rehabilitation center. The staff are the most compassionate people I have ever met. Your loved one will treated with dignity and respect. The place is amazing in every way imaginable.

This place is lovely! Took the kids here for a tricker treat event. The building is so nice and cozy. Tons of activities for the people who live here. They were all happy and had tons of staff to care for them. I'm so impressed! When the time comes when my parents need a place - id pick this place! 10/10

Amazing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this organization.This place looks so fresh, you can feel the energy of the caring group of people that make up the staff here. My aunt lives at Grand Oaks and it has been the best decision we as a family have ever made. The nurse manager, Danielle is the most devoted and caring person, she has eased our minds several times even when we call after hours.

Grand oaks is a place where you have the opportunity to grow professionally. I have worked for a year and it has been the best experience. Can't say enough of how thrilled we are in finding Grand Oaks, Jensen Beach,for our best friends. We looked at several facilities. What is the most important fact which puts GO Jensen above all others is how awesome their staff is. We love Ashley, Anita, and Brandon, the nursing staff, as well as the wonderful employees who every day make sure that every thing is taken care of with such care. The food is phenomenal. I have been working at Grand Oaks of Jensen Beach for seven years and I have experienced the best time of my career as a CNA. We are like one big happy family here. The residents and their families are our #1priority and are very well taken care of in every way possible by the entire staff (nursing, food service, activities, housekeeping, maintenance) and our exceptional administrative staff. Teamwork is very important to the staff.

I had the honor and privilege of servicing the Grand Oaks of Jensen Beach and Palm City patients as their podiatrist for 4 years before I recently relocated to Texas. I have been a provider at many assisted living facilities and these two facilities and all the staff have set the bar extremely high. I had the most wonderful patient population and each and every one of them was so well-taken care of and genuinely happy being there. From a professional standpoint, every single staff member always had a smile on their face, happy to be working there, willing to always help and everything was so well-run and organized. I will most surely miss these two facilities and all the staff.

Grand Oaks of Jensen Beach is overall a wonderful place to work, it provides a great work life balance and flexible work schedule. The environment is very light and positive and filled with great employees. Laurie the administrator Danielle our nursing manager and Ashely are very friendly and helpful. There are lots of fun activities and the food is great. We love and care for the residents as our own.

I am currently employed and have worked for Grand Oaks Jensen Beach for over 7 years(3 years as a CNA and 4 years as a Nurse) and I love it here. Laurie the Administrator took a chance on me fresh out of school over 7 years ago and I can't thank her enough for giving me the opportunity to work at Grand Oaks. My current Nurse Manager Danielle is on the ball. She is easy to work with and makes working stress free. The relationships I have built with the residents over the years and their families are so meaningful to me and remind me that I'm doing the right thing caring for them. Grand Oaks is family and will always be family no matter what.

Grand Oaks' staff in Jensen Beach are the best caretakers you could ask for for your loved ones. My mom just passed away there yesterday. Mom was a resident for only 6 months, but in that 6 months, these people became family to us. They cared for mom, and us as we navigated through moms final months. We were always greeted with a smile and like "Cheers" everybody knew our names. Mom had been in a different assisted living and it was horrible! At Grand Oaks we were now at ease that she was well taken care of. Danielle and her staff of nurses, Brandon, Don to name a few were there for mom until the end. The memory care staff, Fred, Carlin, Samara and so many more made mom feel that she wasn't alone and she was safe. I'll miss seeing these precious caregivers. I be see the bad reviews on the OLD administration, but rest a sure, that person is gone. Ashley and Lori and their staff are the best and we highly recommend this beautiful place. Thanks again for all you did for mom and us.

My mother is a different person since living at Grand Oaks. She is happy and joins in on the activities. Where as before she was always lonely in her condo. I'm so happy she is there. The best decision moving her there.

My father and his wife moved in to a two bedroom unit about 1.5 years ago. Regretfully, my dad waited far too long to realize this was the right move. His wife had become ill and needed more attention than he could provide her. It was the best thing they could've done moving in to Grand Oaks in Jensen Beach! Her needs were met right away, thus affording my dad some much needed rest and peace of mind. When she passed, my dad stayed on at Grand Oaks. He moved to a single room unit which easily met his needs. The units are amazingly clean (I'm retired military, I know what clean is). Grand Oaks is staffed by warm, friendly and professional people spread between a fantastic dining staff, cleaning and maintenance crew, activities coordinator, nurse and nursing aids, administration staff....the list goes on. Sadly, I lost my dad back in June. I can honestly say that I miss the folks at Grand Oaks, to include many of the clients, almost as much as I miss my father. I made a few really good friends there and I will always appreciate the fact that they kept things for my father to a very high standard of cleanliness, safety and comfort.

I moved my parents into Grand Oaks on 10/1/2015. Grand Oaks provided them with excellent and compassionate care during the 5 years that my parents called Grand Oaks home. The staff at Grand Oaks treated my parents (and me too) as family. My father passed away in January, 2020 and my mother in October, 2020. Stacey and her staff are caring and thorough, with the best interests of the residents always at the forefront of all care provided. Debbie and all of the front desk staff are wonderful! They are extremely helpful, cheerful and willing to go the extra mile. Melissa and her activity staff are fun and provide activities that are enjoyable and keep residents engaged and occupied. The dining staff is excellent. The food is delicious and the wait staff and chefs give an atmosphere of a fine dining experience while treating residents with the upmost respect. Laurie, as administrator, loves her community and works hard to make sure that all aspects of residential life at Grand Oaks runs smoothly and with the best interests of everyone always in mind. This was also true of, Randy, the previous administrator. As my parents health declined they became difficult. The Grand Oaks staff was wonderful in working with me to help provide the best care possible for my parents. I live in TX and it was a great comfort to know that my parents were always in good hands. I couldn't have done what I did for my parents without the excellent care they received at Grand Oaks. I was especially grateful that both of my parents were able to pass at their home - Grand Oaks.

My sister who suffered a stroke has joined the Grand Oaks family. It is truly a gift that we found such a wonderful home for her. She is living independently for the first time in over 2 years and has a smile on her face. They assist her in the needs she has, yet allow her to do the things she loves. Kathy says she feels like she's on a cruise with so many things to do daily. She recently went out on a boat and expressed to me that she almost cried with happiness. Kathy never thought she would be out on water again. When you join the Grand Oaks Family look her up she is friendly and kind. The kindness in Grand Oaks is cantagious according to Kathy. What a compliment to the staff and residents!!!!
