Wonderful place to live! The staff provide a warm and caring environment which ensures that each resident is given an excellent experience. In addition, the wide variety of activities avaible each day, amazing dining experience, and rehabilitation care available in house separates the Windsor from other similar places in the area.

A great place for anyone that has reached the point in life where they need assistance in daily living. My Daddy was a resident there years ago and received all the care he needed. I have a dear friend that is thinking about assisted living and I'm recommending the Windsor to her based on the experienced we had there years ago, and the visit/tour of the facility I had yesterday. I am convinced they are still offering the same quality care for their residents today. Kind and courteous staff.

Wonderful experience with the entire team. Friendly staff, customer service is out of this world! Special thanks to Therese Meyers for all of the time she spent with me to make my move to Windsor possible. The very best food ever! Freshly prepared, seasoned just right and you can eat it with your eyes! Check them out for any awesome experience and to be guided by the true experts!

The staff is very kind and attentive. My MIL had a great experience with her move in. Jonah from PT is compassionate and encouraging. Wendy from Intake has been helpful and made the transition from the rehab center as easy as possible. They are taking the recent Delta variant of COVID seriously and we appreciate that. The apartment is homey and the general surroundings are welcoming.

The Windsor includes the local communities to attend special events at their facility--movies, Trivial Pursuit games, and now Covid safe free lunches. Our St. Patricks Day box lunch contained a delicious Rueben sandwich and decorated potato chips brought to us by cheerful, costumed staff. Ive been meaning to write this review since I moved my mom into The Windsor at Ortega back in October. It was an extremely stressful time for my mom and for myself and I was blown away by how wonderful the entire staff was. Peter Nasif, in particular, was really exceptional. He always took the time to answer all of our questions and he went out of his way to make the process as smooth as possible from the initial tour to move-in day. Everything he said has come to fruition and Im so thankful that my mom is in such a great place and she is receiving excellent care.

I have been so impressed with this community and the people here. They have gone above and beyond from the first contact all the way through to move-in and going forward. This is a trying time and the first person to help us was Peter Nasif; he was comforting and reassuring and worked to accommodate us on a very short timeline. Shenequa was the nurse assigned to provide an evaluation and she was a gem, never losing her composure even through a very trying family situation. And Jenn Stratton helped us with the actual lease and move-in. She was a great guide through the process, and was patient with all of our questions when it was hard to concentrate. These people are no less than amazing, and the care, treatment and assistance they provide to our loved one is incomparable. Im so glad to have found them.

My father in law has been in The Windsor for not yet a week and so far the experience has been amazing. While he is still adjusting to a new home, all the staff are making us all feel "at home". He is greeted with hellos and smiles from Veronica at the front desk to everyone in the dining room to all the gentle ones bringing his meds or just offering to take him to a meal. We are looking forward to a great future at The Windsor of Ortega.

I am sorry to see someone else had a bad experience here, but our family experience was overwhelmingly positive. Our mother just passed and was a resident at Windsor for almost two years. The facilities were excellent, and all the services were top-rate. Most importantly, the people, from top down, were caring and compassionate and loving. I cannot say enough good things about the Windsor.
