Finding a place that I felt comfortable with to move my mom into was not easy. But once we found Meridian she just knew right away that she loved the place. Josh was the first individual there we worked with. And he put her at ease right away and made the move so easy and simple. Then I met almost everybody there on staff and the residents , and I can"t say enough about them all. Everyone has been wonderful, welcoming, and most important, caring. I highly recommend this place if you or someone you love is looking for a place to live.

Great team support and the most inclusive memory care program, very impressive. Loved the floor plan and multiple activity stations. And, when the time comes, they will allow our home health team to also continue working with us there until we transition care. Everything well thought out! Nicely done

My husband was a resident at Meridian in assisted living a few year back, this was pre Covid. If your loved one is independent or in assisted living they should be fine . The meals where much better pre Covid and more activities. A lot has changed as far as the quality of care and quality of food. If you have a loved one who needs to be in memory care I would not recommend this facility. I moved my husband to a new facility just before Covid. I moved him back to the Meridian when he needed to be in memory care. the care that he received in my opinion was way below standard for the money I paid. When I brought my concerns about issues I had concerning the care my husband was receiving, they said they would correct the situation but but never fallowed through. I was called in by the administrators office and was told that I had 45 days to find a new place for my husband Bob because of the permanent catheter he no had to have and that they weren't licensed for that level of care even though he had hospice care and a part time caregiver. They wanted me to hire full time private aids around the clock to take care of him . How many people can afford that? I am sorry that I brought him back there. He is now in a much smaller facility with excellent care and a compassionate staff .

Thank you letter written to Randy Ramroth, Hello Randy, Thank you for all that you and your staff are doing to keep the residents safe during the Pandemic. I also want to thank you for the special help during Dons move from AL to Memory Care by Kim Zutantas who handled the details to move Don last Tuesday, 5-26-20. Kim has been a pleasure to work with during this most important move from AL to Memory Care, assuring me she would take care of Dons move on my behalf because neither myself nor my Geriatric Care Manager were allowed to be on hand for Dons move to MC due to COvid-19. Kim handled the details very professionally, thoroughly, carefully and skillfully. Kim followed through with all details she advised would be taken care of during and after the move. During 53 years of marriage to Don, I have always handled every detail of our local and international moves so you can imagine my concerns about not being able to take care of his important move to MC. It was important to make Dons hew home in his Memory Care Unit as close as possible to his prior AL Unit to enable Don to keep a routine. I am impressed with Kims attention to detail in her handling of the Majestic Relocation Moving Company and the placement of all Dons furnishings so that the transition could be the best possible for Don. I am grateful that Kim kept me informed about the completion of the move with photos of his furnished MC Unit affirming that Don can follow his routine much like before in his AL Unit. Kim is an asset to The Meridian at Waterways. I thank you and Kim for providing the expert handling of Dons move to Memory Care. Sincerely, Paula Hall

Hurricane Randy! You did a great job organizing, coordinating and keeping us all safe and informed as to the process as it was constantly changing! All the staff were efficient and calm in planning for a possible evacuation. (I wish I could name them all!) Fortunately, all the residents were able to stay in place and maintain their standard of living. Your leadership was terrific! Thanks for the humor and smiles in a stressful situation.

Symphony is absolutely a wonderful Senior Living Community for older adults. The Residents of this facility are very friendly and the staff is very caring staff. The Management team and the staff sincerely strive on a daily basis with making sure the Residents are happy. However, there is a lot of room for improvement specially with the Healthcare Team. The dining staff could not have been more welcoming and warm to us. Terrific accommodations.

Pleasant residence with attentive and competent staff. Residents are well taken care of and entertainment is offered to them on a daily basis. I recommend this retirement home. The chef in the dining room is excellent, the food is delicious.
