My mom moved into her new home a few weeks ago. I was able to visit with her this week while being in Florida and my gosh, I know she is right where she needs to be. Huge shoutout to Jerry, Diana, Paula, Kathy and Apryl. You are real life angels. The energy you bring is above and beyond. To see how you interact with not only my mom, but all the residents, it truly warms my heart. While it is heartbreaking to see my mom battle Alzheimers, I know she is in the perfect place. She is safe and receiving the care she needs. <3 The place is clean, accomodating and most importantly feels like home. I love that there is a schedule and many activities for the residents to participate in. My mom has loved the painting and coloring.

My mother has been living here for the past 3 years and she is thriving! She has been receiving amazing PT and OT in addition to the wonderful activities they have for the residents. I also like how this facility is on the smaller side. In addition, the staff is very friendly and welcoming. My mother always looks healthy and happy. I am very happy with the care my mom is receiving at Gulf Coast Memory Care.

Jerry and Diana are conducting the business, but you can see them walking the hallway and chatting with the residents, literally knowing everyone. There is an engine who works behind the scenes to have the day and night activity running smoothly. Family feeling, warmth, and genuine care, overall, 5 stars. Residents are never alone, there is always a pair of eyes to watch and hands ready to help as needed, but all is done in a certain way, so our loved ones don't feel any loss of their independence. Beautifully done. The activities are not just lines on paper, everyone is involved. Food is first class. Lara, the medical coordinator is amazing, she will do absolutely ANYTHING to assure your loved one's care is perfectly aligning to the needs. The Center has it all, great PT, OT and speech therapy as well. An amazing team complementing each other and doing a superb job.

I have been in many memory care facilities as a home health worker and can honestly say I haven't encountered another with as friendly staff/caregivers. They treat residents kindly and with love and respect. On top of that, the facility always looks and smells clean!

I am currently in the process of searching for an ALF/Memory Care facility for my mom. I had the pleasure of speaking with Blanca, who provided me initial info, as well as Jerry and Diana (the directors of the facility). Although it was determined Gulf Coast would not be the best fit, Jerry and Diana went above and beyond in speaking with me and gave me advice as to next steps I should take. Big thanks to them for their professionalism and communication.

Gulf Coast Memory Care does a great job providing seniors with Alzheimer's or other types of dementia memory care in an exit controlled yet comfortable, elegant setting. They offer very spacious comfortable private and companion apartments and all are equipped with wheelchair accessible showers. The community's landscaped grounds are designed beautifully! They have an amazing outdoor patio and secured courtyard which allows residents the chance to enjoy the outside air and also encourages residents to explore, touch and select their own activities. In addition to their routine scheduled activities, the communities Activities Director Jehu does a fantastic job designing a monthly social calendar with events based on residents' interests and specifically tailored to those with Alzheimer's or cognitive impairments. The community is very well maintained and always looks/smells so clean throughout thanks to Kathy who is in charge of housekeeping and clearly takes pride in her work and Wade D. the maintenance manager who literally can repair or replace just about anything and always has a smile. I've had the opportunity to enjoy several delicious meals at the community some lunch and some dinner regardless of what time of day it is the Chef consistently prepares balanced delicious meals and offers a variety of options to choose from. The Director of Nursing Brenda is awesome. She is compassionate, caring and professional. She treats each resident like a family member. She communicates regularly with family and always notifies promptly when there is change in condition or whenever appropriate. The Executive Director for the community Juli N has worked with the team for years and she has selectively hired each person working there now, many who have also been part of her team for years now. Juli has made sure that every position is filled with people that are passionate, knowledgeable and competent. In my opinion it's what makes this community unique and her team is absolutely amazing! I trust her completely and she's the main reason why I refer people to this community. She has a huge heart for her residents which resonates to her staff all the way to their lovely happy residents. If you're looking for a safe place for your love one where they will be treated like family with respect definitely check this place out. Gulf Coast Memory Care also provides easy access to doctors (Internal Medicine, Podiatry, Psychiatry, Pain Management and Neurology) and has partnered with home health, hospice and private duty providers to ensure that all residents have access to the care they need timely. Honestly the kindness and professionalism of the staff is really something that makes this community so great and what I really appreciate the most!

I have been in the medical field for over 20 years and this is one of my favorite buildings of all time. While it is a beautiful building, it has a luxury yet "at home" feeling. That's not what make the building truly great...... What makes it my favorite is the staff. Julie and her team are fantastic to work with. Julie has such a great reputation in the area and she really cares for the residents. Brenda the nurse is spot on with the care of their residents. Everyone really works well together. Wade is always busy making sure the building stays in great condition, he is always helping out. It's a great team environment. Even the food is fantastic and they always have activities for the residents. They are truly Alzheimer's and dementia experts. I have referred several of my clients there and everyone has been very happy. Thank you Julie and team for always making me look good!

My father has been there about 6 weeks so far. My mother and I are very happy with the cleanliness, the atmosphere, the activities, the interaction of the residents with each other, the food etc...Thiey create such a happy and connective atmosphere which is why the residents are always so happy. This Memory Care Facility is truly lovely and very well run by Leigh Mountcastle and her staff who work there. 5 stars for Gull Point.

I recently moved my mother from a memory care facility in the area to Gull Point Estero and I couldnt be happier! The communication at Gull Point has been really great! The executive director, Leigh ,is amazing! She made sure my moms transition to Gull Point went flawless. They do so much with the residents and keep them very busy. I see pictures of my mom doing crafts, and participating in activities and her facial expressions tells it all. She looks happy! I know Gull Point is the right place for my mom!

Gull Point of Estro - my husband has been lovingly cared for and treated with respect. They keep him happy and active; he plays games and paints and sings - all things he would not have done before. They watch his diet. He looks healthy at our visits, but most of all he is happy. I highly recommend Gull Point of Estro.

Ive been visiting here for the past 2 years with my therapy dog Eddie. Following the residents memory journey has been an honor. The staff is caring involved with each resident. Cleaning of the common areas is on going. Ive been in a number of rooms which have been clean tidy as well. These employees care! Turn over here is not an issue.

If you're looking for a perfect place for memory care , there is not one. They make an honest great effort to help. I've not witnessed any disrespect from the workers towards the residents. They seem genuinely interested and caring as they would for their own parents. I'm solely in contact with the memory caregivers who are Cree, Anita, Sylvia and Anabel they are "very professional, hardworking, kind, patient and highly skilled ." Thank you! The facility is clean, their rooms , family and living room. Lunch menu is very appealing and delicious, cooked by a Chef. Dinners are very light mostly soup salad and sandwich. The activities director is amazing plus full of energy and always keeps them busy with music, arts & crafts even field trips. Thank you!
