I recently moved my mother into Haven House from New York and I have visited every day for the past two weeks ,every day my mother is clean and dressed appropriately ,very well cared for and the staff is exceptional and caring ,very compassionate and have been supportIve to me and my family during this transition.Everyone from the administrator,billing, the nurses aides ,the cooks ,activities and maintenance departments have been very professional and work well as a team.I am very pleased with Haven House ,we appreciate all their hard work, and they make a very difficult time for all of us very reassuring.Thank you all so very much.

This place is immaculate. The building is absolutely spotless. The residents are extremely well cared for. There is a calm, peaceful environment. Staff is unfailingly polite. Ive been in several assisted living facilities, this one is the best.

Our team is amazing and truly dependable and our administrators and nurses are superb. The food is well nutritious and if there is something that you dont like we aim to make you happy. I am one of the cooks and have been working at Haven House for the last yr.1-2. There is a family atmosphere you cant help but feel. The Staff are always there for the residents as well as for each other.I have found myself becoming close to the residents which makes the family atmosphere enjoyable.
