My father, 95 years old with Alzheimer's Disease, was admitted to Symphony last year. My experience has been wonderful. I had all my concerns I had answered and my father felt comfortable. Sofia Rich, who runs the place was on top of everything needed to make the memory unit function at the highest level. From food to entertainment the facility performed beautifully. Everyone came to know my dad in short order. The personnel I was in contact with treated my dad with respect and kindness. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs to place a loved one in the care of others.

Such a wonderful and beautiful community under the leadership of Executive Director, Sophia Rich. If I were to need placement for my family member, Symphony at Delray would certainly be at the top of my list. Where do I begin… It is hard to describe how much of a big deal finding the right place for my mom was to me. I spent a lot of time researching and doing my due diligence to find the right place. I can't say enough as to how pleased I am with the Symphony at Delray. My mom has settled in nicely and is really thriving. She has made new friends with the residents who were very welcoming and everyone that works there is fantastic. Starting from Karen who really walked us through the process and got us started, and Catherine the nurse, Michelle, April, Anne and the other lovely lady with the cute Southern accent at the welcome desk ( her name has slipped my mind) , Natasha in the dining room, Theresa, Else, Rosalie who comes with her medication, Chino who set her TV up and handles all the maintenance and I could continue but seriously everyone has been an absolute pleasure. Mom's apartment is adorable and plenty of space. They always have something to do and the overall vibe is great. They had a cute pet costume party for Halloween. Everyone loved it. I really couldn't be happier and more importantly my mom is very happy! We looked at many places and this one felt like home and it turned out to be just that. Thank you

I flew over from Ireland last month to visit my sister Catherine Perkinson who is a resident at Symphony Delray. I was extremely impressed and very happy with the attention and care my sister was receiving there. I found her to be very content and relaxed in her new home. Great experience in moving a loved one over to the Symphony. The facilities are newer and clean. Good range of amenities. The real star has been their Sales and Marketing Head - Kerry Santo. She has been instrumental in helping me not only make the decision to go forward but has been wonderful in making us feel comfortable and handling all aspects of the process for a seamless transition.

When visiting my family there I’ve seen the staff is very kind and caring. The place looks beautiful. The food is great since I had breakfast with my family there. The care can be a bit more attentive but my grandpas caregiver is great.The only two issues are the staff in the dining area aren’t kind enough to the people who live here and their guests. The second is that they weren’t told about all the things included they didn’t know about, like how the beds are made daily by someone who works there and the individual care given is included.

This community is beautifully decorated and feels like a 5-Star hotel with all the amenities at your fingertips. The entire staff comes to work with a smile and positive attitude every day, and love helping the residents with anything they need! Their all-inclusive community includes three chef-prepared meals, weekly housekeeping, laundry & linen service, scheduled transportation to outings and appointments, daily programs and special events, movie theater, wellness and fitness center, emergency alert & pendant system, happy hour, on-site salon/barber shop, all utilities including electric, water, cable TV, Internet, a landline phone with a private number, and so much more! There is so much to do, and a variety of activities offered throughout the day. It's just like a cruise ship and you can do as much as you want! The residents are friendly, active, fun, and enjoy each other's company. Stop in for a visit and the staff will welcome you with open arms!

I am picky and my father who needed assisted living is way pickier!! We knew people that lived at this place in the past and they complained about the food so much. When I went to check it out I heard they got a new chef and people seemed to enjoy it. Let me tell you it hasnt even been 2 weeks since my father got there and he eats 3 meals a day there and is trying to find something wrong with it! He cannot get over how good the food is! He told me he had a soft shell crab sandwich that was better than any he ever had in Maryland! He is amazed and that makes me very happy. His place is sooo much nicer than where he lived before. I went and read every review and you need to look at the when the negative reviews are from because I clearly can see they got their act together! Definitely recommend this place!!

This community is beautifully designed and offers high amenity for seniors. The leadership in the community is solid and they kept all the residents safe during the COVID pandemic. The director communicated effectively throughout making sure we knew everything that was going on. We are super excited to welcome the new chef who is serving resort style cuisine. So happy we chose Symphony at Delray Beach for Dad. From our first visit and throughout his stay, this proved to be one of the best choices weve ever made. Symphony looks like a 5 star hotel! In general, the staff is hard working and attentive. We got and still get support in every aspect of this life changing decision including paperwork for admission, moving in and set up (Chino is amazing!), meals (Dad love the food), room maintenance, laundry and cleaning (Valeska), doctors appointments and even help with Dads dog! Special thank yous to Icilda,, Vidya, Anne, Dania, Alonzo, Chino, dining room staff, all CNAs (whos names I dont know but am grateful for) Julie and Richard. Joe in the exercise room also contributed in a very positive way. All of these people have answered and followed through on my many questions and requests. Special acknowledgement: Susan for keeping it all together and keeping us informed on progress and status at Symphony throughout this stressful Covid-19 period. Wed chose Symphony again.

I would like to thank the staff in the Memory Support Unit at Symphony at Delray in Delray Beach, FL for helping my wife, Phyllis, through a difficult time. Due to the Covid-19 lock down, I have not been able to visit Phyllis in person since March 15th. The staff has been great in helping Phyllis and me deal with this unprecedented situation. We have had numerous window visits and FaceTime calls. I would especially like to thank Trish Lute, the Memory Support Supervisor, and Rebecca Perri, the Memory Support Activities Director for their help and support with Phyllis. Also a shout-out to the many aides who work with Phyllis on a daily basis including Lude, Marie and many others. Thanks also to Mellys Beatz for keeping Phyllis well groomed and to Ann and Choi who keep me in communication with Phyllis. Finally, thanks to the whole Symphony staff for keeping Phyllis safe from Covid-19.

We have worked with and been involved with Symphony of Delray since they opened. We have referred Clients to them as well. Symphony has always done an amazing job of putting residents needs first and ensuring the best care and living accommodations possible. All there Staff have done a great job especially during this extremely difficult period of Isolation due to Covid-19. Residents were checked on regularly to ensure they that was a minimal risk of Cognitive decline, gait issues and any other issue that the resident might need to make their day better and safer. Great job to everyone at Symphony of Delray Beach.

My name is Patricia RCD. Ive been employed here for about a month now, my first impression of this community was the friendliness of the staff, every one greets you with a smile and the atmosphere is warm and inviting, feels like home, it is clean and beautifully appointed. Our residents raves about the food and activities even during these challenging times, they are still engaging while socially distancing wearing their masks and enjoying themselves. Our DHW Icilda is a joy to work with, she is both knowledgeable in her role and a true leader, our wellness nurses Vidia, Sabi and Raven are gems. The HR manager Richard is super nice and always seem to make us laugh. All departments work diligently and together to provide the best experience for our residents in their home. Susan the ED makes sure that guidelines are being followed keeping the community, the staff and our residents safe during this pandemic, also keeping in touch with families and updating them, and finally our care staff who are very attentive to our residents needs providing great care and comfort. I admire the team work here at this community. Great job everyone.
