Tuscan Gardens of Delray Beach My sibling has been a resident at Tuscan Gardens for several years now. An extra bedroom affords me a real time life experience while visiting of what everyday life ls like for all of our loved ones. What I have observed is the constant daily, individual, loving care of each resident. Everyone is unique and special and treated as such. Randy Ramroth, Executive Director, oversees all the residents individual specific needs and has cultivated the assistance of a dedicated and devoted staff. Randy and his staff create a daily vibrant, safe, helpful, and fun place to be. An Open Door policy for residents and guests ensures the importance of constant communication that is not only heard but acted upon. Exploring a 'new second home' for a loved one can be a daunting task. After all your interviews, questions and tours I know the road will lead back to Tuscan Gardens for your loved ones and you.

Tuscan Gardens of Delray Beach is an assisted living and memory care community that does everything to the highest standards from what I can surmise from the several visits and tours taken over the last several months. Andrea, one of the management team, has spent countless hours with me explaining the philosophies , programs and protocols of this beautiful private community. It is privately owned and was created by the owner for his own Mother when she needed this type of care. It is the perfect size if you are looking for a community that feels like a beautiful home with all the advantages a home would offer such as personal care, top quality food and genuine concern and caring for the well being for your loved ones and family. I spoke with several residents and they all were very pleased and happy. Having toured several properties in South Palm Beach County I can honestly say this would be a top choice. They really understand the needs of the demographic and go above and beyond to insure the residents the best of everything.

Having helped place multiple aging relatives in multiple assisted living facilities, I can honestly say that Tuscan Gardens Delray is far and away the most efficiently and professionally run facility I have ever seen. It is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The entire staff, from the dining room workers to the reception desk personnel to the care providers, are kind, compassionate and patient with residents and family members alike. The residents are warm, friendly, and welcoming. Andrea and Randy are always responsive, attentive and genuinely invested in the well being of those in their care. This place is top notch!

From the minute I walked in to TG and had my initial meet with Andrea I knew it was the place for my parents. As Andrea took me on a tour of the facility four different people stopped me in my tracks and said how good the place was...its people, facilities, programs, and most importantly care. These were TOTALLY UNSOLICITED...no one prompted them. Straight from the heart from these folks who have lived there many years. The onboarding experience was fantastic and I can tell you first hand that both of my parents love their new home and they continually tell me that they should have made the move years ago. While my initial thoughts were positive, I wanted to wait a bit before posting my honest review. It's been 3 weeks since we moved both my parents in and all I can say is WOW! I am so incredibly impressed by everything that TG offers, but what is so unique is the kindness, compassion and detail to every resident's comfort and care that the entire team offers. From my first meeting, Andrea, the community relations director, she was kind and informative but also asked all the right questions to help us determine if it was a good fit. Randy, the Executive Director is amazing! He's always available and more hands-on than I would have expected. He makes sure to get to know EVERYONE whether resident, guest or staff and treats all like family. SaRetha and Nagela from Health services have been a godsend in determining my parent's needs and are there to assist in any way possible. The food is fabulous, and the staff is warm and welcoming to all. The days are filled with activities to keep everyone engaged and happy. I can't say enough good things about TG. It's clear that the entire team love their positions, and the residents love it there, including my parents! As their daughter, I feel so confident that my parents are so well taken care of!! With so many communities to choose from, I know we made the absolute right choice with Tuscan Gardens!

I honestly don't know where to begin, but can certainly start with how happy and relieved I am that we chose Tuscan Gardens for my mom. She has adjusted beautifully and that is no doubt due to the amazing staff that welcomed her with open arms. She also met the nicest group of residents! My mom, being an avid Mahjong player learned how to play Rummikub and is addicted! Something I never thought she would do. Its obvious how she has embraced living in this community and has adjusted so well in the little time she is living there. She even admitted just this week, "I should have moved here a year ago"! Music to my ears. I can't thank the staff of Tuscan Gardens enough for the outstanding care they are providing and hope my mom has many happy healthy years there as a resident!

Aside from the beautiful surroundings and amenities offered, the warmth and caring was something that we felt immediately. My parents were some of the first residents to move into Tuscan Gardens of Delray when they first opened 3 years ago. I wanted to compliment Larry Pino and his staff for their great service and making them feel at home, right from the start. We chose this facility because of its size, location, cleanliness, and the management's willingness to help whenever needed. The staff that work directly with mom and dad are caring and considerate. The head of nursing is always available if needed. Over the 3 years, they have built close relationships with many of the residents. My parents feel that it was a very good decision to live at Tuscan Gardens. Thank you for your care and compassion towards elders.

Several months ago I realized that my husband needed care that I could no longer provide for him at home and my journey to find the perfect place began. I toured at least a dozen long term care facilities before I walked in the door of Tuscan Gardens. I remember walking into the reception area and the adjacent beautiful, huge living room with its high, wood beam ceilings and thinking that I may have finally found "the place!" My first contact was with Andrea Manfredi, the Community Relations Director. She took me on a tour of the facility with its bright and airy feel, introducing me to many of the staff along the way. We discussed my options and she patiently answered my multitude of questions. I knew immediately that I would feel comfortable with him living in a place where he would be cared for the way I would care for him at home. My husband has been living there for a short time, but the transition has been seamless thanks to the nursing staff and caregivers, restaurant team, the team who do a fabulous job of arranging for the diverse activities each day, as well as the management team who make this place feel like home. His happiness and a caring community, including the warm and friendly residents, are all I hoped for when I started my search. He tells me all the time that he is happy and that makes me very happy!

High Commendations for Tuscan Gardens! Our mom moved to Tuscan Gardens Assisted Living this winter and we remain happy and thankful. Leading up to the decision was fraught with stress and worry. To make our decision, we looked at websites, online reviews, and did in-person visits. Of the ones we chose to visit, each had something positive, such as a warm atmosphere, kind people, nice spaces or amenities. But when we visited Tuscan Gardens, it was the whole package - more upscale, bright and airy with wonderful leaders, staff and residents. Tuscan Gardens is a beautiful and well appointed place with high ceilings, wide corridors, elegant and comfortable. The apartments are new and very well done. It is important to have a great environment not only for the person living there, but also for that person's visitors - it encourages people to visit. Our first and important contact was with Wrendi Morris, Community Relations Manager. She welcomed us and introduced us to residents and staff. She is knowledgeable, forthright, and kind. She not only guided us through the initial review and move in process but remains always available. We have a new and trusted friend. Saretha Brooks, Health Services Director, came to the house for an assessment and has been informative and available to answer questions and guide us through various decisions, so we can be confident of our mom's health and wellness. Jimmy Perez, the Environmental Services Director, was friendly and helpful from the first time we met him. His services are so important as we set up the new apartment; he ensures that everything remains in top condition. I want to acknowledge the caring and capable staff who make our mom's day to day life safe and special. I would name everyone but don't want to leave anyone out, including the welcome/front desk staff, aides, med techs, environmental services, dining staff, activities folks. When you are out in the common areas, you can see that they pay attention to what is happening with the residents, saying hello, stopping by to talk, doing excellent work with patience and kindness. We are also pleased that Tuscan Gardens is conscientious with health and safety protocols. The residents have been uniformly warm and friendly. There are people of varying abilities, from folks who are self-sufficient to people who benefit from more assistance. It is an easy atmosphere, with many activities throughout the day, for the body, mind and spirit - encouraging camaraderie and friendships. And now, once again, there are activities in the outside community as well, such as dining, ballet, etc. Tuscan Gardens is a beautiful and lovely place to call home.

Be prepared to be blown away. The complex is beautiful, the apartments are elegantly appointed, and one gets a sense of well being while on the property. Wren, the sales rep, was informative, knowledgeable and professional. It is an expensive residence.

My Mother just went into Memory Care at Tuscan Gardens in Delray Beach. How fortunate and blessed my mother, brother and I are that the family at Tuscan Garden is there for our family, words can not say enough... With the passing of my father a month ago, who was the primary caretaker of my mother, I began the journey to find that special care for her... This has been the hardest time in my life to place her in the hands of others for the memory care help she needs. Tuscan Garden has given peace, love and care to my family in a situation of such sadness. Please know the amazing care of Wrendi Morris the Community Relations Manger who has held my heavy hand, showing me there is no job description for what she has given of herself to us during this time. We are talking after hours talks and cries, we are talking working with my brother and me, that we become a strong unit for Mom, we are talking about love ! Thank you ! It started with a warm voice on the other end of the phone. Wren was understanding, knowledgeable and supportive explaining to me all about senior living at Tuscan Gardens. Just a few months ago I woke up feeling anxious thinking about where is my mom going to be cared for the best in her upper Senior years. Tuscan gardens is a beautiful and well ran community. We started on the assisted-living side. From the first day, she moved in Saretha cared about my mom's wellness & has been helping with the adjustments giving all her attention & caring ways. Suzie & Styria keeps a close loving eye on her so she is happy & comfortable. On move-in day, Jimmy made the transition flawless , while Andrea keeps everyone smiling and having fun with activities for the residents. Dancing during happy hour with my mom when I visit is my favorite. Tuscan Gardens is fabulous, Penny , the director on the memory care side , through gently & loving conversations held my hand explaining the process of giving my Mom a more productive and meaningful experience, so she can thrive on the memory care side. When it comes time to decide for a loved one to move into senior living by far Tuscan gardens is the only.place.

For those of you that are concerned about finding the right place for your loved one to be taken care of, Tuscan Gardens in Delray Beach can't be beat. My mother was at another new Assisted Living Facility and moved to TG shortly after it opened, the reason she wanted to move was that she was very unhappy where she was, the food, the care, the attitudes...she had had enough. During COVID, moving her around didn't seem to be a great idea, but she constantly complained about her current arrangement. I finally gave in, thinking about how unhappy she was...how much different could the 2 places be??? Similar care, similar dining facility, similar activities...boy was I wrong!!! :). Her whole experience changed almost over night and has continued that way til today. She loves the food, the chef is very talented, adores all the employees and is so much happier. The employees along with the management team have done an excellent job of building a very comfortable and well cared for facility. Additionally, we used to pay for private nurses, daily (during the day and evening which got very expensive), now my mother only requires a private nurse during the day....because she is so attached to her, however she told me that when her private nurse is sick or needs a day off, the aides at TG take outstanding care of her and they make her feel special. To TG Team - Thank you for taking such good care of my mom, from the bottom of my heart, I truly appreciate it, you guys do a fantastic job!!! I would rate this with 100 stars if Google allowed me to 🙂

I visit this beautiful community often and it is absolutely stunning! Everyone is so welcoming and friendly and they have so many fun activities and entertainment going on all the time. I really enjoy seeing the residents socialize together at daily happy hour or play their favorite card games together, such as mahjong, bridge and poker. I love their bistro and Tuscan kitchen as it has a stone oven where they make home made pizza and flat breads together and the Chef even offers a variety of fun cooking demos. The food is absolutely delicious too and there are so many choices. It looks and feels like you are eating in a 5 star restaurant! The suites are really beautiful and spacious too. The best part is that the residents are always saying how much they love living here and it's so heartwarming to see them enjoying themselves and making new friends. I highly recommend Tuscan Gardens for anyone looking for a team that goes above and beyond while offering a luxurious, fun loving and caring environment that feels like home!

We moved my mother in law into Tuscan Gardens of Delray Beach a month ago. She is the happiest 94 year old since she moved there. Everyone on staff from the front desk receptionist to the housekeeping crew to the dining room staff and all the way up to the head nurse, sales director and executive director, are as wonderful as you could imagine. It is as if she checked into a five star hotel for an extended vacation. The food is fantastic and the service and activities are beyond expectations. She is so thankful that we chose Tuscan Gardens and so are we. It has been a pleasure having her there from the first day on. There are no words to describe the difference between where she used to be and being at Tuscan Gardens.

The environment at Tuscan gardens is both impressive and welcoming. Living here is something special from the amazing lobby to the beautiful courtyard where me and other residents get to socialize. The food is amazing! Not only is the food amazing you also have a lot of choices to choose from. The staff is wonderful and always willing to help. My parents moved into Tuscan Gardens last month and I've been hearing nothing but positive reports from them ever since. They describe the meals as "fantastic" and the Tuscan Gardens team as all "lovely people," "very caring," and "very professional." I was there on the day they moved in and it was so nice to see a red carpet rolled out, with all the Tuscan Gardens people gathered around, cheering and taking photos. The interior of the main building is beautifully appointed and very attractive. My Dad told me that there was an excellent guitarist who played a few times, he enjoyed meeting and speaking to the chef, and says that the medical/nursing team is very attentive. All-in-all, a great start to this latest chapter in their lives AND definitely the right choice among places to live!

From first contact with Brenden, who worked so hard to facilitate the move-in process, to the personal attention and care Mom receives from Nelson and every member of the staff, to the extensive choice of activities provided by Lisa within the confines of the pandemic, to the beautiful courtyard where residents chat (with room to socially distance!) while enjoying the sunshine, to the lovely menus provided each day, to our front desk friends who provide endless assistance with a smile...Tuscan Gardens is THE place to be! Tuscan Gardens of Delray Beach is a wonderful place for seniors to live. We moved my mom in and she loves it. The staff cannot do enough to help and are extremely nice.
