I recently had the need for 24 hours care for my mother. I had used FirstLantic in the past so I contacted them on very short notice. They were able to accommodate my late request and have someone with my mother. The caregivers were wonderful, kind and compassionate. My mother was well taken care of and they worked with me on my mother’s needs. Sherice and Catherine were amazing. Thank you!

Firstlantic provided gifted caregivers for my aging mom after surgery and a stay in a rehab facility. Firstlantic caregivers immediately developed a strong rapport with their patient and the entire family. The Firstlantic team also helped me navigate the process of qualifying for payments from an extended care insurance policy. As my mother’s health improved and then declined, Firstlantic caregivers helped her to adapt and exhibited patience and compassion as she tried to cope with new challenges. Both the caregivers and the administrative staff stayed in regular contact with the family. Firstlantic helped my mother to live with dignity during her last 20 months of life. I could not recommend them more highly.

First Atlantic provided us a first-rate caregiver in Laqwanda. The first day she jumped right in, asking questions, learning moms favorite games, conversing and just getting the lay of the land. She has been a team player, flexible and communicative. Though it's only been a week, I'm hoping she sticks with mom and things only get better

FirstLantic is treats theirs patients 150%, thats hard to beat. Their caregivings are 150% caring about their patients too. My caregiver has been with me three months (3), she and me are good friends and thats hard too find in health care. The care she gave me, cant be beat. Ill ask FirstLantic for her again, if needed in the future.

Scheduling was easy even on short notice. We scheduled an aid for my 91 year old dad for when he got out of the hospital. It was just what we needed until he regained his strength. He was comfortable with his daytime aid, Bernadetta and also with the one he had at night. We would use this service again if needed.

I cant say enough about the FirstLantic team- when youre in health care, you know emergencies happen at the last minute. FirstLantic has been there to help us through those emergencies, including struggling through a COVID outbreak, every time we call on them. I know I can call Pam any time of the day, any day of the week, and she and her team will make sure we have the staff we need to care for our residents! Being a newcomer to the area, Im so glad Pam was the first partnership I made-shes been there for me, ever since!

Katherine first reached out to introduce herself and FirstLantic Healthcare prior to my moms return to the ALF after a fall. My mom needed a ride along to an MD appointment which turned into full on transportation due to the breakdown in communication by the SNF. The lovely woman sent by FirstLantic was so flexible and reassuring. My mom described her as kind, knowledgeable and caring. What I liked most about Katherine and FirstLantic was the willingness to tailor services to our own specific needs. No wasting time or money on services my mom didnt want or need. This company is great. I recently got knee replacement surgery and they are great. The physical therapist is simply the best, the therapist they sent for me is Scot Embry, you can tell he loves his job, he is very good at making sure you understand the exercises you need to do and to do them correctly and proper. This was my first surgery, and I was so nervous and I want it to be successful and I am on my way thanks to the PT, Scot Embry. Simply the best.
