Our family is very satisfied with our relationship with Magnolia Manor. Good value for the money. Several apartment floor plans to choose from. Lots of activities are available. Meals are served in the dining room, with a varied menu and alternative entrees always available. Laurie, the facility Administrator, is very approachable and responsive to residents' and families' needs. The facility is very clean, and there's on site maintenance when things go wrong. Choosing an Assisted Living Facility is not easy... Magnolia Manor is worth a look!

I recently toured the building with the Executive Director, Laurie. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions confidently. I’d definitely recommend this community.

Laurie was the best at making this transition for my mom smooth. I showed up unannounced and asked for a tour, she took the time to show me all around, showed each room available, explained the costs and move in procedures and just made this otherwise difficult decision a very positive experience for my mom and my brother and I. I even got an opportunity to talk with family of residents as well as the residents about their experience at Magnolia Manor and was pleased with their responses of how well they liked it there. It is a calming, clean, welcoming environment and the staff and meals are great. It is such a blessing to see my mom fourish and enjoy life again with all her new friends that she has made and activities that she can participate in. I know that we made the right choice in choosing Magnolia Manor of Daytona Beach.

If there is ever a place in ALL of Daytona that you feel completely at ease leaving your loved ones it is without a doubt Magnolia Manor. I had the honor of taking a tour. Ms. Katherine made feel so comfortable and spoke to me with such calm, warm reassurance that both my mother and her dog would be safe and well taken care of her. They have a big, beautiful garden which in all honestly you would think God himself grew. They have a large shelf filled to the brim with books and there is a theater room is so cool. I saw so many classic film posters such as The Wizard of Oz, Gone With the Wind, Casablanca and Breakfast At Tiffany's. The staff is so welcoming and dedicated into taking care of your loved one. I also know that my mom and her dog will be VERY safe there. They take a lot of precautions to make sure everyone is safe The rooms are so clean. I didn't spot any cockroaches (which are VERY common in nursing homes in Daytona). I can't wait to have my mom and her dog become residents at Magnolia Manor. My only complaint is I wish I could give more stars because Katherine and the entire staff deserve more.

Last week we had the pleasure of touring Magnolia Manor. My three sisters and I are so impressed with this community! Catherine gave us great information and a thorough tour of the community and amenities. She introduced us to friendly and caring staff along the way. It is so clean and bright and pretty with coastal decor. Rooms are great size and hallways wide. Loved the courtyard, fireplace/TV room, ,dining room and Front porch sitting area . My sister is very excited about looking at making Magnolia Manor her new home..

We love Magnolia Manor! The staff is fantastic. They are professional, friendly, and very welcoming. My mother has been a resident for several years. She loves the food and all the friends she has made. We have been at several other assisted-living facilities in Volusia County throughout the years. This is by far, the best!

I absolutely love Forest Lake Manor it's quiet inset in the country setting the people are very friendly The dietary staff is very confident in their job they know what the residence like and what they don't like their very catering to them yet to these director is there a catering to his residence he gives them something to do every minute of the day he gives and snackst

I visited Forest Lake Manor last week, and I felt that I must offer a review for the benefit of anyone seeking a residence. Above all I saw an organization that is committed to helping a person age in place. I heard that term, but it took a while for it to stick. A resident can enter the facility in an independent living arrangement and remain there throughout the entire rest of life at this one facility.... That means no change to the familiar faces or places of each day. The necessary team of staff are available to make this possible, and I observed this staff's genuine concern and respect for the residents several times in my short tour. Lastly, there is a consideration for every person's unique individuality that is clear through to the actual floor plans! Rooms have been modified just to suit a resident more perfectly....and the menu was actually outstanding, not institutionalized. I sincerely offer five stars to this group of people! Kudos to Forest Lake Manor 🙂
