The staff filled out an inventory but refuses to replace the things they lost or stole from my aunt (glasses and ring). She was there 5 weeks. No one will return my calls. We submitted receipts for new eyeglasses and an appraisal of the ring for reimbursement. What is the point of an inventory if they won't honor it. Very poor treatment, and elder abuse by the nurses, office manager, director, and their social services. We are still waiting for resolution after 3 months. Not a good way to do business.

Send your loved one to Indigo Manor! The entire staff does an amazing job! Best at everything! I truly mean they care and help you every step of the way! Great food too! They helped bring my Mom back to living alone after a brain injury and brain surgery. A sincere Thank you to all the staff at Indigo you're efforts did not go unnoticed!

The rehab center is great, all the people down at the gym are friendly and knowledgeable. Shout out to Sara, Molly and Mike. Our Nurse Nec goes above and beyond and truly cares for her patients. CNA Michelle is very sweet as well. The shower room could be a little cleaner and I recommend bringing your own food. For the most part our experience was good. Night time is a little hard as it is a nursing home atmosphere but that was our experience.

I DID A,WONDERFUL TIME VISITING WITH THE RESIDENTS TODAY AND WILL BE THIER NEW BARBER AND HAIRSRESSER STARTING NEXT WEEK WE ARE GOING TO HAVE A GREAT TIME !!

My Uncle Billy is stuck here for a bit but the staff are all very nice. The young man who brought his lunch is exceptionally polite, friendly and seemingly caring. I regret I didn't catch his name but my Uncle said he likes him very much because he is so helpful.

In terms of rehab, Indigo Manor offers physical therapy, and occupational therapy, as well as "skilled nursing care," to support recovery and return to well-being. Therapies are top-notch, providing appropriate level interventions and activities - they earn the 2 stars. Therapists are supportive, encouraging, provide clear instruction and feedback. In terms of nursing care things are more problematic. CNAs provide basic care competently, function as a separate entity, according to their set routines. While ostensibly respectful and polite, there is little real empathy for or understanding of the population served. For example, a patient's delusional confused behavior elicits irritation, annoyance, even anger, rather than considering that the patient is ill/injured, in pain, confused/delusional, possibly sedated, often alone, afraid, quite elderly. Tech/Professional nursing care is focused on passing medications --- little evidence of critical thinking or nursing process. Medical/Clinical services disjointed, superficial --- respiratory doesn't talk to cardiac, cardiac doesn't work with orthopedics, and so on... ---there is no evidence of collaboration among clinical providers nor between clinical/therapies/nursing - no interdisciplinary team. Much less, integration of the patient/family in providing care. Doctors not available, non-responsive. Environment patient room dismal, bare, nothing promoting orientation to time, place, etc loud high pitched toxic noise constant --- food often unpalatable, served cold. Ice and water seem to be under rationing... Communication disjointed and/or absent altogether, unless the patient /family are able to make demands on the system; unfortunately making demands comes with the risk of adversarial interactions at all levels for example, one can wait a very long time for a nurse call light to be answered. The really bad news is that Indigo Manor may represent the better end of care available in this community... staff migrate from place to place based on some current situation and potential pay levels more than anything else. If you find yourself, or a family member or even a good friend a patient at Indigo Manor, it would be worth your while to contract with an objective independent patient advocate who you trust to help you navigate through the system.

Visited friend at rehabilitation center. I used to work at Indigo Manor in early 2000s. It is not easy for people who need assistance, and not easy for ones who provide help.. and we all do the best we can. I have good memories about my work at Indigo - residents, staff, people visiting. It was nice visiting today, too. I felt attention and care provided. Thank you. Alek.

My wife has been a guest at several Daytona Beach rehab centers and Indigo manor is by far the cleanest, brightest and best staffed of all of the others. Staff is friendly and more than competent and food is excellent! Keep up the great work!

We checked out this Rehab ahead of time and everyone was very sweet, kind and caring. When mom arrived a day ahead of time due to a unfortunate mix up, everyone was very wonderful about making sure she was cared for and had a room. They relieved our anxiety and took fantastic care or her!! Beautiful facility!!

I am in there often visiting Babette. The lady at the front desk on the later shift is very polite. Overall everyone has been helpful and polite. The activity dept is great .
