Outstanding accommodation for those looking to retire in comfort. Their team works very hard in pleasing a very discerning clientele. My mother moved in right before the Pandemic hit the US and we credit the palace for keeping her happy, safe and entertained. If she would have been home I cannot imagine the depression and logistical issues we would have faced. My entire family is very happy with our experience. The food is excellent, their employees are very kind and professional and management is top notch.

My parents are part of the Palace community and I must said they love it. They have been living at the Palace for about a year and they just simply love it. They take a lot of precautions due to covid and they make such a safe and enjoyable environment that I would recommend this place to everyone that I know. The staff and the managers are always available and ready to help. They have activities of all kinds and a beautiful pool. My parents are really happy to be there and our family has peace of mind. The Palace Coral Gables has been our best decision ever.

I move to the palace a couple of months ago and the staff has been very nice. They help me with my tv and computer all the time. They make nice parties where you can bring your family. The people are nice and the music in the afternoon is good. The 4 of july party was very nice with a lot of food.

Outstanding! Start to finish the service was top quality. As beautiful as this place is, the people are what make this place great. The food is amazing and the plaza area very clean and welcoming. My brother has lived there for 2 years now and i can not say how happy he is. He exercise at the gym every morning and later goes to have breakfast with his friends. Everyone knows your name and the greet you with a smile every time. Its a very nice place with people that truly care.

Our uncle Merriel is a resident at the Palace Coral Gables and we could not be happier. Never mind the luxurious trappings and the amazing social events they provide for their residents. The biggest asset The Palace has is their employees. Everyone, from their clinical and janitorial staff, to the activities directors and Chefs, servers, valets are gracious and attentive. They are not just polite, they make the effort to go above and beyond by learning names, tastes and likes of their guests. As family to a resident, we have the peace of mind that his needs AND wants are met with a smile. The lines of communication regarding well being and care are always open. They are so intent on keeping their residents happy that they even host events for non-resident family members to involve us in the Palace community. You truly feel like family when walking in the door. Another person told me that when it was brought to the attention of the Chefs that a resident had a special dietary request, they scheduled a meeting with her and ALL the Chefs were in attendance. It is THAT important to them that they get it right and meet the mark, every time. Personally, my husband and I cannot wait to meet the minimum age requirement and become residents! This is living in style and comfort, to the max!

Wonderfully luxurious and excellent place for our seniors to live in. Love this place, their care, sense of commitment. Everything is 5-star quality at The Palace at Coral Gables starting with the with the managers, chefs, receptionists all the way to their janitors and valets, everyone is friendly, respectful, loving and caring. All of the managers and staff are dedicated and truly involved in making sure that the residents are well taken care of, loved and happy being at The Palace. They offer a multitude of amenities and activities to their residents. They take the time to truly know their residents by name, likes, dislikes and everything relating to each individual resident. They even have many activities that are family involved and welcomed. Kudos and thanks for going above and beyond!

The most wonderful building for older people who want to live independently but still need a little support. Patricia in sales, Jonathan (who does everything) and Vanessa in dining are all wonderful. The staff here are professional,kind and compassionate. I can even eat the food here! They have nurses (competent nurses) on staff 24/7 and home health. Every time I come to visit my gran I am reminded of how we made the right choice.

A pesar de no ser recientes, este lugar nos acomodo y nos dio refugio hasta que pasará el huracán, sólo por ser familia de algún empleado, nos prohebieron de desayuno, almuerzo y cena sin ningún costo, nos dieron una excelente atención y un cariñoso trato de parte de todo el equipo de trabajo.
