99% of information is false, and direct lies... Staff continually lies to residents.... almost zero maintenance, and if lucky to get it, it will be done poorly... if you complain about anything, management attitude, " if you don't like it you can leave" .. staff members going into resident Apts stealing mostly money and a few other items.... yes you are being investigated and all evidence will be submitted for prosecution...you are being watched......

I've been working here for the last six months, and I love it! The staff and residents are all wonderful. Bob, Amy, Saber and Andrea are all very nice to work with and Chef Tiger prepares wonderful food. I eat there every day! I would move my family members in here tomorrow.

My husband and I have been here a little over 2 mo's now. Both of us like it very much. The staff is excellent and always helpful. They seem to really care that we are happy. Activities are plenty if you care to participate and residents are very nice and helpful also. Food mostly very good and plenty of it. This facility is clean, quiet and very restful. My husband Charlie and I intend on spending the duration of our lives if everything works out that way. Come and take a look, meet the staff. No pressure. Charlie & Pat T.

I went to this nursing home last year to visit my elderly friend. It was clean, well kept and close to everything. The cost is average.

Actually 3 and 1, 2 stars. My parents have been at Woodlands Village for a year now. Where its not the newest of buildings its taken care of pretty well. The squeaky wheel get the oil so they say. They seriously need to replace the entrance roadway though. Apt. housekeeping could be better, its very light vacuuming and bathroom cleaning.... but the good definitely outweighs the bad. Parents enjoy having a small kitchen to use when they want, but I find the food really good. Most residents are nice and sociable and the staff knows everyone by name and seem truly to care about their jobs. Mom has fallen due to vertigo several times. Staff was quick to respond and deliver meals when she cant go to dining room. Overall very pleased with Woodlands. After comparing many living facilities...Im confident that my parents are doing well and are reasonably happy at their age.

Very clean and workers very curious! This is a rental community and not assisted living facility! Renters are responsible for their own units and maintenance is taken care of by management! Everything is included except phone service!
