I can’t express enough how over the moon I am about the Windsor. My mother has only been there for 5 days and she has already participated in Bingo and a Bible study. I’ve eaten dinner there twice and the food is delicious. The staff is very professional and friendly. They have been so accommodating with my requests and caring to the residents. Phil, Sandy, Donna and Ravine have all been attentive to my mother’s needs. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are lovely. If you are looking for a place for a loved one, the Windsor is it!

Mom has been living at Windsor of Bradenton for almost a year now. We are both entirely pleased with her living experience there. It is a happy, upbeat place with great food and caring people and lots of activities. I would not hesitate to live there myself. This summer brought the challenge of two hurricanes. Helene didn't pass close enough to be a serious threat, but Windsor prepared for the worst by boarding up windows and doors. Milton was a different story and almost immediately followed Helene. All the window and door coverings had to go back up. Sandy, the residence director, kept us completely informed about how they were preparing and reassured us that they were well prepared with a backup generator. Management remained on site during the storm (for 3 days I think) and kept families informed as best they could given power and internet outages. Although I was conflicted about whether to bring Mom home for the storm, after the event was over, I was glad she remained at Windsor during the storm where she was surrounded by friends and had plenty of activities to keep her busy. Even during the last-minute preparations for what looked to be a direct hit from a category 4 storm, all the staff remained happy and cheerful and provided a very "normal" environment for the residents. Windsor exceeded my expectations in all important areas by the way they prepared for the storms and kept Mom safe, secure, and comfortable. I saw that they monitored information about the storm through official channels and took the decision to stay or evacuate very seriously. Many thanks to everyone at Windsor for going above and beyond!

This is the best assisting living community in Bradenton!!! I love that they are Family owned and operated, especially in today’s world when so many other places are corporate owned. This allows for a smaller personalized setting and they are able to provide more personalized care and attention to each resident! You literally can feel the love and warmth when you walk in! It’s also very comforting to know that Sandy, the Executive Director, and Ra’Vine, the Director of Nursing, treat their employees very well with gratitude and respect!!!! I think this trickles down to the way the staff cares for their residents!! I’ve seen it in action! The Sales Director, Phil, was happy to share all of the wonderful aspects of the community with us and the Windsor just gives you such a sense of good quality care and love! I cannot say enough about Windsor of Bradenton!!! They truly treat each staff member and resident like family !

There are many positive things to say about The Windsor. As a resident I love the exercise class and the activitiesgreat for body and soul. The staff members are extremely helpful when you have a problem and need assistance. Phil comes to mind because he is my go to computer/phone man, no problem is to difficult for him. Ventura, Ameilyn (M for short), Martha, Dominique and Carla are also so special. They go out of their way to be helpful, friendly, and caring always with a big smile. And finally the residents. I have been blessed to have found many great friends here. I am fortunate my son did his research and picked The Windsor for me.

The Windsor was our first choice for my mom simply because of the location. However, it couldn't have turned out any better, due to the price, the people, and the services they offer. After a rough start, my mom is now thriving there and absolutely loves the place. She's only been a resident for four months but already looks and feels better than she has in years. I don't think we could have made a better decision than the Windsor.

Mom (96 years old) became a resident of The Windsor of Bradenton in July 2021. From the first contact with this facility through move-in day, Phil (Sales Director) was caring, professional, knew our concerns before we did, and very responsive to every need. Dawn (Facility Director) and Betty, Sandy, and Eddie were awesome as they helped us understand policies and navigate move-in day and the first weeks into residency. The nursing staff, especially Jennifer, Nyesha, and Dominque have been equally supportive, helpful, and understanding to our nervousness moving Mom into an assisted facility home. The facility is beautiful, very well-kept, and clean. Mom's studio apartment is lovely. Betty (Activity Coordinator) has welcomed mom into the Activities Center and been there for her every day to ensure a smooth and positive transition into this new life. My sisters and I have been impressed with everything thus far. We promote The Windsor of Bradenton.

As a former discharge planner and daughter , my family visited 4 different assisted living environments for my father. Dad was leaving his 55 and older community and facing a terminal illness, shortening his life. It was important to us that Windsor be prepared to their best ability , to help Dad face the next year with cancer. Although the pandemic challenges and staffing turnover challenged Windsor leadership, the employees responsible for Dad's care were stellar. In addition, being a smaller building was quite good for Dad and for us. The admissions process, the fees and all pandemic restrictions were fair and compassionate. Dad only lived at the Windsor with support of Hospice for 5 months, but I can strongly recommend .

I was very impressed with the staff, everyone was pleasant, it was very clear to me that customer service is top priority.
