I just visit my sister here. It's a nice building. Apartments are nice. Windows way too big!!! Fill the whole wall of both rooms. I applied here and was accepted and put on waiting list (so I was told by manager at the time). But apparently my paperwork really wasn't completed. Also information given to my sister without my permission.

This is an early morning view from a quality senior independent living facility, conveniently located on the edge of downtown Bradenton FL. Located on Wares Creek with expansive views of the Manatee River out to the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. Daily sunrises and sunsets are delightfully accessible. Short distance to grocery stores, restaurants, churches, riverfront walking trails, public library, gas stations, public transportation, Luxury and quaint B&Bs for visiting friends and relations. Imagine the annual fireworks display on the river! Twenty minutes to the nearest airport in Sarasota. A mile from LECOM field, spring training home of the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Wonderful place to retire to! Clean and friendly! Reasonable efficiency and 1 bedroom apartments on Wares Creek. Only a few blocks from the library and farmers market in downtown Bradenton. Many activities and amenities.
