My wife Sally and I were extremely impressed with the amenities and cleanliness of the entire facility. We we especially impressed with Debbie who gave us a personal tour. She was well versed in all the venues and we felt welcomed as old friends. We were invited for a special monthly meal and thought it was absolutely delicious. All of the residents we spoke with loved living there and couldn’t rave enough about the meals prepared for them. We have checked out a few other facilities and have concluded Cypress Springs is the best one for us when that time comes. Dick and Sally Dow

Beautiful facility, lots of amenities such as pool, gym, dining area, library, theater. Dining area is great. Most importantly, the management and staff are outstanding. They are over the top helpful and caring. They are active within the community and make it a point to know everyone. We have toured several places , Cypress springs is head and shoulder above other similar places.

Our family is so blessed to have this retirement community fall into my mother's lap starting in 2024. They are an amazing, caring and gifted team in all areas. My mother passed away in September and everyone stood by our side with love and compassion. This is by far, where you want to have your loved ones reside in Sarasota. This is our place to be!

My mother-in-law moved into Cypress Springs this past spring and has enjoyed the numerous activities, especially the PT which has allowed her to regain her mobility back. When we visit, we always are amazed at how clean the building and common areas are. The food is always of high quality and tasty!

Even though I didn't have an appointment, Giovannie Martinez was very accommodating. He showed me everything the property has to offer and gave me some information that's helpful for Veterans. The atmosphere there was very nice. The residents were friendly and the facility is very pet friendly. That was a big plus for me. I recommend Cypress Springs to anyone whether they need assisted living or not. Wonderful experience!!!

My mother has lived at Cypress Springs for 6 years. She is so happy here, and would not think of living anywhere else. She is treated like a family member by the staff, and has many friends she enjoys talking and spending time with. Management is amazing, kind and caring. The facility is beautiful and very clean. Having my mother at Cypress Springs has given me so much peace of mind, as I know she is safe and all her needs are met.

Constantly amazed at the staff here the feeling of family & love is overwhelming! Everyone is super kind and very welcoming. The activities and director here is second to none. Casino outings, parties, shopping, the list goes onand if you’re a veteran some really special things are done to thank them for them their service. All the staff is here for the right reasons.

My mom has had a terrific experience at Cypress Springs. She has lived there for the past two months and she has met the nicest people. The community is embracing and there are so many activities to keep residents engaged and happy. The staff is incredibly supportive and helpful and have welcomed my mom with open arms. My wife and I have been residents for 4 months. What a great opportunity to meet new people, make new friends! The staff is amazing! We have lot of activities to enjoy: Chair exercises, beachball volley ball, table tennis, card games, board games. It makes us feel younger. Outings also provide the opportunity to see cultural and dining activities in the area. We love being a part of this community!!

I have lived here for seven months. There are many activities for all to do. Management teams are excellent and supportive. The residents are friendly. The common areas are so beautiful and welcoming. It feels like home without the cooking and the cleaning!

Bright and clean facility in a great location - close to University Center shopping. Renee gives a wonderful tour. Her charm and vivacious personality offers assurance that the residents are truly cared for. Residents seem happy and friendly. I would feel good about my mother in law living there if that was her choice.

My wife and I have been here 4 -1/2 years and have had many great experiences. The activities director Linda Britt-Smith has really made this place a fun place to be. Our managers over the years have done a great job. The food will away be subjective. This location is also in a great spot for restaurants, shopping, pharmacists and groceries.

I love this place it is a great unit it has a fabulous area around it but Corporate should get out of the kitchen and let the units run The menus and order there own stuff.
