We had my wife’s aunt there and they treated her wonderfully. Now my mom is in there and the care is still excellent. A very caring staff with great nurses, aids and Doctors. Mom is going to need long term care and the process is complicated. Susan Semeraro the Business Office Director has been incredible in providing us with the necessary help to help mom. She is caring, sympathetic and informative. The Encore At Boca Raton is highly recommended.

I recently spent 20 days to rehab a fractured hip. It was the most horrible experience of my life. The only decent attention is the morning from 7-3 after that it goes from bad to horrific. The aides pretend to not understand you or just plain ignore you. Simple requests for basics are left to the whims of these sudes. They are rude and rough . Thestuff they pretend is food is inedible. It’s all about the money there. Once you’re admitted it’s hard to get out of there . Fortunately I was persistent and do was my family .

I would give 10 stars if possible! I can't say enough good things about Encore. My mom has been there two times now, and each time it has been equally impressive. It is such a warm, caring place that provides excellent attention and skilled nursing and therapies. The facility is bright, clean, appealing; there are always activities/entertainment to keep residents busy everyday; the food is over the top in terms of quality and variety; and there are not enough words to describe how wonderful every single staff member has been. I have never arrived to visit my mom without a big smile and hello from every employee I encountered. There is always staff around and available to help, answer questions, and just check in to see if everything is ok. Every employee seems to genuinely enjoy their job and do it to the highest level. My mom, the patient, agrees! Their nursing care and therapy staff are top notch! If you or a loved one ever needs a rehab/nursing facility, I hope you are lucky enough to land at Encore at Boca Raton!

I was here at the encore for a month for rehab. The first night I was here a staff welcomed me and sat with me for an hour making sure I was ok, it made me feel so special! In my time here at the encore PT and OT has been incredible. Silvio my PT has created a great bond with me! The staff here are there to take care of your needs. The CNA and aids have been by my side since day one! Kargine my nurse has always been on call for every need big or small!!! The team feels like family 🙂 Terri at the front desk is so helpful and always smiling. The concierge Leah would come into my room and check on me on a daily basis, she knows my coffee order by heart 😉 I must say, everyone here is always in a good mood! The facility is very clean and beautiful, they have nice decor! I would highly recommend coming to the encore! They truly care and want to help every single person!

My Mom has been at the Encore for 6 months so far & what a great experience it's been . She started out in short-term Rehab & then eventually into Long term care, as her Dementia & condition progressed. The entire time, the nurses & staff were all so supportive & caring, I couldn't be more pleased! The facility is beautiful & well-kept, she enjoys the food & everyone is so friendly & helpful. It's a pleasure coming here several times a week to visit my mom, knowing how well she's being taken care of! Highly recommended!!!!

Since my husband and I have been at the encore Lisa has been wonderful to us she has the best costumer service as well as nurse Darline she's very good with my husband I am pleased. Destini and Deborah they're wonder very helpful and cooperative people. Some of my highlights of being here was going to salon and getting my hair done by Dana. The concierge Leah got me and my husband pastrami sandwiches which were deeply appreciated! I also enjoyed the entertainment, they had many different singers! The physical therapy was incredible and they helped me regain my strength. All in all I am grateful for this stay, it was really beautiful to be a part of the family!

There's so many things going that I've enjoyed about being at the encore! Everyone is so friendly and warm. The nurses and aids greet me with a smile! Also, the therapy has been great. I work with Amanda and Silvia in physical therapy, and they are always supportive once i was getting g a snack from the vending machine and one of the therapist were so kind and helped me carry my drinks back to my room. The encore is a beautiful facility and I enjoy sitting on the back patio. They even let me bring in my dog! I highly recommend coming to encore and joining the family

My mother broke her hip And had immediate hip surgery at the hospital. 5 days later she was transferred to The Encore rehab in Boca Raton where she spent over 5 weeks getting therapy and rehab for her hip. The staff showed so much love, care, and concern for all of her needs. They made sure that she got the therapy that she needed to get back on her feet and back home. My mother and another of our neighbors that was residing at The encore told me that the physical therapy there, and the staff that helped her everyday and night to get better, was absolutely exceptional. They listened to all of our concerns, they helped us to get Mom home healthy and as quickly as possible. Sarah and her staff should be commended for all that they do, and have done, for my mother, our neighbor, and all of the amazing people that we met while she was there. They treated us like family , and we are forever grateful.

Our grandmother's limited ability to move after her stroke can be a scary experience for any elderly person struggling to get back some normal movements in their daily life. Encore's team of therapists was so patient and understanding, and most of all very encouraging with my grandmother, empowering her to reach her goals while also respecting her limitations. I was very pleased with the staff when I arrived on Tues. for a knee replacement and every one was friendly. As the week went on, they took me out of my private room and in to a double room because they had a patient which needed to be quarantined. Since my friends dad who is suffering from dementia has been there now for almost 3 week, Hermithe we have seen working and caring for Jerry the entire time. I've had and am reposting my high reviews for Encore - the facility, staff and care, and particularly Mike Jordan on the PT staff. Thank you so much for the love and dedication you put into your work. So grateful for supporting our Mom and helped her to thrive. Recently, however, we have had a problem with her belongings, making me both frustrated and profoundly sad. A lovely, framed print I bought for her went missing, after her shared room was temporarily vacated last fall for a repair project. A letter I mailed to her over Thanksgiving with all the correct address info (she's been there for 2 years), made it to Encore, only to be returned to me -- on Feb 4th. Finally, a box of paperback books I had fun picking out and mailing to her, pending my next visit, also has disappeared. Please tell me, Encore, WHAT is going on, and WHY can't you take better care of residents' precious few belongings? Can you please find her picture? Can your mail room get it together to safely deliver packages, or not? Family members need to know. Thanks.

UPDATE: I'm now a patient at The Encore of Boca Raton 2 yrs later, STILL giving a 5 review. Encore has been beautifully updated (except the bathrooms). My daytime aide, HERMITHE SERGILE, is Fantastic!! Kind, helpful, efficient, and professional along with most of the remaining staff. Would highly recommend the Encore of Boca Raton. Staff is very professional, kind, and attentive. My husband's room and bathroom are spotless. During my visit, staff members came in to check on him and see to his needs. He has OT and PT once a day. He's been treated extremely well and he really likes the food! I feel bad for those families that had a bad experience here but for my husband, nothing could be more different from his experience so far.

Violet Lindor, is such a beautiful person inside and outside. Violet was my aid for the stay here at Encore at Boca Rehabilitation Center. Also Jesula Celestin in housekeeping always does a great job in keeping the room clean. I must mention the Admin Assistant Miss Hines and the Consierge Destiny has been most helpful in making sure that the Resident is Happy with the Services they offer here. When we just came here there were things that we weren't happy about but after being here for over three months getting to know the Staff who are in Charge things got so much better. It's a Friendly Atmosphere with Lovely People who get things done right so I would definitely recommend this Rehab to anyone who needs this kind of Service and make sure to ask for Miss Hines and Miss Destiny. They will make your stay a very pleasant one!
