I fill out an application for housing, which I had done previously. However, I visited there to fill out another application. I was impressed with the staff and residents they were pleasant and friendly. Everyone spoke to me while I was filling out my paperwork. The staff was very nice and professional they answered all of my questions. Know hassle of city life. I know I will be very happy here. The suburban life is for me.😊

Woodlea is a well run, clean and comfortable senior housing complex in the lovely Pikes Creek area. It is HUD subsidized housing that brings with it certain limitations; the apartments are fairly small and could be brighter, but there is also the upside of community activities, meals at a nominal cost and knowing the building is safe and secure. There are certainly clusters of unpleasant and negative residents that one needs to learn to side step around but there are also very pleasant neighbors. The unpleasant review of four years ago seems to be from literally another place and time and perhaps stemmed from a personal issue. Monique does a difficult job very competently and fairly, the staff are very responsive, and Woodlea is certainly worth a visit if considering senior housing for yourself or a patent.
