I would not recommend this place for any one and their senior parent etc. the staffing is ridiculous with how much negative comments they have about the new take over. I’ve heard that the owners were trying to kick people out without a proper eviction notice. Due to the negativity and the few things I’ve witnessed from my time parking in the parking lot which was all the way on the back of the building. To the time I walked back out and left. On my way out I also witnessed employees doing sexual acts in their vehicles while on break or whatever it is they are on. This place is a joke and I will not refer anyone to the disgusting ghetto senior living community

I would not recommend this facility. The rooms were cramped. My father in law's roommate had the TV blasting 24-7 and they did nothing about it. There were no chairs to sit and visit. There were some very caring staff members, but the night shift staff were horrible. They also have a THIEF on staff. This is the letter I sent to the director of rehab at Millcroft. We got ZERO response. I am writing this on behalf of my father, Horace Levering, who resided at your facility April 1st – April 29th. Before my father’s discharge to hospice, he was the victim of a theft of his 14K gold wedding ring discovered on April 22nd. This theft broke my father’s heart. This thief must have actually taken it off his chain that was around his neck and then refastened it around his neck while he was sleeping. While searching for the ring, I found another necklace in his bed that did not belong to him. The necklace had a dark curly hair stuck in it. This other necklace was given to Amanda, the head nurse. Paulette, an aide, confirmed at that time that my father always wore the ring and a cross on a chain around his neck. She stated this directly to Amanda. I also reported it to Holly, the social worker. She stated that she heard it was lost. I informed her that was not the case. The chain did not fit over his head and he was physically unable to take it off. Because of his recent decline and death, I was unable to address this situation. I want to know what has been done and how we will be compensated for this loss. If needed for insurance, I call and make a police report. I’m not willing to just let this go. This was a theft from a 91-year-old defenseless man. You have a thief on staff.

My mother spend 6 weeks at Millcroft for rehab and awaiting availability of an assisted living setting. The staff was extremely caring and attentive to her needs. She spoke of great conversations with the staff and Kelsey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about her transfer. The nurse practitioner and the physician were very helpful. Physical and occupational therapy assisted her to regain some significant losses due to pain and hospitalization. Mom was well cared for and we were confident in her safety and thriving while there. Thank you for everything!

After being released from the hospital, our mom was taken to Millcroft for much needed rehab therapy. The care she received while at Millcroft was phenomenal to say the least!! Everyone my sisters and I came in contact with were genuinely caring and extremely nice individuals! Bernard, who helped with her enrollment and care, Megan her OT and PT therapist and Darlin her Nurses Aid were all so very kind and professional! My mother felt safe and well cared for while staying at Millcroft! A big shout out to Megan for getting my mother back on her feet easing our concerns about mom's ability to return home safely. Megans knowledge, professionalism and genuine care for mom, made it both fun and extremely beneficial for my mother's overall health and wellbeing. Darlin was also very kind to mom and provided everything from personal care to dialing my phone number for mom when she got a little confused! I would HIGHLY recommend Millcroft to anyone seeking short/long term care or rehab!!

I highly recommend Millcroft. I reached out when I was concerned about my parents living at home alone. Nicole is wonderful and always available to answer questions and be of assistance through the entire process. My parents plan changed and evolved rapidly. Millcroft was there as a support for their needs. I had peace of mind while navigating my parents health issues from a distance (living in a different state) I always feel comfortable when I am there and I feel secure leaving my parents there when I can't be there. Every single staff member I have encountered in every department there is friendly and professional and eager to help. I am actually in awe of the facilities at Millcroft.

When my husband and I visited Millcroft I was impressed by how Nicole Stewart made us feel right at home. Our visit was relaxed, and people were friendly there. I think it is a caring community that provides easy transition through the levels of care a resident needs. Most of all I felt the love.

I went to Millcroft this week for a tour. Let me just say after meeting with Nicole Stewart and some of the staff I can't wait to move my parents into this facility. Everyone was very nice. They didn't get angry or impatient with all my questions. She was very knowledgeable of everything and it looks very clean and an all out nice place to live. Thank you so much I can't wait to become part of Millcroft living and I believe my parents will also.

Father has been there for a couple of weeks now. The staff is skilled and friendly and seems to sincerely care about my father's welfare. There also seems to be ample staff from doctors to nurses to aides to ensure that all the residents get the help and care that they need.

I recently did a tour of Millcroft with Nicole. This facility offers everything I need for my mom and am unable to provide myself. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food smelled AMAZING, and the views through the apartment window was quite relaxing. Even though my interaction with the staff was limited, if Nicole is representative of the entire staff, they are AWESOME! My mom, Grace, will definitely be joining their community in March. She is undoubtedly goin to love it!!! Nothing but the best to say about this place!!!

I came to tour Millcroft Skilled Nursing with my mom for my grandmother. The staff all took time to make us feel welcome. The residents were happy and were enjoying bingo at the time of our tour. Kim DeLuca was very knowledgeable and introduced us to the nurse manager on the second floor. Unfortunately my grandmother passed away but I will recommend Millcroft to anyone looking for long term care.

This building is in a super convenient location. With my family living in DE, PA, and MD, is easy for us all to "take our shift" with Pop. He is very happy, considering he didn't want to leave house of over 50 years. The staff are very receptive of his "young guy" personality and do everything they can keep him comfortable. A special shout out to Nikki for her way with words that made my dad understand that this was his best and safest option!!!

I recently relocated my aunt and uncle to Delaware from New York. For months, I was looking for Senior Housing that included meals and assistance in the home. Millcroft was able to provide all provide all of my familys needs and it will transition as they get older. Thanks to Mrs. Cunningham, for making the process so easy.

We had a great experience at Millcroft getting our parents into the facility. Millcroft is a lovey facility. The large open common area is wonderful and the dinning room is very nice. The food smelled wonderful! Everyone we talked to was so kind and informative. TaLibra Cunningham was so helpful through the whole process. She explained everything to us and responded quickly to all of our questions. My parents new apartment was spotless when we moved in. I was very impressed. I was also impressed with all of the activities they have available to the residents. We have met a few of the residents and they have been so friendly. Im excited that my parents will be living there. Thank you Millcroft for a great experience!!!

My grandmother was tranferred from Christiana hospital to millcroft for short term rehab. She said everyone was so nice waving, & smiling and made her feel at home. It was great to hear and gave me a sense of peace. Janie, clinical liason, Folarin, Admission RN, and Thomas, Social work Director were absolutely amazing!

My grandfather recently moved into Millcroft independent living. The staff did everything they could to help him feel welcome and at home, and they continue to support him in his transition. The community as a whole (staff and residents) is warm, friendly, and inviting. It is so comforting to know that he is supported and take care of by everyone at Millcroft...I no longer worry for his well being and safety. First of all, Talibra is wonderful to work with. Shes very helpful, knowledgeable, wonderful with all the transition happenings for both the new resident coming in and their family members. The apartments are a nice size (just the right size, especially when downsizing). Everything is right there for the residents at their fingertips. The staff are very helpful, as are the other residents. The place is nicely kept inside and out. A real home feel.

My mother moved into Millcroft independent living this past spring. All the staff and other residents have been so wonderfully kind and supportive. The physical therapy was top notch and super helpful. Her health has improved so much. Her room is peaceful and quiet and she loves it. She also loves the food. She would rather dine at Millcroft than go out to (what used to be) her favorite restaurants. At meals, the residents laugh and laugh and laugh. They have the best time together. She really enjoys the meals. Either they only admit nice people, or living there makes the people nice. It must be the latter. She made friends quickly. She loves the hairdresser and the cleaning service. This is a very special community. We are so glad my mother lives there, and so is she.

This facility is outstanding! My husband needed physical therapy after a short hospital stay. Not knowing anything about rehab facilities I was confused as to which one to choose. Of course I wanted the best for him,,,,,,,boy did get it!! The staff at Millcroftis wonderful, very compasionate and knowledgeable. The Social Director was amazing. He helped me in every way, from insurance to my husbands release. I just can not say enough about this facility. From the Physical Therapists, the Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologist, nurses and aides I could not have asked for such experienced and wonderful people to teach and care for my husband. He might nothave been happy being here but he was certainly content with the care and therapy he was given at Millcroft. Thank you Mr Richardson, Angela, Ron, Eric, Jenna, Kimika, Zee and Dr. Sue and every one else who took care of my husband, you all are very special people!

Michelle D was and is an angel. Alesha, Victoria, angel and Seth are great on the second floor. Adam , Ronnie are great from pt. Everyone seemed so kind and caring. We were there for antibiotics and alittle pt we were very happy and appreciated the staff and all they do. There was alittle confusion at discharge but we appreciate the care we received dr sue and np amy listened to our concerns and helped when we needed paper work filled out. Sorry if we forgot to mention a rn or lpn everyone was so nice and without their help we wouldnt have made it
