My mother - in - law has been a resident at Coachman's Square for almost a year now. She is quite happy living there. She lives in a beautiful, spacious apartment with all the amenities that she could want. The staff at Coachman's have all been very nice to her and our family. There is even a staff member that takes my mother - in - law shopping and to the beauty parlour! There are plenty of activities to keep her busy including exercise classes and musical entertainment. She has already made some wonderful friends that all eat together at mealtimes. The only criticism that my mother - in - law has is that the food could be better. She is happy that there is always an alternative provided besides the prepared meals for the day.

Everything at Coachman Square is top notch! From the beautiful grounds to the outstanding staff to the compassionate and outstanding ED! My parents recently moved into the assisted living facility at Coachman Square in Woodbridge. Their apartment is just beautiful and they absolutely love the food. I have been very impressed with each and every staff member I have met. Everyone has been so warm and welcoming. I am so grateful for their kind, compassionate, professional care. It is such a blessing to know that my parents are part of such a wonderful, caring community.

My stepmother was welcomed in to Coachman Square just as the pandemic started raging. The staff have done a terrific job of keeping her safe. They appear to have the residents best interest at heart. They are very good at communicating with me on issues regarding her well being. The food there is very good. There is a lovely outdoor space in the back for taking walks and hosting events. This place exceeds expectations.

Carol Davino and Coachman Square have provided excellent support to the Town of Bethany Human Services office. Over the years, they have provided the Bethany Senior Citizen community with box lunches, informational seminars, classes and materials for events such as the annual Health Fair, as well as holiday events. It is this type of partnership that allows Bethany Human Services to interact more successfully and effectively with its residents. Coachman Square is a great place. The facility is clean and well maintained. The food is good and there are lots of daily activities for the residents. They have regularly scheduled entertainment and hold family events throughout the year. But by far the best part of Coachman is the staff. They are professional, friendly and caring. Its a joy to see them interact with my mother in such a personal manner. Theyve really gotten to know my mother and what she needs both physically and emotionally. Its comforting to know that my mother is so well cared for.

On a scale of 1-10, Coachman Square deserves a 12. The entire staff is warm, caring and engaging, and that translates into a happy, secure living experience for our loved ones. Exactly what I was looking for when my parents needed more care. After five years, the staff has become an extension of our family. The facility is very clean and the food is great. The residents are kept busy with many recreational offerings, trips and carnivals. So if youre searching for a new home for your loved ones, look no further.. Youve found it. Thank you Coachmans.

The admission staff went above and beyond to help my mom get settled in and I cannot thank them enough for this. They deserve twenty stars if I could give them such a rating. I cant thank them enough for helping my mom transition well to her room. They worked with me and my family on everything you could imagine. They communicated well and often. They went above and beyond to help me when I had two emergencies to finish the admissions process including moving her in. They helped find her a bed. It has been worth it in every way.

It has taken me a while to write this review, as my mom has been Coachman for over 4 years. I am actually glad I waited to review the facility, as it takes time to really settle in- not 4 years of course! My mom I both consider Coachman to be her home now. She is comfortable in her apartment w- her own furniture artwork, has everything she needs. She is also safe, which is a concern for her for me! We find the staff to be really nice understanding of why people reside here. We accept the fact that nothing is perfect that it is impossible to please 100 people (especially elderly people) their families all the time. We have learned over time not to sweat the small stuff. There is plenty to do, if a resident wants to participate. And there are some terrific special events, which draw large crowds. And my mom does not have to worry about her meals- they are all included. I would definitely recommend Coachman Square Woodbridge for elderly people or people who can no longer live alone!

My Mom Moved in last year and she says it is The Happiest Days of Her Life! The staff is amazing, food is excellent and service has exceeded our expectations. The amount of activities and socialization have kept her very engaged and making new close friends. She was living with me and that was fine, but I could have never provided this level of personal growth. I cant say enough about how Coachmans has given me peace of mind knowing she has her own apartment with friends but is well taken care of if needs arise. The Value is exceptional for the price!

After looking at many options for my father we chose Coachman Square. The staff are very welcoming and the facility is lovely. He was not eager to leave his apartment, but after a few months of settling in he says this is the best place for him by far. I am especially impressed with the way that everybody clearly knows him and have him on their radar at all times. He loves the food too.

This was nice tour and the staff were nice and caring. We liked that the community seemed nice and clean. They do offer a lot of nice activities. The menu seemed appealing. This community was not as close as was needed. Other families might want to tour the community for the care of a loved one.
