even though my lady friend (my girlfriend, i'm old school) of 12 years passed in august, Frerry park has continued to help me. i have called them several times since, and they have always been there. Donna acclimated to the place in no time, which surprised the hell out me. this was a welcomed surprised as to what i had heard about assisted living. just wanted to give a big shout out to Ferry park to it's workers and staff............esp. my "girlfriend, Tianna".

Finding the right place for my mom after she left the nursing home was not an easy task. Once we visited The Residence at Ferry Park, we found everything we were looking for! The staff are empathetic, friendly, and accommodating. They welcomed my mom and our family, and are there to answer any questions. The community is relatively small, and they staff takes the time to get to know each resident. The activities are varied and well thought out, to provide my mom the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical activities she needs to continue to thrive. They encourage my father, who is not a resident, to participate with her, so he feels very at home there too. The facility is spotless, and they have a very thorough Covid screening for guests. The grounds are beautiful, and my mom enjoys sitting out back enjoying the flowers, birds, and waterfall. Her room is just the right size for her, but the facility has plenty of space for our family to visit comfortably. We were even able to use outdoor patio when extended family came to visit. Her care has been excellent since day one. I feel she is safe, and I trust that she is in good hands. She has gained a lot of independence, and I don’t have to worry. Her favorite part is the 12 hour flexible restaurant. The food is healthy, high quality, and delicious. The chef offers 2 specials at every meal, and the regular menu has a nice variety of options. Since there are no set meal times, my mom can eat when she’s hungry. We have also been able to join her for meals, for $15 per person. This is such an improvement from the 4 months of hospital and nursing home food she had to endure before she got there! Our family couldn’t be happier with our choice!

My dad has been a resident at Ferry Park for about three months and has acclimated very well! The staff taking care of him in the assisted living area have been incredibly kind and helpful. The level of care he receives gives me confidence that his needs are being met and that he is comfortable and happy. During a recent visit I asked dad if he was happy and he told me that he really liked the nice staff and that they make him feel important. That is a level of service that is expected but is rarely attained! But at the Residence at Ferry Park this type of connection with the staff and residents is the norm! I couldn’t be happier with the entire staff in all departments including the executive director and their concern and care for the residents they serve.Thankful and Grateful, Susan and Dan Giller

My wife is in Brookdale Rocky Hill. We're pretty satisfied with everything right now. Her apartment is very good, has plenty of room, and is in excellent condition. The staff members are all very good as far as I can tell so far. The dining area is very nice, and there's enough room. There are exercises and a lot of activities every day. They have good recommendations, and the staff members we talked to were very cooperative, very pleasant, and knowledgeable.

The staff at this facility is exceptionally warm and caring. They come to work every day and treat their patients as if they were family. I am grateful for their tender loving care for my mom.

Brookdale worked with us financially, and were very happy with them. The staff is very caring, and they know whats going on. The room is very nice, it has what she needs, and its clean. The food is very good, and there are three meals a day. They have a full schedule of activities like music, exercise, and taking them out sometimes to the restaurant, and they keep them active.

My precious Mom just passed away at this amazing facility. I can't tell you the love and caring each and every employee gave her. It came from the heart. My mom moved up from Charlotte one year ago to be nearer to us and Brookdale Rocky Hill was the best decision we ever made. She was happy and at home there. Thank you to the most amazing staff I have ever met. She was so happy until the day she passed and so were we. I miss each and every one of you. Love, Marsha Somerset

Brookdale is a fabulous place! My mom has lived here since May 2012 and she loves it. Great staff, attentive and caring. Excellent therapeutic recreation program. Good food, beautiful clean facility. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend it!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, gave us a full tour of the place, and introduced us to everyone that works there. They seemed to really enjoy their job and interacted well with the residents. The place was immaculately clean, very nice, and well appointed. The rooms were very nice, not huge, but that's OK because they don't need to be, although some of them were larger than others. The dining room was absolutely beautiful. The one thing that I really like is that every morning, the residents will sit into a common area, look at the newspapers, and watch the news together, and they discuss what's going on in the world as a group. It's something that draws everybody together. They also have Wii and pool tables. I was impressed with Emeritus at Rocky Hill.

I visited Emeritus at Rocky Hill with my brother. Everything is excellent. I was in awe with the beauty of the place. The rooms are very nice, roomy enough but not too big. My mother has an apartment for a single person. She's got kitchen and everything. We were able to go in ahead of time and set up the room with her furniture and her belongings. The food is excellent. When you look at the menu, it's set up so you'll feel like you're eating in a nice restaurant.

Emeritus of Rocky Hill has a friendly and helpful vibe from the moment you walk in the door. The staff is knowledgeable, kind and most importantly helpful. There are always activities for the seniors to participate in and they are given opportunities all throughout the day to socialize with others if they care to. They offer a full range of assisted living amenities and even transportation. Every encounter I have had here has been nothing but positive and I am not the only one says its great. All the seniors living there seem happy and satisfied. It is a great spot for those in need of some help but still may enjoy the social aspect of living with others, without dealing with everyday household chores. Staff works around the clock to make sure residents are comfortable and happy and the attention to each individual makes it a wonderful alternative housing for elderly.
