From the moment my father arrived, he was treated with genuine kindness, dignity, and respect. Trenton and his team consistently went above and beyond to ensure his comfort. My dad really likes Ferry Park the only thing to consider is they have a heating/cooling system that is unlike any other place I’ve seen. They have to have the AC turned on and that means the heat is turned off, they can’t turn the heat back on unless the hvac guy comes back out and that could be days. So in New England when it goes from 90 to 60 in a day it can really affect the resident. my dad is freezing now and can’t turn the heat on. It is 66 in his room, too cold! But in 3 days it is supposed to be high 80s again. They need a system that they can toggle back and forth with elderly people.

My Company Compassus held a Veterans Cafe on Monday March 16th and it was Fabulous! Veterans, Veterans Wive's, Friends and Team Members of Ferry Park all shared service stories. Molly and her Team did an Amazing job, decorations, food and drinks were spot on!!! This was one of our best Veterans Cafe Ever. We are so much looking forward to our next Cafe in April.

We recently hosted a tour at our cat shelter for a group of residents that had done a supply drive for our animal shelter. The director for the event and the participants were the best! They did a wonderful job at collecting items that were needed by the shelter and they also had taken the time to handmake comfy blankets for our adoptable pets! The group asked us really great questions and were very interested in all aspects of Protectors of Animals and animal welfare in general. Getting to hang out with the cats was the clearly the best part!! It was a pleasure for our volunteers to share time with these generous folks and we loved that The Residence chose the visit as an activity that could be enjoyed by the attendees and also was a benefit to the community that they reside in.

We celebrated mom’s birthday at Ferry Park yesterday, with a small gathering of family and friends in the private dining room. The management staff were very helpful in arranging everything and generously accommodated all of our needs. Likewise the aides and wait staff were so kind and helpful, and went above and beyond to decorate and sing, making sure everything went smoothly. It was a lovely day and we greatly appreciate the attention to details and high quality service that made it so special. Thank you!

Our family has had parents at The Residence at Ferry Park for a combined three years, and the difference under the current management team has been outstanding. Trenton (General Manager) and Jessica (Assistant Manager), along with dedicated staff like Evan, Sean, Kristen, and Kai, have created a community that feels professional, safe, and truly resident-focused. The staff’s attitude is consistently positive and attentive. There are many excellent caregivers here, and the overall culture reflects real commitment. The range of care ” from independent living through Level 7, plus an on-site memory care unit ” provides true aging-in-place security. Knowing additional support is available without moving facilities is a major advantage for families. The activities program is one of the strongest features of Ferry Park. It’s full-day, every day, keeping residents mentally active, socially engaged, and physically moving. My mother has thrived because of this, and we have no plans to relocate her. The building is immaculate and surprisingly peaceful. Even though it’s close to major routes, the backside of the property feels quiet, private, and safe. It’s a beautiful spot. As someone supporting a parent from Palm Beach, Florida, having confidence in where your mother lives matters more than anything. My brother is a resident at Residence of Ferry Point, has been there since 9/30/25. The staff , Trenton, Evan,Lori, the office staff, staff on the floors caring for people, the staff in the dining room, everyone has been phenomenal, and goes out of their way to make residents feel at home and safe. My brother is very happy , and moving there has improved his quality of life immensely. His decision to move from his own home to Ferry Point has been a game changer for him and for us.

From the moment we walked through the doors at Ferry Park, it was clear that the facility was designed with the needs of my mom and other seniors in mind, combining modern amenities with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. After Dad passed a couple years ago, mom's dementia became more evident and we knew we had to do something for her safety. Sydney at Ferry Park was just wonderful and patient, as we visited numerous times prior to move-in! Staff and Care: The staff at Ferry Park are amazing! Everyone, from the reception desk to the nurses, are all willing to help with any needs we have. Help is available around the clock, providing peace of mind for the residents and their families, like ours. Facility and Amenities: The facility itself is clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Common areas are bright and inviting, with plenty of comfortable seating and welcoming spaces for socializing. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, with outdoor spaces for walks or relaxation on the back patio. My mom's room is spacious with all the necessary amenities, such as a private bathroom, closet space, and a small kitchenette. The facility is the perfect size for our needs as we have visited 4 other facilities and found that none were to our liking, or mom's. Activities and Social Life: One of the standout features of Ferry Park is its robust Engagement (activity) schedule. Residents enjoy a variety of recreational options, including arts and crafts, exercise classes, walking clubs, garden club, movie nights, games, etc. There's a real emphasis on maintaining an active lifestyle and promoting social interaction between residents and staff alike. Or to sit and soak up some rays at the waterfall by the patio. We are relieved to see that when mom leaves her apartment at 10 a.m., she doesn't return until 9 p.m. in the evening. She stays busy all day which makes for a happy mom since she is a very active person. This keeps the family at rest, knowing she is safe and active -- and now thriving with many new friends! Food and Dining: The dining experience at Ferry Park is another highlight. The food is consistently well-prepared, with a daily menu that offers specials and a variety of healthy options. The kitchen is flexible, open all day, ensuring that each resident’s needs are met. The dining room is bright and spacious, and meals are served in a relaxed, social atmosphere which, yet again, suggests socialization for residents. When my mom was home alone, getting her to eat was a real task, but with her new friends, she can socialize while she eats which in turn gets her to eat more. Family Involvement and Communication: Ferry Park keeps family members involved in their loved one’s care. Updates are provided on the health and well-being of mom, and there are opportunities for family visits and meetings with staff. Communication is clear and timely which is important for those who cannot visit as often. For those who can visit more often, you are able to take their loved one out at any time to enrich their lives even further. Memory Care: Since this facility offers a Memory Care unit, known as Reflections, Ferry Park takes some guesswork out when the Assisted Living resident will require a step-down into dementia/ Alzheimer's care. Staff work hard to engage residents into daily activities they have. Conclusion: Overall, The Residence at Ferry Park is a high-quality, 5 star facility that offers a supportive and nurturing environment for seniors. It’s an excellent choice for families seeking a balance of care, community, and independence for their loved ones. It would be a perfect option for those that find themselves in the situation like we were: What can we do with mom, where she will be safe and thrive for her golden years. The Residence at Ferry Park, upon first impressions "looks" like a nice place for parents to live, and receive care. There are many falsehoods in advertising, however. The "gourmet dining" is rarely efficient for the needs of those with diabetic issues. The food is rarely hot and not chewable by elderly residents. The climate control in the building is unacceptable. Over heated-extremely uneven.

We looked at 4 different facilities and our mom chose The Residence at Ferry Park. She said it was bright and cheery with a lot of activities. She LOVED living here and was never in her room. So many things to do with wonderful sweet people. The staff is awesome. They really take a personal interest in the residents and get to know them. I don't know how to express my gratitude and appreciation to Maureen Cunningham (Sales and Marketing Director), Theresa Williams (Executive Director) and staff made us feel welcome and helped every step away to get my father to Ferry Park. This is a great community with a wonderful staff who are all dedicated to making sure every resident's needs are being taken care of. There are a variety of activity programs offered every day, and their memory care unit "Reflections" has its own large social spaces for residents to gather and enjoy their own entertainment as well.

Really friendly community and genuine staff. From walking in you can tell this community is well connected and likes working together. They just have a unique feeling. From what I have seen, many of their caregivers have been there a while, and with a new chef, the food has gotten even better. We recently moved our mother to The Residence at Ferry Park and though it's only been a very short time that she's lived there, she's managed to transition well and overcome her initial fears and anxieties. Moving the elderly is an overwhelming experience for everyone and the staff has done a wonderful job making sure our mother is actively taking part in activities, never missing her meals, and enjoying herself with the other residents.

even though my lady friend (my girlfriend, i'm old school) of 12 years passed in august, Frerry park has continued to help me. i have called them several times since, and they have always been there. Donna acclimated to the place in no time, which surprised the hell out me. this was a welcomed surprised as to what i had heard about assisted living. just wanted to give a big shout out to Ferry park to it's workers and staff............esp. my "girlfriend, Tianna".

Finding the right place for my mom after she left the nursing home was not an easy task. Once we visited The Residence at Ferry Park, we found everything we were looking for! The staff are empathetic, friendly, and accommodating. They welcomed my mom and our family, and are there to answer any questions. The community is relatively small, and they staff takes the time to get to know each resident. The activities are varied and well thought out, to provide my mom the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical activities she needs to continue to thrive. They encourage my father, who is not a resident, to participate with her, so he feels very at home there too. The facility is spotless, and they have a very thorough Covid screening for guests. The grounds are beautiful, and my mom enjoys sitting out back enjoying the flowers, birds, and waterfall. Her room is just the right size for her, but the facility has plenty of space for our family to visit comfortably. We were even able to use outdoor patio when extended family came to visit. Her care has been excellent since day one. I feel she is safe, and I trust that she is in good hands. She has gained a lot of independence, and I don’t have to worry. Her favorite part is the 12 hour flexible restaurant. The food is healthy, high quality, and delicious. The chef offers 2 specials at every meal, and the regular menu has a nice variety of options. Since there are no set meal times, my mom can eat when she’s hungry. We have also been able to join her for meals, for $15 per person. This is such an improvement from the 4 months of hospital and nursing home food she had to endure before she got there! Our family couldn’t be happier with our choice!

My dad has been a resident at Ferry Park for about three months and has acclimated very well! The staff taking care of him in the assisted living area have been incredibly kind and helpful. The level of care he receives gives me confidence that his needs are being met and that he is comfortable and happy. During a recent visit I asked dad if he was happy and he told me that he really liked the nice staff and that they make him feel important. That is a level of service that is expected but is rarely attained! But at the Residence at Ferry Park this type of connection with the staff and residents is the norm! My mother moved to Ferry Park in April 2021. As we close in on almost a full year there, I would say that overall we are very satisfied with the staff, facility, and services there. I have found the administrators to be responsive to my questions in a timely manner. My mother enjoys the food and activities offered. Having the staff oversee her medication administration has been very helpful. My mother’s apartment is spacious enough to accommodate her furniture and many belongings from home, which helped her settle in. The facility is clean and bright. Any issues or concerns have, thus far, been communicated to me quickly. If you are contemplating looking at Ferry Park for a loved one, take a tour. Yes, it is pricey but the quality of services is high. Having peace of mind that your loved one is safe is priceless.

The Residence at Ferry Park is a very special place. My aunt Lee, my mother’s sister, lived there for 6 or 7 years and it became a home to her very quickly. The staff were so much more than care givers to my aunt; they became her family as well as a part of our family. Everyone went out of their way to help her and make her happy. I have to be honest, aunty Lee could be difficult at times, but her family at Ferry Park always stayed calm and did whatever they could to try and accommodate her. Mom and I were usually more frustrated with Aunty Lee than the folks at Ferry Park were. No matter what kind if curve ball my aunt would throw them, they took it in stride. The Ferry Park family also educated me about the changes in my aunt as she aged. This was a huge help; I learned what we could expect aunty Lee to be able to do and how her mental and physical health would change as she aged. Not sure what we would have done to take care of aunt Lee if it were not for our incredible Ferry Park family! There is no where better for anyone needing assisted living to move to.
