Maple View Health & Rehabilation Center was very Welcoming. The Staff was extremely helpful. I visited this Facility to see my Aunt. This was my very first time at this Rehab Center. My Aunt seems to like it as well. I didn't stay to long but, I will be returning tomorrow. I will get a chance to witness my Aunts progress. She is the type to speak her mind. I'm sure if she had an issue, she will not bite her tongue. Based on her feedback, she was okay. That makes me feel comfortable because she's okay. I would like to Thank the Staff for taking good care of my Aunt She's a very SWEET Woman and she deserves THE BEST TREATMENT AVAILABLE TO HER!!! Thanks to a WONDERFUL Staff!! Those Workers were all very Professional and extremely Caring to the Patients and Visitors!! Thanks for your time and attention to all necessary details.

The experience in this place is beyond words my mother in laws care is superior to the place where we brought her from she looks more alive here the staff is beyond expectations they take great care of her and keep her active, they take the time to assist each individual as if they were treating their own family members and I'm not just saying it because of anything I am saying it because my mother in law is very much more alive than she was before smiling eating, she's clean, her hair is always picked up brushed her bed is always made we don't have to worry about warning someone that we're visiting we have nothing to be concerned about like you can see that staff is always happy here they're not just there for a paycheck but because they take pride in their jobs. Thank you all

No one wants to have their parent or loved one to have to live in a nursing home. But if you must, I have to say that Maple View in Rocky Hill is really one of the best. My mom has been there for 2 years now in the memory care unit. She is extremely well cared for, and I never worry about her. The place is always clean, her sheets are always fresh, she is always dressed and washed. She has had the same care givers the whole time, which means, to me, very little staff turn over. The food always looks good, I am always kept well informed of how my mom is doing, and I know that all of her nurses and aides have her best interests at heart.

I leave my visits with my Nana feeling good knowing she's taken care of. Seth and Joy are like family to us now as others from their staff. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for care for their family members.

We had a member of our community recently rehab at Mapleview! We found the social workers to be amazing to work with and attentive with open lines of communication to get her back to her home here at THe Residence at Ferry Park! We look forward to continuing to grow our relationship!

My mom has been at Mapel View for over three weeks and we are so appreciative of her amazing staff that she has on the second floor. From the nurses to the CNA's she is treated with nothing but care, respect, and receives true and genuine support.

It's a sad sad place. Some of the staff were competent. The place is small and everyone is crammed in very tightly there. Some of the staff is rude. The Nurse Supervisor gave us some information that was very inaccurate and triggered an enormous amount of worry for my family. I compared with what the nurse supervisor told us to what was actually in my Mom's chart and it was clear that they must have been looking at the wrong chart. The nurses were not nice, the place smelled horrible. There were two cases of Covid and they placed my vulnerable mother in the same room with a Covid patient and sure enough Mom caught Covid there. The overall vibe is sad, someone (patients not workers) was constantly screaming in the background and beds are rock hard. Mom said the food was good so an extra star for that! I recommend Watersedge in Middletown, CT, it has been a much better experience for Mom.
