Grounds are beautiful. Food is very good. The kitchen staff is excellent.. The nurses are excellent. Physical therapy social worker all very good. I would say that Meadow Ridge facility in Ridgecrest is above average compared to other facilities . Happy my mother is here recovering.!

The entrance and grounds are very nice and clean. The staff are lovely and very helpful. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. There are amenities in the building that are worth seeing and if you want to step outside for fresh air you can do that on a sunny day and hang out on the patio. Overall a great experience and feel secure that a loved one is safe here.

My mother in law lived at Meadow Ridgeover five years and she absolutely loved it! She had lived outside of Chicago and she was a bit anxious when she entered the dining room for her very first meal. She was seated at a newcomer’s table and moments later a woman came up and introduced herself and said, but that is my married name, when you and I went to elementary school in Duluth, Minnesota, you knew me as ., why don’t you join me and two other of our classmates from Duluth at our table! She had not seen her classmates in over 50 years!! Is Meadow Ridge a welcoming setting? By all means!

This is my third time with my mom coming in an ambulance from the hospital to a rehab facility. They say the third time is your lucky charm and I agree! I can’t say enough about how the entire experience has been wonderful so so far. The placement was just arranged today in a very short, efficient time frame and the communication was great. Yet they were ready for my mother with a warm welcome, by very talented and caring nurses and aides. The staff was very thoughtful and caring on how they moved my mother to limit her pain. The staff clearly love this place as well. They have been to check on her frequently and to make sure she got dinner. The meal looks and smells wonderful. So anxious to get the Theraphy going so my mother can work up to going to the dining room and activities. This is my first Google review, but I had to do it as I a. So very grateful to everyone who made this such a wonderful and different experience than we have had before. Thank you

It was a relief to see how comfortable my Mother was in her room at Ridge Crest in Meadow Ridge ,after spending eight days in the hospital. The staff seems very genuine in their care and it makes me feel at ease to know she's going to get great post-cardiac care for the next two or three weeks.

Wow I visit Medow ridge and it was a surprise omg the care team they are amazing warming welcoming omg I was excited could not believe how I was treated by the staff members that building is clean smells good it’s a breath taking experience in the building loving it the care team work together I would recommend it to everyone just about anything there is good not to mention the dining area food well put together it’s a 5 star place to both work and live 100+% just loving the atmosphere beautiful nice clean wow

The care at Meadow Ridge is excellent and the food is spectacular. I just ate with my dad in the dining room and it is like going to a great restaurant. He is getting stronger with the PT. Mary Kate, who is in charge of social activities is a ray of sunshine and my dad loves chatting with her. Truly a wonderful place for skilled nursing. We are grateful Dad is here.

They have worked hard to meet all his needs. . They are hardworking, friendly and well staffed. I am pleased with the level of care , therapy and interaction. I feel confident he is in the best place for his recovery.

Very nice place overall and the staff are excellent. My MIL was admitted after a significant fall that fractured her c1 and c2. She was the happiest she’d been in days and despite only being allowed soft food ger food was excellent. They are very accommodating to guests as well and we were able to have 5 visitors on her arrival there. Could not ask for a kinder or more caring environment for this wonderful lady as she recovers from a serious fall.

Meadow Ridge is such an amazing senior housing development. The grounds are perfectly manicured, the staff are helpful and know every resident , and the activities available are wonderful. Whether you knit, play bridge, swim and love opera, there is a group and trip available to satisfy those interests. And they even have 2 community gardens.

First time visiting someone who is getting physical therapy. Went to the main entrance and people were gathered there talking and we very friendly to me. I asked where my friend was and the receptionist gave me excellent directions to the proper building. Got there and went to the office and also received excellent service from lovely people and found my friend easily. You have very helpful staff at both locations.

My mom stays is staying here in Ridgecrest after three surgeries in the past two weeks, the staff from the Social workers to the nurses to the PCT to dietary to to the Physical therapist are all very nice, welcoming, compassionate.
