Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I have worked for multiple home care agencies and I can honestly say this is the best one. If you need more hours you can just reach out and they truly care not only about their employees but the clients as well. They have a team that will actually come out to the clients home if there are any issues. Also, because it’s a smaller office, when you call in you know exactly who you’re speaking with. Look no more for a good home care agency! It’s about time!

Im currently employed with Right At Home and have been for about 6 months now. I would certainly recommend for anyone to work for this company. The people in the office are wonderful I have a great boss whos very attentive. Anytime I have an issue the response time is pretty much immediate. This is a professional company and also a caring company. Definetly a 5 star!!!!!!!

Ive been an employee of Right at Home Old Saybrook for about a year and a half now. The staff and clients are what make my job so enjoyable and I do everything I can to make each one have a wonderful experience with us. The owner and founder Dave is very hands on and supportive in any way he can be. Dave pours his heart into his business and it shows through the care his agency provides.
