A beautiful retirement community.

The inside is beautiful and clean. However, the outside was a bit concerning in the back. The building appeared to need attention. The concrete was in need of repair or paint, and the bottom of the building had spaces between where the concrete and ground met. Appeared that there could be a water or drainage issue . I am not a professional, so can't speak to whether this effects the building structure or not. This just caught my eye as I drove by.

Friendly staff and beautiful clean common space for the residents. We visited a senior friend whose window has a lovely crab apple tree blossoming outside her windows.

Wasn't as clean as I would have expected. Certainly needed to be vacuumed. There shouldn't have been loose rugs by elevator at second floor. This is a senior residence and shouldn't have easy fall areas

Beautiful place we went for a Christmas concert, my 8 yr old grand daughters class sang for the seniors. It was sweet and the staff was perfect. Everyone had a fantastic time.

I moved my parents to Solstice in January, beautiful, peaceful setting in the woods I enjoy visiting there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The apartments are spacious and offer great views, my parents enjoy watching the birds and wildlife at the pond.

The gables overall is a very nice place to live. I see Dale Cordel is back as GM, Im glad his wife Stephanie is not coming back, she didnt work when she was there few years back. Dale covered her , everyone covered her she didnt know what she was ever doing. Lazy person walked around like she was queen of Sheba! Well good luck to the gables hope Dale will be a better manager this time around. Would like to make a correction I never lived there I was employed there as receptionist. During my time there is what I was expressing.
