My wife has been a resident for 18 months. I cannot speak highly enough about the level of love and care that she receives. One of life's hardest decisions is to place a loved one into someone else's care, so it has been a huge relief for me that the staff have been all that could be wished for. Despite staffing problems common to all businesses since the Covid pandemic, the Artis crew took it all in stride and deserve credit for that. 5 stars - no question.

As a professional in senior living, I can honestly say that Artis communities are the best at what they do, care for individuals with dementia. They truly care about the residents and their families. Artis senior living is the expert in dementia care that recognizes and treats the person as a whole and not just the disease.

The Artis has a very compassionate, friendly and quality staff members. Shannon Valli the director was beyond helpful, kind, respectful, knowledgeable from our first interaction via email. When I visited and took the tour of the facility she answered all of my questions and concerned. Shannon was empathetic and caring towards me regarding my family situation. This is a time when I need people to be sensitive to my family member and to me as well! The facility looked well kept, set up appropriately for dementia residents. I haven't made the move yet but can recommend based on how I was treated and what I saw.

The facility is spotless, comfortable and bright. Most importantly, the staff is well trained, and they really know how to engage the residents. In my experience, the residents are not treated like patients but rather like family. I would be remiss if I didnt single out Sharelle Thornton, who is the Senior Director of Community Relations. I have gotten to know Sharelle professionally over the last few years. While she is truly passionate about meeting the needs of the residents, she has shown a unique ability to represent Artis to professionals such as attorneys, financial planners and others who regularly meet with seniors and their families. She is helpful, creative and a true ambassador. I, along with several others, value the partnership I have with both Sharelle and with Artis. Thank you!

My mother-in-law stayed three weeks for respite care and we were very impressed with the level of care and accommodations. A very warm, family-like environment and so pleasant to visit. The facility was very clean, the food was very good, the activities were impressive, and the staff -amazing! They cared to learn about every detail that would help them better care for my mother-in-law and regularly communicated with us about her time there. Five stars well deserved. Thank you again Artis!!

I never had problems Mariela is excellent as human beings and as a manager. I love working with her so she always looks for a better way for the employee. Always more respect for everyone. only that after a while they recruited new employees who did not love their work. They should recruit people who really love this kind of work and have a good spirit to keep everyone in the building to be happy. With happiness all workers and senior will enjoys each and every day with love. But my opinion yes I will recommend this place to everyone. Theres love and good staff the will make you feel as part of their own family.

My 93 year old mother loved staying here both for a respite stay and then permanent placement. Staff is warm and thoughtful. There was a fresh bouquet of flowers in my mothers room and a cross stitched wall hanging. My mother often talked about all of her friends here because everyone made her feel welcome and included.

The facility is new and kept immaculate. The staff is extraordinary at every level. We were treated like family from the day we walked in. My father flourished under their care. Everyone made him feel at home. We cant thank them enough for the fantastic care that was given.

I visited this senior care center as part of the Rabbinical institute of new Englands outreach program. The staff here are fantastic!! A big call out to Ashley for her assistance, looks like they are always alert, in assisting the elderly. The building is beautiful, one of the nicest Ive seen in connecticut. The people here are very happy
