Sheree was a terrific home helper My husband had dementia and she was so kind and patient with himHe greeted her with a big smile as she arrived. She made him feel special by visiting with him and helping him to feel special. She fixed either breakfast or lunch for him each visit. For the past three years, Home Helpers has taken care of my Mother, who suffers from Alzheimers. Arlene and Susan have been there almost from the start and have provided exceptional care. They are both qualified and are able to adapt daily to my Mothers changing needs. They help with appointments, housekeeping, shopping and any other task that is needed for the household to function. They are like part of our family now and our household wouldnt function without them. They are invaluable to me and are a godsend. Recently Home Helpers added two more employees, Mamalada and Regibe, to help with off days and so far they have been a wonderful addition. I have had experience with Home Helpers through two elderly people whom my husband and I help. Both of these situations were somewhat delicate and required patience and perseverance on the part of Peter and his staff who exhibit both of these qualities. Peter and those who work for him are always available whenever a question or situation arises. They all have been quick to help solve any problem in a most friendly and professional way. After a period of adjustment, which I believe occurs in most situations, both of the men who are clients of Home Helpers have settled in and are now happier in their routines. My only reservation involves the method of billing and payment. I wish that there was a system in place for automatic deductions. Other than that we have been very pleased with Home Helpers.
