My mother in law was a resident of Worthington Manor from September 2022 until she passed in April of 2023, she had advanced Dementia and couldn`t have had better care anywhere. My wife and her sisters were so relieved that they found such a place having looked at many. The staff, or as my wife calls them, (angels), were so caring and hard working looking after my 92 year old mother in law, among many other residents. They had so many activities including live music which she really enjoyed. The facility was always decorated beautifully for every season and was immaculate not to mention the great meals that were prepared every day. My wife and sisters could sleep at night knowing their mother was being well cared for... Thank You Worthington Manor

Not only understaffed, but the staff is obviously not properly trained. I have witnessed conduct and interactions with staff and residents that is degrading and not compassionate. They put great emphasis on the food service which is good. However, there are no “landscaped” and secured outdoor areas for residents to enjoy or the staff to facilitate that. They advertise this facility as being “luxury “ however, there is much to be desired. Like some qualified staff and a cleaning crew! I would not recommend this establishment for a loved one.
