Working at Brookside for the past 5 years has been the most rewarding, fulfilling and exhilarating experience of my career. The entire staffing always goes above and beyond for our residents and our Managers who makes sure that we have the necessary tools and resources to do our jobs. Today was no exception from all the other times but it is National Associate Appreciation Day and boy oh boy we surely felt appreciated. Our Managers (Rose, Krisztina, Emma, Sam, Kimberly and Patrice) all surprised us with making breakfast for the entire staff (Kimberly showed up that same morning at 12am for the overnight staff with her favorite homemade pound cake freshly baked because it was still warm. pasta, coffee, tea etc)and did I mentioned that they pulled the red carpet out for us…..that for me was special and heartfelt. We had a blast and I want to say Thank You on behalf of myself and my colleagues to each one of them for thinking about us and letting us know that we are appreciated.

I love the residents of Brookside the managers are amazing I have been work there from opening what I see there make me feel like I at home i work in the memory care i love my residents and staff especially managers like Christians . Ema Patrice. Rose .Kimberly JIM Cavalene are amazing bosses They care so much about the residents no matter what time day are night the residents need someone they will take the time out come and see the residents especially Christina because she is the Reflection managers even when it is her day off and we call her for simple things she drops what she is doing and come in she eve helps with care .the managers care so much about here residents that time to time they come engaged actives with them it Resident Brookside best I ever work that managers take the time out show that they care for staff and residents

My mother has been a resident at The Residence at Brookside for a year and a half and she is thoroughly enjoying it! The staff is very attentive and helpful and the grounds and common areas are well kept. My mom loves the food and appreciates the variety and flexibility of the dining plan. The activities are well organized and provide lots of opportunity for fun and socializing! The Residence at Brookside has been a wonderful place for my mother to live after leaving her home, we are so thankful that she is safe and comfortable and surrounded by people who care about her well being.

The Residence at Brookside has proven to be a great place for my mother. The building is beautiful and well maintained. Her apartment is perfect, the food is high quality and delicious and the daily engagement activities are outstanding. Everyday a schedule of wonderful things to do has kept her engaged and socialized. We could not be happier. Thank you to all of your kind, compassionate staff!

I recently moved my mom to Brookside in Avon. As soon as we walked through the front doors we knew that we made the perfect choice! You can immediately feel the cozy and friendly atmosphere. The apartments and grounds are beautiful and the food is delicious. There are also so many engaging activities. Most important of all is the wonderful attention and care that everyone on the staff provides each day! In a few short weeks I have seen such a positive change in my mom. She is so happy in her new home. I would highly recommend Brookside!!!

My father moved into The Residence at Brookside about a month ago, during the extremely stressful circumstances of living life during covid times. All of the staff, including Rebecca, Michelle, and Rose, Patrice, the maintenance people, the chef, the receptionists, the van driver went above and beyond to make his transition smooth and most importantly welcoming! It was exactly what he needed to feel successful and comfortable with his choice to move to an assisted living community. Many thanks to all of you!

I cannot begin to express how unbelievably impressed I was with the community and all of the associates with their dedication to excellence when it comes to the continued care of their residents this is how senior living should be. The leadership went above and beyond to ensure every point of care was met and for them to take their time to address every concern spending hours on the phone I am so very grateful.

I am so thrilled with the amazing care my mother has received at The Residence at Brookside, especially this past year during the Covid19 pandemic. Rose Thompson, Krizstina Jarai, and the staff in the Reflections Unit have gone above and beyond to provide a loving and safe environment for our loved ones. Our family is so thankful. My mother has been a resident at Brookside in their Reflections (Memory Care) unit since late 2016... the staff has been wonderful through the years and the number of activities they have for the residents to do are wonderful. I love getting the pictures of everything they do. She really loves it there.

My dad spent 3 years at Brookside. Not only did my dad receive excellent care but found a home. He was in the memory care unit where every day the staff there made sure he had the highest quality of life that he could could attain. He was treated with dignity, respect and genuine affection. We moved my dad to Brookside last year after looking at several assisted living options for him. We are very happy with our decision. The staff is experienced, caring and always looking to be as helpful as they can be and there is never a shortage of activities for the residents. I would highly recommend Brookside to anyone.

My mother is a resident of Brookside and both she and I love Brookside! The facility is first class and so are the grounds. But what really makes it a great experience for my mom is the staff!!! It is so attentive and helpful. I highly recommend Brookside as a sound choice for assisted living!

I liked it here. The size of the apartments was impressive, it's a newer facility so it looks really good, the staff was friendly and seemed to have great relationships with the residents. They offer a lot of activities.

The entire staff are friendly and very accommodating. The community is very clean and the offer daily activities. They accommodate her dietary needs and the food she has is good. This is a cheerful place and I would recommend it.
