I started working at Pine Grove Crossing a few months ago and I am so impressed with the facility and staff. I have worked with other communities, staff, and residents for several years yet none have been as great as here. The staff is so kind and respectful and take great care of the residents. I am very fortunate to work at a community like this where there are so many happy residents.

Nice Staff, Nice Units, Decent meals, reasonably good security, Things to do daily. Veterans get to be by other vets. Physical Therapy includes some spiffy machines if necessary. Transportation to appointments.

My grandmother was having a bad morning the girl that gave her medicine sat and talked to her and really uplifted her spirit my grandmother speaks so highly of her she says she always makes time for her and checks on her I wish I knew her name my grandmother says I call her the girl with the colorful shoes. Finding a place for Mom can be a very challenging experience. From our first exploratory visit with my 85 year old Mom our experience with Pine Grove Crossing was excellent. The apartment was new and kept very clean. The staff were alway friendly and welcoming to Mom, and as her needs grew they checked in on her very frequently. They were also exceptionally good at communicating with my sister and me about all that was going on that concerned Mom. If you are looking for a place that will help you care well for an aging parent, I highly recommend Pine Grove Crossing to you. Check them out, You wont be disapppointed.

I recently resigned from Pine Grove how ever I must say its a very good place to work at. I cant say anything negative because no matter where you go every assistant living is pretty much the same work wise how ever the residents were amazing I work along side with awesome nurses I learned so much from Coke, the owners were very nice the concierge woman Providing safety during this pandemic did an awesome job It was just time for me to move forward and I was so thankful for the opportunity of learning and growing at Pinegrove

Good place to move Your love one here awesome care staff awesome move-in coordinators clean friendly and COVID free !!!!! For employment : Im not trying to be negative however Jana & Katie are new and rude you cant even say hi they will give you a smirk and you know that unwelcome feeling!! All other staff are awesome they greet each other and acknowledge one another. Moving forward I hope they continue to have a friendly and open door policy with kindness for one another no need to be rude iv worked with rude management before and nurses but the nurses at Pinegrove are so nice and not stuck up they want you to grow and not be so uptight and they dont have that power trip kind of attitude. Residents are the sweetest! place is still new and still growing. Activities ladies are so nice and always caring for residents during this quarantine.

My mom has been living her for a year now. I cant even begin to tell you how wonderful this place is. Everyone from the care staff to the owners are amazing. They really do care and love their residents and family members. My mom has mid stage Alzheimers and has thrived since she moved in. If you do have a concern they address it immediately no matter how small it might be. PineGrove Crossing is family to my mom and myself.

My dear sister entered Pine Grove in 2019. Her wonderful husband cared for her at home until he exhausted himself. Her cognitive ability and memory are diminishing, but she is in a very safe place with excellent care. She has had some periods of mental crisis but the outstanding staff has pulled her through. It takes extraordinary people to do this. Skill, patience, and a loving, selfless nature are their earmarks and we will be forever grateful.
