Two adult sons of Bill, who is a resident of Life Care at Stonegate, played guitar and sang duets for the residents at their ice cream social. They had chosen songs from the generation of the residents. I am sure I am not the only one who was delightedly singing along! One of the Stonegate pastors even recorded it!

I would highly recommend the Stonegate facility you are in need of rehab or more serious skilled nursing. I was very fortunate to stay at Stonegate during my time there for skilled nursing after I suffered some heart issues. The staff there is friendly, professional and extremely qualified To give any patient the best care possible. To single out one or two caregivers at this facility would be an injustice to the other staff members. Every staff member there, no matter what shift was taking care of me, gave the same level of care has the previous shift. Thank you Stonegate for making my stay there enjoyable.

My mother needed to be moved to a skilled nursing facility for rehab. I stopped by Life Care of Stonegate on an unexpected visit and was hoping to get a tour. I was impressed with the facility, the cleanliness, the beautiful location. I did not have an appointment and it was over the weekend. The team that handling tours was not available at the time I arrived. The receptionist, Yasmin, went above and beyond and provided an amazing tour and took the time to show me around, answering my questions. I also met on the tour a resident and family and had a chance to speak with them. I thought my mother would be comfortable here. Kira was her Case Manager and seemed to be two steps ahead with managing her care. She handled everything from the insurance, to arranging for home health care, providing resources for equipment options. She was always very responsive and kept me briefed on my mother's progress. I am very grateful to Kira for helping with managing her care. My mother was there close to a month. She had both Physical Therapy and Occupational therapy as well as daily activities. She got stronger and was well taken care of. I am extremely grateful to the team. When they were concerned on a medical issue, they ran a test and determined that she needed have to go to the hospital, and they called the paramedics. Following the hospitalization, my mother could have gone to another skilled nursing facility, but she wanted to return to Stonegate for her rehab. Kerri Ann, one of the Nurses working with my mother was there for support to me and helpful during the difficult time when my mother had to go to the hospital. The entire care team for my mother at Life Care of Stonegate was kind, caring and empathetic.

My first impression of the place was how tidy and pretty it was. The landscaping that was very well taken care of. The gal that checked me and was really sweet. The facility was very clean. It didn’t have that funky smell that places like this usually have. Very classy place with hardwood and nice decor. My friend that I visited was good and seemed very well cared for. I was there for two hours and three people came in to check on her, including one pain doctor . When She needed help. She pushed the button and they were there in less than two minutes. The four staff members that I did meet were very nice and helpful. Very impressed with this place. I wish my grandparents could have been in a place like this.

To Whom it May concern I was sent over here from Rose Hospital 4600 Hale Pkwy Denver Co. to heal up after my left hip replacement .. as they the hospital staff were getting me ready to transfer they left out my phone .. I realized this that same night and called them the next day they gave me the run around and said they would get on it I waited a week and still didn’t get it after calling and having help from Stonegate to retrieve it You all sent 2 people over there to get it ?? and didn’t get it they wouldn’t help .Buy now Rose said they wouldn’t bring or get it over to me As I was on pain killers when I left and thought they had packed it ..: I was at a loss as I was without a phone for a wk ..Then Sheila L . Came on the scene and saved the day it took her 2 hours to get it and great stamina to not give up .. Her and a security guard had to get into a workers office to retrieve it He had left work too early and locked up Sheila is the BEST worker or employee I’ve ever encountered ..I’m 75 and been in lots of different care centers and nursing homes Taking care of family parents etc. she really showed compassion and concern .. She never gave up plus it’s a ways over there from here Thank You again Sheila and will never forget you and your fortitude Very exceptional women ..Sincerely Becky Oldemeyer 3/25/2025

My brother received in patient rehab at Lifecare Center Stonegate for 8 weeks and we were plesantly surprised at the high quality of care. Every single person involved with his care was very professional, upbeat, friendly and caring. The Receptionists were welcoming, the Case Manager did everything possible to extend insurance coverage and ensure he had everything needed, the Business Office Manager worked with him on financial issues, he really respected and enjoyed the Occupational and Physical Therapists (even though he called it torture), The Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants were very responsive and accommodating to his needs and wants, The Dietitian was conscientious about weight loss/gain and encouraged dietary suggestions, Doctors/NPs/PAs, and Pain Management were available for his medical needs, and meals were well prepared and balanced (except for the teeny, ice cream dish sized, chef salad). The Activity Department also seemed great, even though he only went to ice cream socials. The Center is very clean and well maintained with beautiful decor. Although my brother suffered a painful traumatic injury and still has a long way to go, the care he received really helped ease the trauma and improve his spirits. He was happy to gain some mobility and go home, but said he'll never forget the people he met there.

I visited a patient who is in rehab for a broken wrist and knee surgery. She seemed to be getting great care and she was happy with her progress with physical therapy. The facility was clean and the therapists were great.

Whilst on holiday in Colorado from Wales, UK, my wife suffered a stroke. Her rehabilitation was at Stonegate .The facility allowed me to stay with my wife the whole time which was so precious. The rehabilitation staff worked every day in order to make my wife better which resulted in her well enough to fly back to the UK safely. I only have the highest praise for the staff and the facility. Without their early intervention with the treatment, I do not know what would have happened. It is reassuring to know being so far from home there are people who care and help you in what was a most traumatic time. God bless you and thank you for all your help in that part of Deborah's life, I will be forever grateful. Michael.

I had a lower back surgery recently, after the hospital stay, I needed to learn how to move safely before going home. The staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate. They made me feel very comfortable and confident about the next for me. It's a beautiful facility, with a comprehensive physical and occupational therapy program and the grounds offer plenty of positive opportunities to reflect on the progress that it's taking place every day. I'm doing better and very grateful to have had the Life Care Center of Stonegate experience to guide me along!

I stopped in to visit a client here and was blown away by how beautiful and clean this place was. There was a lot of staff everywhere and everyone was smiling. The residents were very well taken care of. I would definitely check this facility out.

I am currently still here at LifeCare but I just want you all to know that this has to be one of the best places I have ever been to in my medical life I was in a car accident in February with a compound fracture to the femur and tuba replacement it was a scary ordeal with a serious situation going on but I must say they have been hands on ever since I've been here they go up and beyond of every call of duty to get you back into perfect health I truly adore the whole entire staff and appreciate everything that they do just would like for you all to know that I do appreciate everything that you do for me may God continue blessing this facility in the workers and team in it have a great day on purpose love Ms. Kaye

Life care center at Stonegate is a superb facility caring for those in need of rehabilitation. Their management staff is top notch and truly care about the safety and well being of all their patients. The nursing staff and CNA’s are of high caliber and go over and beyond to make your loved one feel comfortable. The NPs and therapists are equally dedicated and concerned about the health and welfare of their patients. , I highly recommend this facility to assist in caring for your family or friends. I myself was a therapist that worked in many places like this. I can honestly say that life care is by far one of the best.
