My mom has been a resident at NGHAL and Memory Care for over 3 years. For more than a year she has been a resident of Memory Care. I cannot express how much I appreciate the staff at this facility. They are so kind, considerate and loving to the residents - it is obvious they really care about them! I'm usually met at the door by the Cody, the Director and Alicia, Toni and all the staff who care for my mom are so wonderful - I feel that mom is really taken care of and loved! The facility is always clean and mom's room is always neat and tidy when I visit. I would highly recommend this facility for Memory Care!

Our mother, Edna, turned 101 yesterday, Juky 9, 2018, and Northglenn Heights helped us throw the best birthday party for her!! They brought in a wonderful man, Jim, who entertained for over an hour, singing and playing songs from an era that all residents could relate to and could sing along to. Corrine, activities assistant, was beyond helpful! She organized, decorated, blew up the huge inflatable cake all by herself and served with a smile, catering to our every need. Cody, director of Memory Care, went above and beyond! He set up chairs and moved tables so everyone was able to see and join in. He treated Mom like a queen! He took special care of her when he gave her her first skateboard ride!!! She "surfed" along to "Surfin' USA", it was great. Cody made sure the staff got cake and drinks to all of the residents as he helped dish it up. Such a kind and caring young man!! Many staff members stayed after their shift was over to wish Mom a happy birthday, they are caring and treat her so well!! Thank you NGH staff fir making our mother's 101st so very memorable!!

We've been very happy with Northglenn Heights. Our mother started on the Assisted Living side and has since moved to Memory Care. Cody and his staff in memory care go above and beyond with their attention and care. We are so fortunate that Cody is there and he's quickly becoming a member of the family as he gets to know our mother more. We really feel he is just as concerned about her well-being as we are. We're very lucky to have him!

I read some of these reviews and Im stunned! My mother has lived in this facility for over 5 years. Yes, I do agree they went through a lot of directors & nurses. That is in the past. NGH has been newly renovated and it looks so new and attractive. A new Director was hired, Mike, and he is such a pleasure. He said from the start, he had an open door policy and he listens! He also will answer your emails quickly. Without going into a lot of detail, Mike was able to resolve a financial discrepancy that had been ignored for years, by a former resident. Mike took it upon himself to review emails & research the problem with a resolution that paid my friend a refund that should have been resolved years before. Mike has an ability to hire the most caring and loving staff. My mother is 100 years old & the staff treats her like she is their grandmother. Honestly, thats the kind of person you want to take care of your relative/s. There are NO harsh words ever from the staff. Every staff employee regardless of their job is so patient and kind! I wish I could list all the people who are so attentive to my mother but the list truly involves every department. I feel blessed that I can leave my mother in their hands. I would recommend NGH to everyone & I actually have.

Our mother has lived in the memory care unit of Northglenn Heights Assisted Living since last September. We couldn't have chosen a better place for her to spend her last days. We opted for the facility because she would not have to ever leave and endure another move. What we didn't expect was the most wonderful, caring, loving group of people who make up the staff! It is obvious that they do not put on an act when her family is around because she opens her arms to them and her face lights up when they speak to her. They have become like family to us. Their hugs and tears for my mother are forever stamped on our hearts. Thanks to that facility for making her last days the best experience under the circumstances.

Its a nice place to be. Residents seem to be content. A lot of employees running around to help out as many of the residents. Always helpful and smiling. Movie on every night. Food made herd looks good. The director, Mike happy and cares about the people
