Jackson Creek is an absolutely gorgeous community. It has a serene Colorado resort vibe but also a vibrant, friendly atmosphere. During my tour every staff member introduced themself and made me feel at home. The food was exceptional both visually and tastefully. The memory care wing is so well done; definitely purposeful and well suited for those with memory impairments. I highly recommend this gem in the lovely community of Monument.

I wanted to take a moment to commend many of your memory care staff - QMAPs and the assistants, and extended to the culinary executive chef and their staff - for their support and care for this memory care residents. Though it often appears there are far too few staff in the memory care unit for residents who face unique challenges and require a greater need for one-on-one care compared to the general living center residents, these staff members go above and beyond to provide the care they're able to. They deserve raises! And, more regular staff support. The memory care residents need the consistency of familiar faces but also more hands to ensure each residents' needs are being well met! In a time when profit over people and doing the bare minimum is sadly the norm, it's refreshing when you come across people who truly care about and for those who can't care for themselves. I hope you'll take the time to personally thank each of those staff members mentioned earlier; good people who make a true difference are hard to find. The lesser rating pertains to improvements needed in communication with family members by certain high level personnel with decision-making capabilities.

My Mother-in Law is a new resident at Jackson Creek Senior Living. What a beautiful and friendly facility! Chris and Ana at the reception desk are so welcoming and helpful. I have witnessed their kindness to and patience with residents on many occasions. Lee answered all our questions, was transparent, and made the sales process so easy. Eden provided invaluable guidance as we made the actual physical move. Finally, Brittany and her staff provide the care needed with such kindness and compassion. Moving my parents into Jackson Creek Assisted Living was a big decision for our family, and I can honestly say it has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff made the transition so smooth and were incredibly patient, compassionate, and attentive every step of the way. Thank you Lee, Eden and Brittney! The community itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. What stands out the most is how genuinely caring the team is they take the time to get to know each resident and make them feel valued and comfortable. My parents have settled in well, and it’s such a relief knowing they are in a safe, engaging environment where they are supported and cared for. There are always activities going on, and the sense of community is really special. My only feedback is to have music in the dining room during meals. I think the residents would enjoy this and add a positive spin to the dining experience. We’re so grateful to everyone at Jackson Creek for making what could have been a stressful transition such a positive and reassuring experience. Highly recommend!

I placed my Mother in the assisted living section of this facility. The place is warm and inviting and the staff and residents know everyone by name and are friendly and outgoing. there is plenty to keep the residents occupied and well fed. my experience in dealing with the management and staff has been very positive and welcoming in this trying period of getting my Mother settled in. i thank them for all of their support.

The Care Staff at Jackson Creek Senior Living's Creekside (memory care) Community is a caring group of professionals that support the Creekside Community residents. The facility itself is welcoming and provides multiple opportunities for residents to interact with each other and the Care Staff. Staff leadership continues to look towards improvements of processes and support of the residents.

As a member of this community it is always a pleasure to go to Jackson Creek. It is such a homey feel with great activities. Residents seem very happy. The memory care is so intimate and well staffed. They also have a great Bloom provider as well to give residents great primary support too. I also love attending their large Mother’s Day events and other holiday events too. If you are looking to be in a community that makes you feel like home you should definitely checkout Jackson Creek. Lee is great and will give you a great tour of the community.

Before my tour I can say I did not know much (anything) about senior living options, but that all changed. I was blown away at the attention to detail to make all aspects of life special. Each floor is thoughtfully designed for the resident to have agency, allowing care at the appropriate level without restricting life to the fullest. As a home health nurse I’ve seen many communities, Jackson creek is beautiful and clean. Each time I’m there, the residents I work with are always well taken care of and happy. I want to start by saying that Jackson Creek is a beautiful facility. The common areas are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. My mother has lived at Jackson Creek for two years, and based on our experience, it is a wonderful place”as long as the resident does not require actual care. Last year, my mother broke her ankle on the stairs at the facility. What followed was extremely frustrating. It took an unreasonable amount of effort just to request basic support such as ice packs, elevation, and help with her boot. Even after multiple conversations, the care was rarely, if ever, followed through. When I pushed for these very simple needs to be met during their regular check-ins, the response I received was a threat of additional fees. Because she was unable to walk, I arranged for her meals to be delivered to her room, which also resulted in extra charges. More recently, my mother has needed increased assistance. In the past three weeks alone, I have found her three times asleep in urine-soaked bedding”mattress, sheets, and clothing soaked through. Each time I approached staff, I was passed from one person to another, with each individual telling me it was not their responsibility. When I followed up with administration, I was again told that this could be addressedfor an additional monthly fee. While I understand that higher levels of care often come with higher costs, I do not believe it is ever acceptable for a resident to be left in soiled bedding for days or weeks with no accountability from the staff. Basic hygiene and dignity should not be treated as optional add-ons. As I said at the beginning, Jackson Creek is a lovely facility”but once care is needed, families should be prepared to be passed around, ignored, and charged significantly more. My hope is that sharing this experience encourages improvements for current and future residents who rely on staff for their daily well-being.

My mother-in-law is moving to Jackson Creek Senior Living. We were very impressed with Lee, the Sales Coordinator who show us apartments and was extremely knowledgeable about the property. Lee was very kind, flexible with schedules and took very good care of my mother- in- law as she made this stressful and difficult transition. Sarah is the Move-In Coordinator and she has also been very helpful. The facility is very clean, modern and luxurious. The staff is wonderful, friendly and helpful!

Last week Laura Hale spent 2 hours giving me a tour of the Jackson Creek Senior Living Community in Monument, CO. As soon as I walked in the front door, I could feel that there was something special about this community. The vibe was warm with a family-like atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were so helpful and welcoming and then our tour began. Laura showed me the dining rooms, common areas, assisted living apartments, independent living areas and memory care neighborhoods. There is a library, movie theatre, putting green, multiple patios and gardens, cafes, an art room...you name it, they have it. I marveled how Laura knew everyone's name and they knew her as we stopped along the way to help anyone who needed something. Because I am a bit of a neat freak...I noticed how clean Jackson Creek is without smelling like an industrial cleaning product. That's pretty cool. I will feel comfortable having any member of my family join the Jackson Creek family. Thank you, Laura and the care staff at Jackson Creek Assisted Living for taking the time to share your amazing COMMUNITY with me .

My mom has been living at JCSL since 2019, so for 6 years. It is a wonderfully friendly place. She enjoyed living in the independent area for the first couple of years. When she had to move to assisted living, we enjoy peace of mind knowing that she is well cared for. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The facility is beautiful and very clean.

To say that I am impressed with the care professionals in the memory care unit is an understatement. I won't name names because I don't want to leave anyone out - every one of you who are helping my mom are special. I've never met such incredible people. I've overheard some of them outside my mom's room saying how much they enjoy - ENJOY - helping my mom in the bathroom. So thank you. I struggled with the decision to put my mom in a secure facility like this - I agonized over this decision thinking I could possibly care for her myself. I am so glad I decided to admit her.

Jackson Creek is a very nice place for senior living and memory care living. Laura gave us the complete tour. We saw several rooms - all were very nice. We now have to decide when to move my mom. ™ Update - 3/29/2024 We have moved my mom into Jackson Creek. She has been a resident for a couple months now. Every time we see her, we ask her if she still likes living at Jackson Creek. She always answers with an enthusiastic Yes! I thoroughly enjoy living at Jackson Creek. She likes the staff - they are always very accommodating and very helpful and always very pleasant. She likes her apartment - it’s plenty big and very relaxing. She likes the food - the meals are prepared restaurant style; the portions are generous and the quality is excellent. She likes the activities - she goes to several activities during the week, and always enjoys the outings and scenic drives away from the facility. She also spends a lot of time in the library reading books and magazines. I am very relieved that my mom likes living at Jackson Creek. The entire staff has been very easy to work with, and made the whole move from California very easy.

Jackson Creek Senior Living is an excellent place for a senior in terms of the care, love and support given to the residents. My mom lived there from Oct 2020 to Dec 2023 when she passed. She was always loved and cared in the most respectful manner. The staff is great and the management team is professional. I highly recommend Jackson Creek Senior Living.
