The Care Staff Here at this facility is ecstatic! Angie , the medication and caregiver welcomed our family with open arms and has treated my mother with outstanding care. She's super polite. My auntie lives in this facility it is an amazing atmosphere and location! The staff is hands down the amazing and are always have a positive attitude you can feel the warmth when you go and leave ! came to visit my grandson longest kiven friend and the atmosphere in memory care is amazing © the caretaker angie greats you as well ass all the staff with genuine smiles and answers all my questions and the care shows from all the staff when you take a tour of how much they truly care for the residents it's an amazing feeling to have when you come and when you leave knowing your loved one is safe and happy I recommended this facility to some of the lady's at my church

I cannot say enough good things about this amazing community or the staff!! Today my wife Dee Marsh and myself (Steve) helped Chris Pope move in. Ashley met us and doubled back to make sure we had everything to make us feel very welcome. If she is the person in charge of first impressions then you have the right person in place Andrew was great with Dee and David went above and beyond to help Chris in so many ways. I had a terrible time with Rocky Mountain Memory Lakewood and basically they wouldn't allow room for my dad's decline, and at their expensive rent forced me to also be his caregiver. Village of Bear Creek is so welcoming, so informative, they take care of him 24/7 and truly care about their residents. His room is always clean and spacious, he always has clean clothes on and showered and toileted. They inform me of anything right away. It's a dream from management of Rocky Mountain. Don't hesitate here, there are a lot of not so great places out there.

The staff at every level was ALWAYS approachable, timely in their response as well as resolution focused. Moving my mother into assisted living was very stressful to me and the family. However; Cadence, their management team and the employees have made this transition perfect. My mother is happy again. She had started living a life of wanting to be alone and not going anywhere. However, now she is loving life again. She is enjoying the activities, meeting new people and making nice friendships. Our family loves Cadence and the gift of happiness that they have afforded mom. Love them!!!!!!

Excellent assisted Senior care living facility located in Lakewood Colorado. Cadence Senior living. Highly recommended for those you love, pictures to help better assist you. This is a gated community. Your loved ones will be safe. Very high experience nurses for my aunt Kathy. I'm glad we chose here.

We have been at the Cadence Lakewood Facility for My Mother-In-Law for 6 months. All of the staff have been exceptional in helping with the transition. I have never had any trouble getting a hold of any of the nurses if we need something. All of the staff is are very nice and helpful. This is a beautiful facility. (I have been in 3 others with my Mom and nothing compares to Cadence that I have seen) The rooms are very nice size with a big bathroom and good size closet space with a very large window. I have walked the facility and it is very clean with beautiful courtyard and dining area and activity area.

It’s a difficult decision to place a parent in assisted living or memory care. I wanted to keep my mom in her home as long as possible but certain events happened and I wasn’t able to provide the level of care she needed. After looking at different facilities, Cadence Lakewood immediately stood out to me. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked through the door. Jennifer Ptacek was so awesome in providing me with a tour and giving information. She is so friendly and compassionate and kept in touch with me everyday to check in to see how my mom was doing after she had to go to the hospital and a rehab after. The move to Cadence went smoothly. All of the nurses and staff are so welcoming. They all truly care about the residents. I love that they provide activities and outdoor field trips. There is a courtyard that my mom can go sit and look at flowers. Hannah , the activities director, spent 45 minutes on the phone with me getting to know my mothers likes, dislikes, hobbies etc. in the memory care, everything is included such as meals, laundry, medication management and more. My mom is doing well, thriving, and is so happy. I feel that my mother is safe and is well taken care of there. I would highly recommend Cadence!!

Mom calls Cadence Lakewood home. The staff makes us feel like family. Cadence Lakewood provides excellent medical care and social opportunities. They take the time to know Mom and customize her care and socialization. Their communication is fantastic. They are a wonderful resource for helping with doctors, nurses, therapy, haircuts, nails, supplies, etc. They offer music, games, dance, yoga, crafts and much more. Mom’s room is modern, clean and spacious. The food is delicious and events are always celebrated. I highly recommend Cadence Lakewood.

I want to echo the words of previous reviewers on the care and professionalism of Cadence Lakewood faculty and facility. After nearly loosing our mother, we made a decision to move her into assisted care. As her children we thought the least we could do is give her an opportunity to be comfortable and happier. In the beginning we all had concerns, we visited many facilities and chose Cadence Lakewood over 18 months ago. My family has no regrets. Our mother is a different person today with a better outlook. We cannot thank the staff enough for their professionalism and level of care. Thank you.

I have been extremely pleased with the care my loved one has received at Cadence Lakewood over the past two years. The staff is compassionate and very accommodating. My loved one had lived alone for years and was resistant to change, until we toured the campus, met some residents at lunch and chose a floor plan in their assisted living buildings. She has been overjoyed since making the decision to move, and considers this “her place”!! We are all thankful that she is safe, well fed, has several new friends, and enjoys activities which she did not have access to in isolation at her home. She has been VERY happy with the food (she was a pretty picky eater!). Covid 19 has been challenging, but the residents’ health and safety has been Cadence’s primary concern, and so far, there have been no resident outbreaks - a credit to strict enforcement of masking and hygiene recommendations. I’m happy to give my highest praise for Cadence Lakewood!
