My 80 year old father resided in the senior living apartments at Lakewood Reserve and my 82 year old mom in the memory care facility at Wellspring. My father passed away in March 2022 and my mother in October 2022. Both of my parents had terminal diagnoses and were on hospice when they arrived. COVID challenges and prevalent staff shortages aside; typical with all care facilities in present times, I am tremendously appreciative of the loving kindness my family received by the staff on many levels. Erika was so warm, and helped us tremendously during very challenging times on more than one occasion. Rosie, the care manager of Wellspring is an outstanding person with a heart of gold. She is an extremely special one of a kind human being. Rosie has taught her staff: Alyssa, Audrey, Jennifer, Ivan, and Elnora to care for the residents with dignity, respect and most of all love. I am very grateful to all of the staff and thank them for all they did for me and my family.

We recently moved my father into Lakewood Reserve and wanted to compliment 2 of the dining staff we have met so far.The breakfast after move in day we were greeted by Sam in dining. He was AWESOME. He engaged us in conversation, was patient in listening to dad's stories of football days, and was attentive to his needs. My father wanted to tip him (which isn't allowed).The second dining staff I encountered with my dad was Theresa/Terri. She was so happy and cheerful and greeted us very warmly. Was so attentive to dad's needs and made him feel special. Appreciate the kindness the dining staff has shown my dad in welcoming him to Lakewood Reserve. Charlie & Ann

The Memory Care Unit (Well Spring) is very good, with a caring staff and provided good attention to details and overall care. My step mother lived there for 5 years and always seemed happy and other clients became her friends and companions. It became her home. The food was good and they were able to cater to special needs. There were many activities and outings pre-Covid. The standards during Covid care and staffing regulations was were rigidly adhered to by CDC Guidelings. Different levels of care are provided in accordance with a client's needs.

My mom moved into Junipers Lakewood Reserve Senior Living in late January of 2020. Her room is sunny and cheerful with lovely touches like granite topped kitchen counters and in- room control for heat and air conditioning. I cannot proclaim loudly enough that Lakewood Reserve is extraordinary. Over this past year of the Covid 19 pandemic mayhem and horror stories about assisted living facilities, the Executive Director and the Director of Wellness of Lakewood Reserve have been exceptional in leading Lakewood Reserve in care and safety protocols that worked wonders. My sister and I have have repeatedly said, Thank God Mom is at Lakewood Reserve. I have come to know many of the staff and without exception every one of them is kind, caring, and proud of their work. In the midst of this frightening pandemic, the staff came to work every day and found ways to keep the residents engaged and cared for while keeping them safe. My mom always says that she is with wonderful people there. Meals are generous and tasty, the kitchen staff always interested in learning what residents would like to see on the menu. Lakewood Reserve is a real community that cares.

I want to give a shout out to Caregivers Lisa, Hui and Jenna. They go above and beyond to give excellent care to my mom and sister. These caregivers treat them with dignity, are responsive to their needs and make them laugh when they are struggling. Their interactions with my mom and sister have been especially important during these times when they could feel alone and isolated during Covid. These caregivers treat them like valued friends.

Junipers Lakewood Reserve has exponentially exceeded my expectations in caring for my mother, The building, common areas, and rooms are bright, clean and comfortable; the meals are varied and flavorful; medications are reliably administered; but the absolute best part of Lakewood is the people who work to make it such an amazing place. Every person I or my mother have interacted with, including the Director, nurse, aides, social directors, front desk receptionists, all levels of kitchen staff, and janitorial staff, have been kind, cheerful, patient, and so willing to help with anything. My sister and I joke that Lakewood has a magic touch when it comes to employing people who have empathy, compassion, and love fir the residents in their charge. This place has been amazing during the entire COVID-19 pandemic.

The staff showcase what the meaning of teamwork is, and the interaction I get on a daily basis with residents makes this feel like home & one big family. Our dad has been at Lakewood Reserve in Wellspring for about a year and a half. We did not have a good experience with the first place he was in before we moved him to Atria Inn at Lakewood. The care was better but we still had some concerns. We have seen much improvement since Juniper took over and it became Lakewood Reserve. Instead of being alone in his room most of the time the staff gets him out and more involved with others. He loves the drives to the mountains they take him on weekly. The staff is always very accommodating for visits from our large family to individual visits. The staff is always very caring not only with our dad but how they treat all the residents in Wellspring.

My mother has been a resident of both the assisted living and now the memory care units of Juniper for over two years. I cant say enough about the staff; they care very much for my mother and have shown me and my family a lot of compassion also. It is a hard process to see ones loved one decline but the staff has helped to give our family peace of mind.

So nice inside and everyone is nice. I work for a different company that comes in this place to help and I never had problems with no one and residents seem happy and the workers are all nice. I applied for a job but they didnt have openings yet but I keep tryin because I want to work here

My mother lives here, and has for a very long time. She moved in when they were under another company. The new company, called Juniper, took over last year and we all were expecting things to change significantly; and they did. For the better! The caregivers continue to provide the best care for mother. The folks in the restaurant are kind, caring and anticipate mothers needs. For example; she likes hot tea with cream and sugar for all meals. They know this and bring it to her without even asking. The management team is attentive, responsive and available. Despite the construction and renovations, they have made it abundantly accessible for families and have opened up the 2nd floor dining room like they had in years past. It is great and I would not change the environment at all. From one family member to another, if you are looking for a new home for your parents, family members, look here. My first visit I was able to speak with 3 seniors who called it home, and they talked about the food, staff and activities with such positivity. I have been working at Lakewood Reserve for the past year and it is a wonderful place! I started off as a server and moved over to be a caregiver and the jobs provides so many connections to the residents and staff. Every staff member here is amazing and loves and cares for the residents so much! At the facility they offer all the meals, activities, care that the resident needs, a hair salon, etc.The residents are happy, the staff is happy, and the place brings a lot of joy and love! would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an independent, assisted living or memory care home!! <3

Wonderful people! There has been a lot of change but my mother seems to like all her caretakers. The gals at the front are so patient. Abe in maintenance is a life saver. Always fixing mothers tv. We miss Chef Mike. The new owners dont come around much but the staff hold the place together. My in laws were at Brookdale and that place sold us a lie- dont go there.

Lakewood Reserve (Atria) has been a great place for my mother-in-law! She moved in a little over a year ago and has been well taken care of. The care staff really go above and beyond for her. Housekeeping and dining have changed but overall we are very pleased. There are a few staff members that deserve recognition: Denise, Madeline, Gloria, Ryan, and Michael driver.
