The residents are wonderful! Unfortunately, it has become a place more concerned with the bottom line than the wellbeing of the people who live there. Meals are not as they once were and it is difficult to find healthful choices as they are mostly institutionally processed, starch, and sugar filled.

We toured Lakewood Estates earlier this month exploring the possibility of my mother living there. While she didnt end up being able to live there due to her various medical problems we felt it was appropriate to write a review because we had such a positive experience.Lakewood Estates was by far our #1 choice out of the many places we toured in the Denver area.Kelly Garlutzo was hands down the nicest most compassionate and thorough person we have met throughout this tough adventure in finding my mother the right place to land.We spoke with Maria with the companion care team and the Physical Therapy coordinator Laura and also had very positive experiences from them.is very clean and organized in a simple layout with beautiful decor. The rooms are open with lots of light and the floor plans are perfect for people needing space to move. Everything is modern and warm and inviting.The activities calendar was excellent as wellI really wish we could have move my mother in here, she would have loved it.

My mother in law lived here for years. Good staff and clean facilities. they were in the middle of a remodel last I was there, so there was some construction going on, and the prices were (justifiably) going up in the coming months

Clean and quiet. Amenities go unused and neglected. Garage area is unusually dirty just based upon neglect. Residents are happy.
