I personally know that if you request that your records be released through reception that they would be sent to you via mail within 3-5 business days. Saying that they hold records hostage is 100% inaccurate. The schedule is very flexible to allow employees to tend to personal and everyday life situations. I appreciate the company for upholding policies and holding people accountable. The current management is trying really hard to re-establish a good work environment for all its employees. And with that being said, people that have been let go are the people that have jeopardized that goal. Great company, good people. Cannot wait to see the future that this amazing company is going to hold.

I was a resident here and had a wonderful experience. Annette and her staff are kind, caring, and professional. Things have improved greatly over the years under new management. The activities director is a doll!
