The Monterey Park Apartments are a gem in Grand Junction. Kind and helpful staff makes me feel good about my Mom living there.

My dad lived here for 5 years and we were very happy. Close to St. Mary's hospital. The neighborhood is one of the nicer areas in town. The grocery store is within walking distance. Grounds are well-maintained. On site laundry room. Affordable rent.
