My mom has been in assisted living at Golden Pond for almost 2 years. It has been the best experience we have both had with this transition in her life. I could not get through this difficult phase without the leadership and staff at Golden Pond. As we discuss the move to Memory Care, the staff and support teams have been amazing. I HIGHLY recommend Golden Pond.

Life is full of hardships and difficult decisions. Having to make the very tough decision to incorporate assisted living into our family dynamic for my mother was no exception. We toured and interviewed many facilities around the Denver area that gave us a rather "empty and cold" feeling. That was until we found Golden Pond. The staff is so welcoming, energetic and kind, but more importantly, WARM. The facility is beautiful and inviting, the grounds are well kept and the level and amount of fun activities provided to the residents is unparalleled. My family and I are forever grateful for the care and attention my mother receives every single day and for making her so happy and comfortable. Thank you Golden Pond!

When it came time for Dad to go into assisted living, he was very stubborn swore he wouldn't. Of all the places I toured in Denver area, nothing resonated like Golden Pond. Finally, I found a home for him ... beautiful surroundings, first rate apartments with multiple room options, a la carte dining and bistro options ... this would be like a lux hotel stay for him. He was so bitter on the drive to move in day. But upon entering his to-final home, relaxed and let the arguments go. The staff, Michael (at the time), Brian, Mariah, Rick, and too many others to name ... were wonderful to him over 20 months. He made friends. He enjoyed pestering everyone and they all took it in stride. Hospice finally came due, and he didn't want to leave. In our last conversation he told me "this place was really, really great." It got messy after that, and the Golden Pond staff helped me wonderfully till and after the end. Can't say more than that. Much respect. Golden Pond is great.

The staff at Golden Pond have always been kind to our grandparents as well as us every time we visit. Visiting during Covid has been hard but GP has always been accommodating in whatever way they could, while following all the guidelines. The location is great, right at the foot of the mountains and the amenities inside and outside for the residents (walking paths, art classes, etc.) have made it feel more like home for our loved ones.

Everyone we have met at Golden Pond has been personable and has accommodated any of our needs. We appreciate everything they have done to get my mother in law comfortable and situated in her new home. She is the happiest I have seen her in a long time. She has been treated with respect and dignity by the Golden Pond staff.

My extended family was looking for an Independent Living solution for my uncle. He kept trying to find problems with every location they visited because he simply did not want to live in a "retirement community". They finally visited Golden Pond, and while he had a few "concerns", my uncle finally gave in and chose his new home at Golden Pond. The family really enjoys visiting him, and because the apartments are spacious enough, they do not feel like they are visiting him in a medical facility (which was one of his issues with other communities). The staff has all been warm, welcoming and helpful to all of the family. And he really enjoys the food (another of his issues, he didn't want TV dinners that were warmed up). I wanted to take a moment and thank everyone at Golden Pond for making this change in my uncle's life as easy as possible for him. His perception of retirement communities has been changed by Golden Pond, and he keeps joking with the family about maybe meeting Jane Fonda one day (a reference to the movie On Golden Pond). So, again, thank you for all you do and continue to do for my uncle. I know he appreciates it, as do all of us.

My mom lived at Golden Pond for 3 years. We could not have asked for better care. The staff went above and beyond daily for my mom. And they were there to grieve with me when she passed. I would recommend Golden Pond to anyone who wants excellent care for their aging parent.

Golden Pond is truly a special place. All the staff are very professional, kind, helpful and understanding. Michael is great to work with and made the move for my dad from Arizona into independent living there easy. The apartments are spacious and very nice along with the beautiful facilities and grounds. And the food is amazing!! I don't think we could have found a better place. We are very happy with the Golden Pond Community.

Golden Pond was the location my wife's grandfather stayed for quite a few years. I want to thank the staff and management team for helping create a great experience for him and very accommodating when we would visit. Our Loved Ones have been at GP for over two years, and we cannot say enough about the loving care they have received. The staff is professional, polite, caring, and efficient. During Covid-19, they have been keeping residents happy & healthy, and have also been doing a great job informing families about the State's current regulations during this incredibly difficult time.

Gratitude FriYAY! Hello Golden Community I'd like to share and once again express what a pleasure it was to visit your Golden Pond Retirement Community. I met with Ms Angie and the Staff what a fabulous team. That group of people are CLASS ACT professionals. My family and I are looking to relocate our Sweet NaNa. From the moment walking-in the facility makes feel more like coming home then entering a cold sad place. If you have older loved ones you know I what mean, it's rare to find smells, sounds, and heck happy people like HOME. 5 stars, 10pts and 2 thumbs up!!!

I have a loved one living at Golden Pond and she is very well cared for. The staff go above and beyond to accomodate her needs and she has settled in quite nicely. My interactions with both the administrative staff and the care staff have been nothing other than pleasant. The facility is clean, well maintained and very welcoming.
