My mother was here, unfortunately she did not get enough time here. The staff was very responsive, attentive and easy to communicate with if there were concerns. I am sure all communities have something the families would like to change but they worked really hard to do things right and thats all our family could ask for.

My mother has been in memory care at Golden Lodge now for roughly 6 months. My mom is well adjusted and is doing very good. My mother has a routine and has staff members to help with all of her daily needs. The staff was incredibly helpful with the move in and answers any questions that I have about her care. I am very thankful for Golden Lodge and would definitely recommend!

Without the undivided and outstanding attention of Crystal Alderete along with the care and love she shows her patients, Golden Lodge would be Greatly understaffed through everything weather permitted she always shows up willing and eager to take care of all patients needs!

The memory care director, Chris Prahl has been so amazing with my step father. Her kindness and patience has made all the difference with him. Memory care is not easy, and I want her to know how thankful we are that she does her job well.

I found Golden Lodge after my mom’s hospice worker told me how Golden Lodge took in many of the displaced Marshall Fire seniors.I immediately moved my 93 year old mom in Jan, 2022 and we have been very happy ever since.No place is perfect and there is always a staff member or two who can be gruff or meal that doesn’t quite hit the spot but any issues we’ve had have been addressed and immediately corrected.The leadership team is doing a great job and they have regular meetings, care conferences and they are totally on top of vaccinations and medical care provided by Bloom Healthcare. They are also almost completely staffed and mom has improved to the point that she even “graduated” from hospice and moved from memory care to the assisted living side.

Golden Lodge is a beautiful community with a dedicated and passionate leadership and care team! I am continually impressed by their love, compassion, and dedication to their residents and the community at large. They have found innovative ways to engage their residents throughout the pandemic while keeping them safe. I would recommend Golden Lodge to anyone looking for a place for their elderly loved one to call home.

While placing a family member into memory care was an extremely hard choice for our family, we have found Golden Lodge to be exceptional. The way they care for my mother and her needs is incredible. We have been able to visit, call, and interact with her despite Covid. We are careful, follow protocol, and the staff also is diligent on making sure she is safe. She has interaction all day long and is very safe. The food is wonderful, she loves it! Thank you for taking care of my mother! We appreciate your services and compassion with her.
